The award, which is awarded by the Personalwirtschaft journal and the HRM Expo (Zukunft Personal) trade fair organiser recognizes innovative and revolutionary new concepts in HR, which have been tried and tested in real companies. Starting with a drinks reception, followed by a three-course dinner and the award presentation, there is plenty of time for networking. The event is hosted by TV-newsreader Kai-Sölve Richter.
