Bei den Standtypen A 04, B 04, D 04 und Line 04 können nur Stände für die gesamte angemietete Fläche bestellt werden. Bei den Flächen kleiner als die vorgegebene Mindestgröße wird eine reduzierte Basisausstattung geliefert. Bei rechtzeitiger Bestellung ist Ihr Stand am Tag vor Beginn der Veranstaltung um 12 Uhr bezugsfertig. (Vorzeitige Fertigstellung auf Anfrage) You can rent prefabricated system stands from us in a variety of different designs, depending on your requirements. In the case of stand types A 04, B 04, D 04 and Line 04 you can only rent stands for the full area covered by your booking. Where the space booked is less than the stated minimum stand size, a reduced basic fittings package will be supplied. Provided you order in good time, your stand will be ready for occupation by noon on the day prior to the opening of the event. (Earlier completion is possible by arrangement.) Technische Details / Technical details Haftung / Liability Die Basisaustattung kann durch Elemente der Zusatzausstattung erweitert werden. Die technischen Beschreibungen der Systemstände und Zusatzausstattung sowie Gestaltungsbeispiele finden Sie in dieser Broschüre. Typenübergreifende Bestellung von Zusatzausstattungselementen ist nicht möglich. Geringfügige technische und farbliche Abweichungen von den in der Broschüre genannten Angaben, sowie den Einsatz von, für die Standsicherheit, erforderlichen Aussteifungselementen behalten wir uns vor. Die Anschlüsse des Standes an die technischen Ver- und Entsorgungsnetze bestellen Sie bitte mit den entsprechenden Bestellformularen. The basic fittings package may be supplemented with elements selected from the Additional fittings list. Technical descriptions of the system stands and additional fittings, together with typical stand configurations, can be found in this brochure. Combining additional fittings from different types of stands is not possible. We reserve the right to make minor changes to the technical specifications and colours reproduced in the brochure; we also reserve the right, in the interests of safety, to use additional bracing members as required when assembling your stand. Connections to the appropriate service networks (power supply, water supply, drainage) should be ordered separately by completing the appropriate order forms. Die Systemstände einschließlich Ausstattung dürfen nicht beklebt, benagelt, gestrichen, verändert oder beschädigt werden. Der Aussteller hat Verlust und Beschädigung der gemieteten Gegenstände, gleich aus welchem Grunde, zu vertreten. Wir empfehlen, für die gemieteten Gegenstände eine Ausstellungsversicherung abzuschließen. Als Versicherungswert kann pauschal der vierfache Mietpreis zu Grunde gelegt werden. Nothing may be stuck or nailed to the system stands or any fittings, nor may they be painted, modified or damaged in any way. The exhibitor is liable for any loss or damage to the rented items, regardless of how caused. We advise taking out exhibition insurance to cover the rented items. The value of the items for insurance purposes may be taken as four times the invoiced rental charge. 26

27 Vertrag/Rental agreement Der Vertrag über die Anmietung eines Systemstandes kommt mit der Auftragsbestätigung durch die Deutsche Messe AG rechtsgültig zu Stande. Bei Rücktritt hat der Mieter eine pauschale Entschädigung in Höhe von 100 % des Auftragswertes zu entrichten. Sollte der Rücktritt vor Erhalt der Auftragsbestätigung erklärt werden (Ausfertigungsdatum + 1 Woche), beträgt die Pauschale 20 %, bei Rücktritt nach Erhalt der Auftragsbestätigung, aber vor dem Aufbaubeginn des Systemstandes, beträgt sie 50 % des Auftragswertes. Sollte der Mieter nachweisen, dass der Deutschen Messe AG durch den Rücktritt kein Schaden oder nur ein Schaden entstanden ist, der wesentlich niedriger ist als die Schadenspauschale, hat er den entsprechend geminderten Ersatz zu leisten. The rental agreement for the system stand becomes legally valid upon issuance of the order confirmation by Deutsche Messe AG. In case of cancellation of the order, the customer is liable for a flat compensation fee in the amount of 100 % of the order value. If the customer cancels the agreement before receiving the order confirmation (i. e. within one week after the order confirmation is issued), the flat fee equals 20 % of the order value. If the cancellation occurs after receiving the order confirmation, but before the start of stand construction, the flat fee equals 50 % of the order value. Should the exhibitor be able to demonstrate that the losses actually incurred by Deutsche Messe AG are non-existent or substantially lower than the applicable flat compensation fee, a reduced compensation fee will be accepted. Vorauszahlung, Schlussrechnung / Payment of deposit and final account Neben der Kostenvorauszahlung für Nebenleistungen werden bei Bestellung von Systemständen zusätzlich 50 % des zu erwartenden Mietpreises bei Auftragsbestätigung der Deutschen Messe AG fällig. Die Schlussrechnung wird aus organisatorischen Gründen erst ca. 2 Wochen nach Veranstaltungsende zugeschickt. In the case of fully fitted rental stands, 50 % of the expected total rental charge must be paid in advance as soon as confirmation is received from Deutsche Messe AG. The prepayment for services will also be due at the same time. For organizational reasons the final invoice will not be sent until approximately two weeks after the fair. 27
