3 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung Der Controller integriert oder AS-i Master, eine Kleinsteuerung und eine Profibus-DP-Schnittstelle. Er steuert den Datenaustausch zur Sensor- /Aktuator-Ebene verarbeitet die Peripheriedaten im integrierten Prozessor (Signalvorverarbeitung) arbeitet als stand-alone-steuerung mit Datenaustausch zum PC (Visualisierung) kommuniziert mit der übergeordneten Steuerungsebene (Betrieb als Gateway) Programmierschnittstelle RSC Baudrate 4800 bis 6400Baud max. Entfernung zwischen Controller und Host: 0m keine Potentialtrennung zur Controller-Versorgung Steckerbelegung: Pin : Rxd; Pin : Txd; Pin 5: Gnd Profibus-DP-Schnittstelle Baudrate 9600Baud bis MBaud max. Entfernung zwischen Controller und Host: abhängig von der Baudrate Potentialtrennung zur Controller-Versorgung bis zu parallel geschaltete Controller Steckerbelegung: Pin : Signal B; Pin 8: Signal A Montage Befestigen Sie den Controller auf einer 5mm-Profilschiene. Die Schutzart des Geräts beträgt IP 0, daher sollte es an einem geschützten Ort montiert werden (z. B. Schaltschrank). Achten Sie auf eine betauungsfreie Umgebung. Vermeiden Sie übermäßige Staubentwicklung, Vibrations- und Stoßbelastungen. Die Luftzirkulation durch die Lüftungsöffnungen darf nicht behindert werden.

4 Elektrischer Anschluß Schalten Sie die Anlage spannungsfrei. Schließen Sie das Gerät entsprechend der Klemmenbeschriftung an. Verbinden Sie niemals die Minuspotentiale untereinander oder Minuspotentiale und PE-Anschluß. Stellen Sie eine elektrisch sichere Erdverbindung zwischen AS-i Controller (Klemme PE) und Gerät-Erdanschluß her. Nach Anlegen der Versorgungsspannung leuchten die LEDs und die LED-Anzeige (LED-Test); danach werden für je s die Versionsnummern für Hardware und Software (Software Version Controller und Software Version AS-i Master) angezeigt. 4

6 Diagnose/Einstellen Der AS-i-Controller wird durch den übergeordneten Host (PC) bedient. Slave Drücken Sie mehrmals Anzeige von weiteren Slaves Verriegeln/entriegeln der Modi > 4 Wählen Sie den Modus (Bedienschritt 0/) Anzeige des gewählten Modus Drücken Sie mal Anzeige für Verriegelung blinkt Drücken Sie mal (= bestätigen) Anzeige Verriegelung aktiv Entriegeln: Drücken sie beide Tasten ca. 5s lang; zur Bestätigung erscheint im LED-Display die Ziffer blinkend. 8

12 b Einstellen der Übertragungsrate der seriellen Schnittstelle Wählen Sie den Modus (Bedienschritt 0/) Anzeige für vorgegebene Einstellung blinkt Drücken Sie, bis gewünschte Einstellung angezeigt wird Anzeige für neu gewählte Einstellung blinkt (hier 96) Neue Einstellung ist gespeichert Drücken Sie mal (= bestätigen) Mögliche Einstellungen: b_48 (= 4800 Baud), b_96 (= 9600 Baud), b9 (= 900 Baud =Voreinstellung), b84 (=8400 Baud), b576 (= Baud), b64 (= 6400 Baud). Ed Erweiterte Diagnose Wählen Sie den Modus (Bedienschritt 0/) Anzeige für vorgegebene Einstellung blinkt Drücken Sie, bis gewünschte Einstellung angezeigt wird Anzeige für neu gewählte Einstellung blinkt (hier ED-) Neue Einstellung ist gespeichert Drücken Sie mal (= bestätigen) Erforderliche GSD-Version:.00

13 Fehlermeldungen Anzeige ausgefallener Slaves (Stelle = Master; Stellen und 4 = Slave-Nr.); die Slaves werden im Sekundentakt angezeigt. Die Liste der ausgefallenen Slaves kann gespeichert werden, bis die Slaves ersetzt sind. - Drücken Sie x die SET-Taste (für die Liste des Master ) oder SET - MODE - SET (für die Liste Master ). Die niedrigste Adresse der Fehlerliste wird blinkend angezeigt. - Ersetzen Sie den ausgefallenen Slave durch einen Slave mit gleicher Konfiguration und 0; er erhält die angezeigte Adresse; (die Funktion mehrfach Automatisch adressieren muß aktiviert sein). Werden weitere Adressen angezeigt, verfahren Sie so weiter, bis die Liste abgearbeitet ist. - Die Funktion wird beendet, wenn die Slaves ersetzt sind oder durch Drücken der SET-Taste. 18 Functions and features The controller integrates or AS-i masters, a mini controller and a Profibus-DP interface. it controls the data exchange to the sensor/actuator level it processes the peripheral data in the integrated processor (signal preprocessing) it works as stand-alone controller with data exchange to the PC (visualisation). it communicates with the higher-level control system (in the gateway mode) Programming interface RSC baud rate 4800 to 6400 baud max. distance between controller and host: 0m no potential separation from the controller supply pin connections: pin: Rxd; pin : Txd; pin 5: Gnd Programming interface Profibus-DP baud rate 9600 to Mbaud max. distance between controller and host: depending on the baud rate potential separation from the controller supply up to controllers connected in parallel pin connections: pin: signal B; pin 8: signal A Mounting Mount the controller onto a 5mm rail. The unit has protection IP0, therefore it should be mounted in a protected place (e.g. switching cabinet). Ensure a condensation-free environment. Avoid excessive dust, vibration and shock. The circulation of air through the vents must not be hampered. 8

19 Electrical connection Disconnect power. Connect the unit according to the terminal marking. Never connect the minus potentials to each other or the minus potentials and the PE connection. Ensure an electrically safe ground connection between the AS-i controller (PE terminal) and the ground connection of the unit. After application of the supply voltage all the LEDs and the LED display are switched on (LED test); then the version numbers of the hardware and the software are displayed for s each (software version controller and software version AS-i master). 9

28 Error messages 8 Display of missing/defective slaves (digit = master; digits and 4 = slave no.); the slaves are displayed at intervals of seconds. The list of failed slaves can be stored until the slaves have been replaced. - Press the SET button twice (for the list of master ) or SET -MODE - SET (for the list of master ). The lowest address of the error list is displayed flashing. - Replace the failed slave by a slave with the same configuration and with the address 0; it will receive the indicated address; (the function multiple automatic addressing must be activated). If other addresses are displayed, proceed in the same way until the list has been completed. - The function will be ended when the slaves have been replaced or the SET button has been pressed. 33 Fonctionnement et caractéristiques Le contrôleur intègre ou maîtres AS-i, une unité de prétraitement et une interface Profibus-DP il contrôle l échange des données au niveau capteurs / actionneurs il traite les données périphériques dans le processeur intégré (prétraitement du signal) il travaille comme contrôleur autonome avec échange des données avec un système de supervision il peut communiquer avec un système supérieur (mode passerelle) Interface RSC vitesse de communication: 4800 à 6400baud distance maximum entre le contrôleur et l'hôte: 0m pas de séparation galvanique avec l'alimentation du contrôleur raccordement des broches: broche : Rxd; broche : Txd, broche 5: Gnd Interface Profibus-DP vitesse de communication: 9600 à Mbaud distance maximum entre le contrôleur et l'hôte: selon la vitesse de communication séparation galvanique avec l'alimentation du contrôleur jusqu'à contrôleurs raccordés en parallèle raccordement des broches: broche : signal B, broche 8: signal A Montage Monter le contrôleur sur un rail 5 mm. L appareil ayant la protection IP 0 doit être monté dans un lieu protégé (par example armoire électrique). S assurer d un environnement sans condensation. Eviter les excès de poussière, les vibrations et les chocs. La circulation d'air à travers les trous d'évent ne doit pas être gênée.

34 Raccordement électrique Mettre l installation hors tension avant le raccordement. Raccorder l appareil selon les indications sur les bornes. Ne jamais raccorder les potentiels négatifs l un à l autre ou les potentiels négatifs et la terre. S assurer d une bonne connexion électrique entre le contrôleur AS-i (borne PE) et la terre de l installation. Après l application de la tension d alimentation les LED et l affichage LED sont allumés (test LED); puis les numéros de version hard et soft (versions soft du contrôleur et du maître AS-i) apparaissent pendant s chacun. 4

43 Messages d erreur Affichage d esclaves manquants/défectueux (segment = maître, segments et 4 = no. d esclave); les esclaves sont affichés dans des intervalles de secondes. La liste des esclaves défaillants peut être sauvegardée jusqu à ce que les esclaves soient remplacés. - Appuyer sur le bouton SET fois (pour la liste du maître ) ou SET - MODE - SET (pour la liste du maître ). La plus basse adresse de la liste d erreurs est affichée en clignotant. - Remplacer l esclave défaillant par un esclave identique portant l adresse 0; il reçoit l adresse affichée; (la fonction «adressage multiple automatique» doit être activée).
