Getting there by car Messe München is situated on the A94 motorway and can be reached by taking the exits Feldkirchen-West or Riem. Please follow the signposting of the dynamic traffic guidance system. Navigation address for the Messe München is: Am Messeturm 4, München using public transport with the subway, you ll reach the Messe München from the city centre in about 20 minutes. The subway line U2 runs every 10 minutes to the Messe München, get off at Messestadt Ost. Tickets for public transport can be purchased at all stations from ticket machines. with German Rail Munich Central Station connects (Hauptbanhhof) with the subway line U2. Travel time is about 20 minutes. 4 BUSSHUTTLE from/to airport With our shuttle bus you can get relaxed to Internet World or to the airport. In addition, you will save long waits with our subscriber-friendly schedule. Every half hour one of our five buses will drive from the Internet World or from the airport. Please inform clients you wish to invite to the fair that they can register for free at Tickets at reduced rates for the Internet World Congress We ll gladly provide exhibitors with a code for reduced rate tickets for participation in the Congress: 2-day- congress-ticket for EUR 890 plus VAT, reduced from EUR plus VAT 1-day- congress-ticket for EUR 690 plus VAT, reduced from EUR 890 plus VAT Feel free to pass on the code to clients and business partners. To receive your code, send a short to eugenia.cotorobai@nmg.de Company profiles in exhibitor directories Our Exhibitor Directory gives you the opportunity to edit your own company profile: Enter the name of your company in the exhibitor directory at Exhibitor-Information and then click on Bearbeiten. The data required for logging in was forwarded to you in a separate . After your entries have been saved, they are published online immediately in the exhibitor directory. 6 Assembly/disassembly for exhibitors with complete stands è Assembly: Exhibitors who have booked a complete stand package can access their stand on Monday, February 29th 2016 in the morning. è Dissassembly: We kindly ask all exhibitors who ve booked a complete stand with us to vacate the halls on Wednesday, March 2nd 2016 at 6:00 pm at the latest in order to start the disassembly of the stands. It is not necessary to show exhibitor passes during assembly and disassembly hours. Please note that your stand must be occupied on the second day of the Trade Fair until 5:00 pm. Failure to comply will result in the event organizer exercising his right to penalize any offending exhibitors. 7 Maximum Construction Height The maximum construction height is 6,0 m in Hall B5 and B6. If you ship your goods via Fedex, DHL or similar please make sure that you will be personally on site to accept the delivery. Alternatively, you can send your delivery to the official logistics partner of Messe München for a fee. They will store the delivery and bring it to your stand after arrival. 8 Entrance to the Fair Ground The entrance to all suppliers (stand builders, couriers, etc.) must be via the gate 15 (Paul-Henry-Spaak-Str.) during assembly and disassembly. 100,00 must be paid in cash as a deposit at the gate. The parking time is two hours maximum for cars and four hours for trucks over 7,5 t. After 2 respectively 4 hours a refund of the amount is not longer possible! Parking Entrance to the fairground must be via gate 14 or 15 (Paul-Henry-Spaak-Str.) during set-up and disassembly. 100,- must be paid in cash as a deposit at the gate for two hours (for trucks over 7,5 t for four hours). Parking Deck Parking deck East, Willy-Brandt-Allee 11, Muenchen, every day 24 h open. The maximum height for vehicles is 2,0 m, Price: 10 per day. Parking for Trucks / vehicles during assembly and duration of the show Trucks can park on the Munich Fair Ground from Saturday, February 27th until Wednesday, March 2nd It is a long term parking place, you can park overnight. You buy a park ticket and can enter by car as often you want. Tickets can be booked in advance via application form 8.2. The order form you find here: Prices: Vehicles: 55,- Trucks 7,5 t: 90,- Trucks over 7,5 t: 140,- Offload in front of the halls without parking space 100,- must be paid in cash as a deposit at the gate. 9 Congress speakers Congress speakers will receive an All-Area-Ticket, which entitles them to visit the Internet World Congress on both days, the Trade Fair itself and the Evening Event. Congress speakers do not need to register Online. Congress speakers should register at the registration-area in the Entrance East. There you will receive your ticket and further information. Trade Fair speakers Speakers at info arenas at the Trade Fair should register at the registration-area in the Entrance East. There you will receive your ticket and further information. Please arrive approx. 1 hour in advance of your lecture at the Info Arena where you plan to speak. The sound technician needs to check the levels of your lecture and do some fine-tuning and sound checks with microphones and headsets. Evening event Internet World Night The Internet World Night will take place from 7:30 pm on March 1th 2016 at the Park Café in Munich. We hope to welcome all trade fair visitors, exhibitors and congress participants of Internet World and partner conferences. è Location: Park Café Sophienstr Munich Tickets for the evening event can be purchased from September onwards for EUR 99,- (plus VAT): The price includes admission to the event, catering and drinks. 10 Off-stand advertising Distribution of promotional material beyond your Trade Fair stand is only permitted after prior bookings with the event organizer. Price per piece: 2.- Smoking in exhibition halls For the duration of the Trade Fair, smoking is forbidden in all exhibition halls. Outdoor smoking areas are clearly signposted. EXPO-GUIDE alert would like to issue a warning against a Mexican corporation with the name Commercial Online Manuals S de RL de CV, which has been sending EXPO Guide offer forms in recent weeks and months. Several exhibitors of -orgainised trade fair events have been contacted per post fax or by Expo-Guide. Companies were presumably identified as exhibitors in official trade fair data banks and then traced. Exhibitors are then offered an entry in an online data bank listing. Expo-Guide uses a form, extremely similar to our form for catalogue entries, urging exhibitors to complete the form for entry in an online directory. As soon as exhibitors sign such a form and send it back to Expo-Guide, they are automatically bound by contract for three years and are asked to pay a considerable amount of money without any foreseeable benefits in return. We wish to warn you of such offers. has no business relationship whatsoever with the above-mentioned Mexican corporation.
