Market launch Trigon D The well-known Trigon façade design has been supplemented by the series Trigon D which enables targeted drainage thanks to offset drainage levels and thus is ideally suited for flat and slanted façade areas. Being a of the Trigon modular system, the Trigon D design, which is offered in two elevation widths of 50 mm and 60 mm, can, of course, be combined with the other Trigon series. All insert elements of the Lambda series as well as the skylight windows of the 85 E and.0 designs can be inserted. Market launch Trigon Unit L Hueck's unitized façade design has been successfully used in international projects for many years and undergoes continuous further development, amendment and optimization of insulation properties. Based on this experience, Hueck's project engineers have developed a standard series: the highly insulated unitized façade construction Trigon Unit L. The design is suitable for constructing larger façade. The elements, which are pre-fabricated and glazed in the workshop, are mounted to the building structure horizontally next to each other and vertically on top of each other. In the course of assembly, the joints between the units are sealed in an air- and rain-proof way by means of unit gaskets. Market launch Lambda 77 L opening out The new side-hung or top-hung projecting out window construction opening out will be added to the Lambda 77 L programme with immediate effect. Two sash profiles are offered: B8037 which can house Hueck fittings or B80370 for gear locks (espagnolette fittings). Sash dimensions of up to 000 mm x 00 mm have been tested and can be realized in accordance with EN 435 and BS It is suitable for a glass thickness between 4 and 5 mm in the fixed frame and between and 54 mm in the sash. The new design can be combined with the Lambda 77 L modular system. In addition, new fixed frames/insert frames and interlocking frames with an interlocking width of 8 and 38 mm have been added. New bottom rail profile B8034 for Lambda 77 L fixed fields For fixed fields next to outside doors, the catalogue and stock programme now not only includes fixed frame B80340 with an elevation with of 58 mm, but also fixed frame B8034 with an elevation width of 68 mm. Depending on the selected door threshold, side lights with views that are identical to the door can be designed either with door bottom rail profile B and substruction profiles B80570 or B80570 or with the wider fixed frames B80340 or B8034. Modified sash profile B80360 Lambda 77 XL Following the conversion of sash profiles B80340 and B80350, the large XL sash B80360 now also is supplied with a changed thermal barrier (marked by coloured circle). As the inner and outer shell remain identical, so do the brackets. Prices and U f values of the sash assembly groups remain unchanged. The new connecting sleeve K9030 has been introduced to match the changed inner dimension of the insulating zone. 10 Info Point Current information 4.3 Change of contour for interlocking frames B8030/B8060 Following the sale of the existing stocks, the contour of interlocking frame B8030/B8060 will be changed to match the other interlocking frames and will be provided with a nose at the inner shell to optimize the compensation of production tolerances and for an optical reduction of the inside recess joint. 11 Info Point Current information 4.4 Conversion of concealed window fittings to stay-arms for a sash weight of 70 kg All concealed window fittings for the opening types side-hung, turn-tilt, tilt-before-turn and French window have been converted to new stay-arms and bearings suitable for a sash weight of 70 kg. Following the sale of existing stocks, the new fittings will be included under identical combination numbers and can be identified by the new article numbers for stay-arms/bearings listed here as well as by the mark "70 kg" embossed on the stay-arm. Glazing gaskets Lambda/Lava Door: Sale of stocks with surface, siliconized, followed by conversion to 5, coated with sliding polymer Several years ago, the standard humidification of the system-dependent glazing gaskets of window and door series with silicone (surface key ) was changed to sliding polymer (surface key 5). Back then, the surface of some gaskets remained siliconized - these are now gradually converted to sliding polymer (surface key 5) as well for Lambda / Lava doors to ensure multiple use. Existing stocks in the siliconized design will be sold in the course of the next weeks and months, then new stocks with a sliding polymer surface will be available. Conversion of anti-panic handles for Wilka lock sets to the new generation Following the sale of push bars Z9350, Z935 and horizontal handle bars Z93670, Z9367 these will be converted to the new handles. The new articles will be included in the programme under the new article number. The following table compares the old and new numbers. The hole scheme for fixing the handles/handle bars of the old and new generation is identical. This is why the existing installation drawings remain valid. Please observe, however, that only tubes from the old generation can be used for handles from the old generation. The same applies to new handles and tubes for handles. Following the sale of existing stocks, an automatic change to the new article numbers will occur when the old article is ordered. Handle bars and tubes for handles coated white (Z , Z and Z ) will not be replaced by new articles. Old articles still on stock will be sold while stocks last, then the white surface for these handle bars will be taken from the catalogue and delivery programme. 17 Info Point Current information 5.3 New flush bolt Z replaces Z99408 Flush bolt Z99408 for Lambda and.0 doors is replaced by the new flush bolt Z with mm feed instead of 0 mm which is supplied with a 4 mm stainless steel front plate and adapter pieces (shown in dotted lines) which enable use with larger backsets of up to 60 mm. At the same time, bascule flush bolt Z9978 will be taken from the programme. As an alternative, we recommend the new flush bolt Z which, however, is operated via the rebate chamber in the opened sash. Please observe that the milling dimensions and the hole scheme change. The connection of operating rods Z or Z9008 at top and bottom remains unchanged. 24 Info Point Current information 7.3 BS C door: Anti-fingertrap roller blind cannot be used for T30 doors Following consultation with the approval authority we are unfortunately no longer able to offer a fire protection doors of series BS C as a T30 door with an Athmer anti-fingertrap roller blind. This means that the former 0 annex no. 3.0 is no longer valid. This is based on a decision of the experts' committee stating that the use of an anti-fingertrap roller blind for all fire-protection doors made of steel and aluminium must be evidenced by means of a successful fire test, which is not the case so far. Consequently, we have to ask you to delete no. 3.0 from the 0 annexes in your catalogue. For the new fire-protection construction Lava 77-30, the Athmer anti-fingertrap roller blind was successfully tested and can be declared as "insignificant deviation".
