Damit Sie jahrelang Freude mit dieser hochwertigen Armatur haben, empfehlen wir Ihnen folgende Punkte bei der Reinigung und Pflege zu beachten: milde, seifenhaltige Reinigungsmittel verwenden keine kratzenden, scheuernden oder säurehaltigen Reinigungs- oder Desinfektionsmittel verwenden nur mit weichem Schwamm oder Tuch behandeln keine Reinigung mit Dampfstrahlgeräten Diese Anleitung ist gültig für folgende Produkte: WimTec PROOF S4-12 V Edelstahl Art.Nr Chrom Art.Nr Lieferumfang: Frontplatte Edelstahl oder Messing verchromt mit integrierter Elektronik, Montagerahmen und Thermostatgriff in Chrom mit Heißwassersperre und Befestigungsmaterial, ohne UP-Netzteil.! Es gelten die Allgemeinen Installationsbedingungen gemäß Wichtige Installationshinweise: UP-Dose für optionales Netzteil außerhalb des Schutzbereichs vorsehen. Die Montage und Installation darf nur durch einen konzessionierten Fachbetrieb gemäß DIN 1988, ÖVE/ÖNORM E8001 sowie VDE 0100 Teil 701 erfolgen. 8 DE PROOF S4 Montage ACHTUNG! Folgende Schritte unbedingt in beschriebener Reihenfolge ausführen!! 1. Schrauben entfernen und Rohbauschutz abnehmen. 2. Vorstehenden Teil des Rohbaukastens fliesenbündig abschneiden. 3. Ggf. zwischen Wand und Rohbauset mit Silikon abdichten. 4. Wasserzuleitung absperren. 5. Beide Vorabsperrungen mit einem Schraubendreher öffnen. 6. Adapter für Thermostat mit Inbus 2,5 montieren. 8 Duschearmatur WimTec PROOF S4

9 PROOF S4 DE Montage Anschlusskabel 2 x 0,5 mm 2 oder 2 x 1 mm 2 in den UP-Kasten einziehen und am Netzteil (Art.Nr , ) anschließen. ACHTUNG: Netzteil darf nicht im Rohbauset verbaut werden! HINWEIS: zum Deaktivieren der Dusche bei Reinigungsarbeiten, wird empfohlen einen Schalter (Schlüsselschalter) vor dem Netzteil zu installieren. 8. Montagerahmen mit 4 beiliegenden Schrauben befestigen. Dabei auf die Kabelverbindungen achten und die Kabel nicht quetschen. Montagerahmen exakt ausrichten und Schrauben festziehen. Beim Festziehen der Schrauben darauf achten, dass sich der Montagerahmen nicht verformt. Beigelegtes Spezialfett an der Dichtung vorne auftragen. 9. Magnetventil anstecken und dann Elektro-Anschluss am Elektronikmodul herstellen. 10. Thermostatposition kontrollieren (Thermostatwelle auf linken Anschlag drehen, dann nach rechts bis Pfeil nach oben zeigt). Danach Spannungsversorgung einschalten (Sicherheitsschließimpuls des Magnetventils erfolgt). 11. Beigelegtes Spezialfett an der Dichtung vorne auftragen. Duschearmatur WimTec PROOF S4 9

10 DE PROOF S4 Montage ! ACHTUNG! Folgende Schritte unbedingt in beschriebener Reihenfolge ausführen! 12. Position des Thermostatknopfes kontrollieren - Absperrknopf zeigt senkrecht nach oben. 13. Frontplatte schräg aufsetzen und mit Druck in die waagrechte Position nach links drehen. 14. Frontplatte mit Sicherungsschraube rechts unten sichern. 15. Wasserleitung öffnen. 16. In order to ensure that you will be able to enjoy this high-quality product for many years, please take note of the following cleaning and maintenance recommendations: Use mild cleaning agents containing soap Do not use abrasive, scrubbing, sealing or acidic cleaning agents or disinfectants Clean the fitting with a soft sponge or cloth only Do not use steam cleaners This manual is valid for the following products: WimTec PROOF S4-12 V Stainless steel Art.Nr Chrome Art.Nr Delivery scope: Front plate made of staineless steel or chromed brass with integrated electronics, mounting frame and thermostat knob with hot-water barrier, mounting parts, without power supply. Important installation notes: Mounting and installation may only be performed by a qualified service provider in accordance with DIN 1988, ÖVE/ÖNORM E8001 and VDE 0100 Part 701. When planning and installing sanitary facilities, all relevant local, national and inter-national standards and provisions must be observed! Provide for 230 V / 12 V power unit outside of the protected zone.! The General installation terms and conditions provided at apply. According to the Austrian ÖNORM B 5019, thermal disinfection requires a minimum temperature of 60 C for at least 10 min at the relevant system locations. 20 EN PROOF S4 Assembly ! ATTENTION! Perform the following steps in the order indicated! 1. Remove the screws and take off the protective cover. 2. Cut off protruding parts from the flush-mount box so it aligns with the tiles. 3. Where necessary, seal off space between wall and flushmount set with silicone. 4. Close the main water valve. 5. Open both integrated stop valves using a screwdriver. 6. Mount adapter for thermostat using the 2.5 Allen key. 20 Shower control WimTec PROOF S4

21 PROOF S4 EN Assembly Feed the 0,5 mm 2 or 2 x 1 mm 2 connection cable into the flush-mount set and connect it to the power supply (art. no , ). Attention: The power supply must not be installed in the flush-mount set! HINT: to deactivate the shower for cleaning purposes we advise to install a switch (key switch) ahead of the power supply! 8. Correctly align the mounting frame and securely fasten the screws. When tightening the screws, ensure that the mounting frame does not get warped. Apply the included special grease to the front of the valve. 9. Plug in the magnetic valve and connect the power cables to the electronics module. 10. Check the thermostat position (turn the thermostat shaft to the leftmost position, and then turn it to the right until the arrow points upwards). Switch on the power supply (causing the safety locking mechanism of the magnetic valve to activate). 11. Apply the included special grease to the front of the valve. 22 EN PROOF S4 Assembly ! ATTENTION! Perform the following steps in the order indicated! 12. Check the position of the thermostat knob the locking knob should be pointing directly upwards. 13. Insert the front plate at an angle and apply some pressure while turning it to the left to align it horizontally. 14. Arrest front plate by fastening the locking screw at the lower right. 15. Open the main water valve. 16. The device is now ready for operation. Perform a system test. 22 Shower control WimTec PROOF S4
