1 LUFTSCHALLDÄMMUNG VON INNENWÄNDEN IN NEUBAUTEN Doppelschalige gemauerte Innenwände in Neubauten Doppelschalige perimetrale Innenwände werden von der Geschoßdecke entkoppelt, indem sie auf einem elastomerischen Schalldämmstreifen der Stärke s=4 mm mit dynamischer Steifigkeit unter einer Last von 400 kg/m2 = 937 MN/m 3 errichtet werden, der mindestens 4 cm breiter als die doppelschalige Wand ist. Die Schalldämmung doppelschaliger Trennwände zwischen verschiedenen Wohneinheiten mit einem Zwischenraum von mindestens 4 cm erfolgt durch Abdichtung gegen Schallwellen der Innenseite einer der beiden Wände in Form von: selbsttragenden Platten vom Typ TOPSILENTEco der Stärke s= cm aus kleberfreier, wärmegebundener, ungiftiger Polyesterfaser mit Dichte 30 kg/m3, Strömungswiderstand r=3,90 KPa/sm2 und Wärmeleitfähigkeit l=0,037 W/mK, die mit einer luft- und dampfundurchlässigen, hochdichten Schalldämmfolie kaschiert ist. selbsttragenden Platten in PE-Hülle vom Typ TOPSILENTRock der Stärke s= cm, bestehend aus Mineralwolle mit Dichte 40 kg/m 3, Strömungswiderstand r=14,9 KPa/sm 2, Wärmeleitfähigkeit l=0,035 W/mK und Stärke s =...cm, die mit einer luft- und dampfundurchlässigen, hochdichten, Schalldämmfolie kaschiert ist, welche beim Verlegen nach innen gerichtet wird. Die Schalldämmung doppelschaliger Trennwände zwischen verschiedenen Wohneinheiten mit einem Zwischenraum von mindestens 4 cm erfolgt durch Abdichtung gegen Schallwellen der Innenseite einer der beiden Wände in Form von: einer hochdichten Schalldämmfolie vom Typ TOPSILENTBitex mit einer Flächenmasse 4 kg/m 2 auf Basis eines Verbundwerkstoffes mit kritischer Frequenz über Hz. einer hochdichten Schalldämmfolie vom Typ TOPSILENTDuo auf Basis eines Verbundwerkstoffes mit kritischer Frequenz über Hz, die mit einem Polyestervlies mit dynamischer Steifigkeit (UNI EN 29052/1) s =21 MN/m 3 und Gesamtflächenmasse 5 kg/m 2 kaschiert ist, wobei die Vliesseite zur Mauer gerichtet wird.

2 Der Raum zwischen den beiden Wänden wird anschließend mit einer Wärmeund Schalldämmung ausgefüllt, die besteht aus: Platten vom Typ SILENTEco der Stärke s= cm aus kleberfreier, wärmegebundener, ungiftiger Polyesterfaser mit Dichte 20 kg/m 3, Strömungswiderstand r=2,26 KPa/sm 2 und Wärmeleitfähigkeit l=0,040 W/mK. selbsttragenden Platten vom Typ SILENTRock der Stärke s= cm aus Mineralwolle mit Dichte 40 kg/m 3, Strömungswiderstand r=14,9 KPa/sm 2, Wärmeleitfähigkeit l=0,035 W/mK. Platten vom Typ SILENTGlass der Stärke s= cm aus Glasfaser mit Dichte 30 kg/m 3, Strömungswiderstand r=19,5 KPa/sm 2, Wärmeleitfähigkeit l=0,032 W/mK. The internal wall will be built on an elastomeric sound-damping strip with thickness s=4 mm and width at least more than 4 cm compared to the wall being erected, and dynamic rigidity under a load of 400 Kg/m 2 = 937 MN/m 3. New external double-walls in masonry The thermal-acoustic insulation of double external perimeter walls, separated by an air space (of which the internal face of the first wall is previously plastered to protect against rain and damp) will be accomplished by lining the space between the two walls with the insulation product: in panels with polyester fibre base, density of 20 kg/m 3, non-toxic, heat-sealed and free from glues, airtightness r=2.26 KPa/sm 2 and thermal conductivity 퓸 =0.040 W/m K, type SILENTEco, with thickness s= cm. in self-bearing panels of rock wool with density of 40 kg/m 3, airtightness r=14.9 KPa/sm 2 and thermal conductivity 퓸 =0.035 W/m K, type SILENTRock, with thickness s= cm.
