1 Leitfaden der Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät zum Ausfüllen des Erasmus+ Learning Agreements Im Zusammenhang mit der Neukonzeption des Erasmus-Programms unter dem Namen Erasmus+ hat die EU neue Vorlagen für das Learning Agreement erstellt. Das Formular ist in 4 Teile unterteilt und im Download Center des Akademischen Auslandsamts hinterlegt ( Teil 1: Before the mobility (Allgemeine Daten, Learning Agreement; S. 1-3) Teil 2: During the mobility (Changes to the original Learning Agreement; S. 4-5) Teil 3: After the mobility (Transcript of Records; S. 6) Teil 4: Annex 1 Guidelines (S. 7-11) Um Ihnen den Umgang mit dem relativ umfangreichen Dokument zu erleichtern, hat das Akademische Auslandsamt Ihnen diesen zusätzlichen Leitfaden erstellt. 1. Vor Ihrem Auslandsaufenthalt 1.1. Auswahl des Kursprogramms und Absprache mit den Lehrstühlen Im Vorfeld Ihres Auslandsaufenthalts wählen Sie bitte aus dem Kursprogramm der Partnerhochschule (unter Berücksichtigung eventueller Vorgaben), welche Kurse Sie belegen möchten. Soll ein Kurs, den Sie im Ausland belegen wollen, im Rahmen Ihres Passauer Studiums anerkannt werden, kontaktieren Sie rechtzeitig vor dem Auslandsaufenthalt den jeweiligen Lehrstuhl, der das betreffende Fach an der Universität Passau vertritt, um sich pro Kurs die Anerkennungsmöglichkeit mit einem Einzel-Learning Agreement bestätigen zu lassen. Das zugehörige Formular sowie eine Übersicht über die einzureichenden Unterlagen entnehmen Sie bitte den jeweiligen Lehrstuhlseiten. Bitte beachten Sie, dass diese Absprachen bzgl. der Anerkennung unbedingt und rechtzeitig im Vorfeld Ihres Auslandsaufenthalts erfolgen müssen! Veranstaltungen, die Sie ohne vorherige Absprache belegen, werden nicht zwingend anerkannt! Doppelmaster Digital Enterprise Management (DEMA)/Information Systems Wenn Sie im Rahmen des Doppelmasterstudiengangs DEMA/Information Systems ein Auslandsstudium an der Universität Turku absolvieren, erstellen Sie zusammen mit dem Betreuer des Studiengangs einen Study-Plan. Dieser ersetzt die Einzel-Learning Agreements. Bitte beantragen Sie einen entsprechenden Auszug aus dem Study-Plan, welchen Sie dem Gesamt-Learning Agreement beilegen können Ausfüllen von Teil 1 des Learning Agreements (S. 1-3) und Einholen der Unterschriften Anschließend füllen Sie Teil 1 (= Seite 1 bis 3, before the mobility) des Erasmus+ Learning Agreements vollständig aus (s. Besondere Hinweise zum Ausfüllen ). Stand:

2 Unterschreiben Sie das Formular und reichen Sie es zusammen mit den o.g. Einzel- Learning Agreements bzw. dem Study-Plan im Dekanat der Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät ein (Raum 109 WIWI). Nach Prüfung durch das Dekanat und Unterschrift durch den Studiendekan erhalten Sie eine aus dem Dekanat, dass Ihre Unterlagen zur Abholung bereit liegen. Bei fehlenden Einzel-Learning Agreements kann eine Prüfung bzw. Unterschrift nur erfolgen, wenn auf eine Anerkennung vorab verzichtet wird. In diesem Fall vermerken Sie in der entsprechenden Zeile in Tabelle B s. Annex 1 und füllen den Annex entsprechend aus (s. Besondere Hinweise zum Ausfüllen ) Als nächsten Schritt schicken Sie die Seiten 1 bis 3 eingescannt per (keine Fotos!) an die Partnerhochschule mit der Bitte um ggf. Ergänzung der Responsible person, Unterschrift und Rücksendung. Besondere Hinweise zum Ausfüllen: Seite 1 Study Cycle: geben Sie Bachelor oder Master an. Subject area, Code: geben Sie den Code Ihres Passauer Studiengangs an. Eine Tabelle mit den Codes finden Sie unter /Studiengangscodes.pdf Erasmus code der Receiving Institution: geben Sie den Erasmus Code der Partneruniversität an. Eine Übersicht finden Sie unter /Erasmus_Codes.pdf Seite 2 Proposed mobility programme Before the mobility In Tabelle A führen Sie die Kurse auf, die Sie an der Partnerhochschule belegen wollen. Sofern Sie zu dem jeweiligen Kurs mit den Lehrstühlen die Anerkennung abgesprochen haben (Unterzeichnung eines Einzel-Learning Agreements), geben Sie in derselben Zeile rechts in Tabelle B den jeweiligen Passauer Kurs an. Wird ein Kurs nicht als Substitut für einen Passauer Kurs, sondern als zusätzliche Veranstaltung anerkannt, so tragen Sie bitte zusätzliche Veranstaltung für den Schwerpunkt/Bereich [Name des Schwerpunkts bzw. Bereichs] ein. Sollte eine Anerkennung des ausländischen Kurses nicht nötig sein, oder aus einem bestimmten Grund eine Anerkennung nicht möglich sein, geben Sie in der entsprechenden Zeile in Tabelle B s. Annex 1 ein. In Ausnahmefällen kann der Kurs im Nachhinein trotzdem anerkannt werden, sofern die Voraussetzungen des jeweiligen Lehrstuhls erfüllt werden. Es besteht in diesem Fall jedoch kein rechtlicher Anspruch auf Anerkennung. Fügen Sie am Ende der Tabelle die jeweilige Gesamt-ECTS-Zahl der Veranstaltungen an der Partneruniversität und der dafür anerkannten Veranstaltungen an der Universität Passau ein Seite 3 Stand:

3 Language competence of the student: geben Sie hier an, welches Sprachniveau Sie in der Hauptunterrichtssprache der Partnerhochschule bis zum Beginn Ihres Auslandsstudiums erreicht haben werden. Responsible person in the sending institution: geben Sie den Studiendekan an. Responsible person in the receiving institution: ist Ihnen die verantwortliche Person nicht bekannt, lassen Sie das Feld frei, damit es von der Partneruniversität ausgefüllt wird. Seite 4 Annex 1 Bei Nichtanerkennung von Veranstaltungen füllen Sie bitte den Annex 1 aus: führen Sie in der Tabelle den Titel der Veranstaltung an der Partneruniversität unter Component title at the Receiving Institution nochmals auf notieren Sie die Ziffer der passenden Begründung (zu finden direkt unter der Tabelle) in der Spalte Reason for Non-Recognition 1.3. Einreichen einer Kopie (S. 1-3) im Akademischen Auslandsamt Sobald Sie das Formular vollständig unterschrieben vorliegen haben (Unterschrift des Studierenden, der Universität Passau und der Partnerhochschule), reichen Sie bitte eine Kopie davon im Akademischen Auslandsamt ein. Die Kopie muss dem Akademischen Auslandsamt vor Beginn Ihres Auslandsstudiums vorliegen (in Papierform oder eingescannt per keine Fotos an erasmus.outgoing@uni-passau.de). 2. Während Ihres Auslandsaufenthalts 2.1. Ausfüllen und Unterschrift von Teil 2 des Learning Agreements (S. 4-5) Sollte es zu Beginn Ihres Auslandsaufenthalts zu Änderungen an Ihrem Kursprogramm kommen, füllen Sie bitte Teil 2 (=during the mobility) des Learning Agreements aus. Führen Sie hier bitte in Tabelle A2 alle Kurse auf, 1. bei denen es keine Änderung gab, 2. die hinzukamen (Kreuz bei Added component und Grund für die Änderung angeben), 3. die gelöscht wurden (Kreuz bei Deleted component und Grund für die Änderung angeben). Tragen Sie bitte außerdem die aktualisierte Gesamtzahl an ECTS ein. In Tabelle B2 geben Sie analog zur ersten Version des Learning Agreements die Kurse an, für die Ihnen bereits ein Einzel-Learning Agreement der Lehrstühle vorliegt. Andernfalls füllen Sie den Annex 1 aus (vgl. 1.2.). Das Formular lassen Sie anschließend an der Partnerhochschule unterschreiben und schicken es zusammen mit dem ursprünglichen Learning Agreement und den jeweiligen neuen Einzel-Learning Agreements (ggf. eingescannt keine Fotos!) an das Dekanat der Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät zur Unterschrift (dekanat.wiwi@uni-passau.de). Grundsätzlich genügen eingescannte/digitale Unter- Stand:

4 schriften. Nach der Prüfung durch das Dekanat und Unterschrift des Studiendekans erhalten Sie die Unterlagen auf dem Wege zurück, wie sie eingereicht wurden Einreichen einer Kopie (S. 1-5) im Akademischen Auslandsamt Eine Kopie des ursprünglichen Learning Agreements sowie der Änderungen (Seiten 1 bis 5) mit sämtlichen Unterschriften müssen Sie dann innerhalb von 7 Wochen nach Beginn Ihres Auslandsstudiums im Akademischen Auslandsamt einreichen (in Papierform oder eingescannt per an erasmus.outgoing@uni-passau.de). 3. Nach Ihrem Auslandsaufenthalt 3.1. Ausstellen eines Transcripts of Records durch die Partnerhochschule Nach Beendigung Ihres Auslandsaufenthalts erstellt Ihnen die Partnerhochschule ein Transcript of Records, das die von Ihnen abgelegten Prüfungsleistungen dokumentiert. Teil 3 des Learning Agreements beschreibt, welche Teile in diesem Transcript of Records enthalten sein sollen. Grundsätzlich müssen Sie hier nicht weiter aktiv werden, da die Partnerhochschulen das Transcript of Records automatisch ausstellen und Ihnen bzw. dem Akademischen Auslandsamt zukommen lassen wird. Das Akademische Auslandsamt informiert Sie in letzterem Fall per , wenn Ihr Transcript of Records abholbereit ist Einreichen einer Kopie des Transcript of Records im Akademischen Auslandsamt Sobald Ihnen das Transcript of Records vorliegt, reichen Sie bitte eine Kopie davon im Akademischen Auslandsamt ein (in Papierform oder eingescannt per an erasmus.outgoing@uni-passau.de). 3.3 Notenumrechnung Die Notenumrechnung findet zentral im Dekanat der Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät statt. Bitte informieren Sie sich auf der entsprechenden Webseite der Wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fakultät (unter Internationales/ Im Ausland studieren/ Notenumrechnung) über die dafür notwendigen Unterlagen und Sprechzeiten. Sending and Receiving Institutions undertake to apply all the principles of the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education relating to mobility for studies (or the principles agreed in the Inter- Institutional Agreement for institutions located in Partner Countries). The Beneficiary Institution and the student should also commit to what is set out in the Erasmus+ grant agreement. The Receiving Institution confirms that the educational components listed in Table A are in line with its course catalogue and should be available to the student. The Sending Institution commits to recognise all the credits or equivalent units gained at the Receiving Institution for the successfully completed educational components and to count them towards the student's degree as described in Table B. 9 Annex 2: End notes 1 Nationality: Country to which the person belongs administratively and that issues the ID card and/or passport. 2 Study cycle: Short cycle (EQF level 5) / Bachelor or equivalent first cycle (EQF level 6) / Master or equivalent second cycle (EQF level 7) / Doctorate or equivalent third cycle (EQF level 8). 3 Field of education: The ISCED-F 2013 search tool available at should be used to find the ISCED 2013 detailed field of education and training that is closest to the subject of the degree to be awarded to the student by the Sending Institution. 4 Erasmus code: a unique identifier that every higher education institution that has been awarded with the Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) receives. It is only applicable to higher education institutions located in Programme Countries. 5 Contact person: person who provides a link for administrative information and who, depending on the structure of the higher education institution, may be the departmental coordinator or works at the international relations office or equivalent body within the institution. 6 An "educational component" is a self-contained and formal structured learning experience that features learning outcomes, credits and forms of assessment. Examples of educational components are: a course, module, seminar, laboratory work, practical work, preparation/research for a thesis, mobility window or free electives. 7 Course catalogue: detailed, user-friendly and up-to-date information on the institution s learning environment that should be available to students before the mobility period and throughout their studies to enable them to make the right choices and use their time most efficiently. The information concerns, for example, the qualifications offered, the learning, teaching and assessment procedures, the level of programmes, the individual educational components and the learning resources. The Course Catalogue should include the names of people to contact, with information about how, when and where to contact them. 8 ECTS credits (or equivalent): in countries where the ECTS system is not in place, in particular for institutions located in Partner Countries not participating in the Bologna process, ECTS needs to be replaced in the relevant tables by the name of the equivalent system that is used, and a web link to an explanation to the system should be added. 9 Level of language competence: a description of the European Language Levels (CEFR) is available at: 10 Responsible person at the Sending Institution: an academic who has the authority to approve the Learning Agreement, to exceptionally amend it when it is needed, as well as to guarantee full recognition of such programme on behalf of the responsible academic body.
