4 Systembeschrieb Description du système System description Janisol 2, die thermisch getrennte Stahlprofilserie für elegante Brandschutz-Türen und Glaswände EI0 Mit diesem kompletten Profilsystem lassen sich flächenbündige ein- und zweiflügelige Türen, Brandschutzverglasungen und Türen in Glaswänden rationell und sicher fertigen. Die Bauhöhe beträgt für den Türrahmen, wie auch für den Türflügel 60 mm. Für Pfosten und Riegel können Profile mit Körperbreiten von 2 mm und mm eingesetzt werden. Janisol 2-Türen sind mit doppelten Anschlagdichtungen in schwer entflammbarer Qualität ausgerüstet. Beschläge, Schlösser und Zubehör werden auf einfache Weise in den Profilhohlraum integriert. Der Schwellenbereich kann mit einer automatischen Senkdichtung, mit einer Auflaufdichtung und Halbrundschwelle sowie ohne Dichtung ausgeführt werden. Für den Glaseinbau stehen verschiedene Glasfabrikate zur Verfügung. Die Erscheinungsbilder der Janisol 2 EI0-Türen ist nahezu deckungsgleich mit den Jansen-Economy-Türen und den flächenbündigen Janisol-Türen. Les portes Janisol 2 sont dotées de doubles joints de battement de qualité difficilement combustible. Les serrures et autres ferrures peuvent être posées de manière aisée dans le creux des profilés. La zone du seuil peut être réalisée avec un seuil automatique, avec un joint de contact et un seuil demi-rond, ou sans joint. Pour la pose des vitres, diverses marques de verre sont disponibles. L aspect des portes Janisol 2 EI0 est pratiquement identique aux portes Jansen-Economy et les portes affleurées Janisol. 6 Merkmale Caractéristiques Features Fluchttür-Systeme In der EU gelten einheitliche Normen und Richtlinien für die Ausstattung von Fluchttüren. Ihr wesentliches Merkmal ist die gemeinsame Prüfung von Schloss, Schliessblech und Beschlagszubehör. Sowohl Notausgänge als auch Paniktüren dürfen nur noch mit als komplette Einheit geprüften Verschlusssystemen ausgestattet werden. Unsere Panikbeschläge erfüllen die beiden Fluchttürnormen EN 19 für Notausgangsverschlüsse und EN 112 für Paniktürverschlüsse. Leur caractéristique principale est un essai commun de la serrure, de la gâche et des accessoires de montage. Emergency exit systems Emergency door fittings are regulated by a uniform set of standards and guidelines throughout the EU. The main feature of these standards is the combined testing of lock, strike plate and fittings accessories. Emergency exits and panic doors may only be fitted with lock systems that have been tested as a complete unit. Deshalb sind bei der Planung und Ausführung von solchen Türen gewisse einschränkende Vorgaben zu beachten. Diese betreffen in erster Linie die Wahl der Beschläge und Füllelemente, die Befestigung der Füllelemente sowie die Befestigung der Bauteile an die umliegenden Wände. Die Türkonstruktion «Janisol 2 EI0 WK» wurde am Institut für Fenstertechnik e.v. in Rosenheim erfolgreich geprüft. Damit die bei der Prüfung nachgewiesene Schutzwirkung auch in der Praxis gewährleistet ist, sind folgende Beschlagteile zwingend vorgeschrieben: Mehrfachverriegelungs-Schloss.0,.1 oder.2 Schliessblech. (für Hauptschloss) oder Brandschutz- Elektro-Türöffner Schliessblech-Garnitur.
