5 Tournamentrules 1) The regulations of the Saarland football federation are valid. 2) The matches will be played on the artificial grass place on the Blättelbornstadion at Merzig. 3) Only players of the age group U14 are playentitled (are exceptional the local participants). The player passports must be at the tournament line before the tournament starts. A team of that the player passports are not present, can be excluded from the tournament. 4) The team is to be announced by the tournament player list. Possible changes of the team must be announced to the tournament line before beginning of the group stage. 5) There are five substitution per game possible. 6) The direct comparison to the valuation of the table counts decide, if teams have the same points and goal difference. If also an equality is present there,the decision in the penalty shootout is caused. 7) Matches in the Knockout phase are decided by penalty shootout without extra time, if it s a draw at the regular playtime. The pairings are determined from those not yet played matches, if in the ranking table have more teams the same point and goal difference. 8) The penalty shootout is finished, as soon as one player shoots a goal and the opposing loos in the same round. 9) A player, who receives the red card, is closed for the next match. Other punishments (as e.g. timemet) lie in the discretion of the referee. 10) We do not take over adhesion for stolen articles. With the participation in the tournament this tournament order is recognized Teams, which do not reach the final round, receive the participation document, as well as the medals after completion of the respective group. The other teams get these during the winner honor handed out.
