August 2014 folgendes Moto Cross in Seitenstetten aus. Every competiton must be be in accordance with the valid FIM/UEM/OSK-regulations and with the following public tender. 1. Promoter MSC Seitenstetten, Hofing 3, 3353 Seitenstetten Phone: 0664/ , Fax: 07477/44176 raimund.angerer@aon.at, 2. Track The race will be held at a track with 1470m length and 6 m wide at the MX Arena in Seitenstetten. The number of entries to each event is limited to 40 riders in each class. 3. Competitors and Riders Every rider who is in possess of a valid RaceCard (Tages-RaceCard), OSK-Clubsportlizenz (Tageslizenz) or OSK- Lizenz (Tageslizenz) is eligible. Foreign riders have to be in possession of a RaceCard because other licences are no longer valid. You can get a valid OSK Tages-RaceCard, at the local technical certification. The following age determinations are valid: -Race MX Open: MX Jugend: starting from 15 years from 10 to 15 years (The limit for the maximum age finishes at the end of the calendar year in which the rider reaches the age of 15). 65 ccm: from 7 to 12 years (The limit for the maximum age finishes at the end of the calendar year in which the rider reaches the age of 12) auner-mx 2: siehe eigene aunercup Ausschreibung 4. Entry requests Entry requests, provisional entries and/or entry forms duly completed by the participant and must be sent to:

Foreign riders have to pay: entry fee 50,- + OSK TagesRaceCard 15,- but we are making a special price for them with only 59,-- for both. Those 9,- are for insurance! Account: MSC Seitenstetten IBAN: AT BIC: ASPKAT2LXXX don t forget to write on purpose of use your class + name (for example : Klasse -Race, Karl Somebody) Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, Nennungen ohne Angabe von Gründen abzulehnen. 5. bikes 5.1 Classification -Race MX Open: over 100 up to 500 ccm 2-stroke and over 175 up to 650 ccm 4-stroke MX Jugend: over 65 ccm up to 85 ccm 2-stroke 65 ccm: over 50 ccm up to 65 ccm 2-stroke aunercup MX2: ccm 2-stroke and 250 ccm 4-stroke 5.2 Bike & Fuel must be in accordance with the FIM Regulations. 5.4 Control of sound level 115 db/a ( for measurement precision + 1 for degradation accepted during the race - measured with a Type 1 or Type 2 sound meter) If breaking the rule of the sound level after a race rider will be penalised by having one minute added to his riding time in the race in question. 6. Rider Apparel The helmet, eye protection and equipment and protective clothing must be in accordance with the FIM Regulations. Progress oft the event 7. Technical Control The technical control is at the club house in the paddock at following times: Saturday, 23. August 2014 from 18:30-20:00 Uhr and Sunday, 24. August 2014 from 06:30-07:30. Please bring the following documents with you: RaceCard, Clubsportlizenz or OSK-Lizenz. There s also a technical control oft he riders apparell (like helmet). The riders accept with their signature that their bike is in accordance with the FIM/OSK regulations. Die Fahrzeuge werden von den Abnahmekommissären unmittelbar vor dem Einfahren auf die Rennstrecke im Vorstartbereich geprüft. Ein Fahrzeug, das technische Mängel aufweist, darf erst nach entsprechender Behebung dieser Mängel und neuerlicher Kontrolle durch die Technischen Kommissäre die Rennstrecke befahren. 8. Starting order In each class, the riders select their gates for the races based on the results of the Qualifying Races. All the riders, who are present in the waiting zone in time, may leave for the sighting lap. The entrance from the circuit to the waiting zone is closed 4 minutes before the start. All riders must be back from their sighting lap. 12. Start The start will be made with engines running. Riders may not use any starting aid devices (starting blocks, other elevating devices, etc.) at the start. Riders can freely select their grid position according to their starting order and places available. Once a rider has taken his position at the starting gate, he cannot change it, return to the waiting zone or receive assistance prior to the start. When all riders are on the starting line, a green flag will be raised.

4 At the end of 15 seconds, a "5 seconds" sign will be displayed and the gate will drop between 5 and 10 seconds after the "5 seconds" sign is shown. In case of a false start, there will be a re-start. 13. Rider Behavior You musn t leave your bike at the track or change it.any outside assistance on the course to the riders is forbidden unless it is provided by a marshal carrying out his duty in the interests of safety. Any infraction of this rule may be penalised. Riders must use only the marked track. However, if they accidentally leave the track, they may continue at a greatly reduced speed until they can re-enter the track safely. They must re-enter, without gaining an advantage, at the closest point to where they left the track. Course cutting is forbidden. There will be a zone for repairs and signalling during the practices and races. Only mechanics, signallers, representatives of the industry are permitted in this area. Riders who enter the paddock during a race will not be allowed to re-join that race. 14. Flag signals The following flag signals can be shown during the practices and races.; not giving attention to them involves consequences: Red flag: All riders must stop. Black flag with the number of a rider: the rider who is mentioned must stop Yellow flag, held stationary: Danger, ride cautiously. Yellow flag, waved :Immediate danger, prepare to stop, no overtaking, jumping not allowed. Blue flag, waved : Warning, you are about to be lapped. Green flag: Course clear for the start of the race Black and white chequered flag End of the practices, the qualifications, the warm-up, the race. 15. End of the race The outstanding time will be shown at the finish jump. The last 2 will be shown at a board. the black and white chequered flag means the end of the practices, the qualifications, the warm-up and the races. 16. Publishing of the results The results will be published after every race. You can see them at the stewards or at the notice board.the official notice board is at : MSC club house near paddock. 18. PRIZE-GIVING CEREMONY The prize giving ceremony is afterwards every race at the speaker tower, the prize money giving will be 30 minutes after the last race. Every winner will receive a laurel wreath, other prizes will be given by the sponsors. The following price money will be paid out: Overall 5555,-- in the daily classification and 200,-- fort he best placed MX 2 Rider in the -Race MX Open Class. In the MX Jugend class will be a overall prize money of 800,- given Race - MX Open -Race - MX Open place 1500, place 125,-- 2. place 1000, place 110,-- 3. place 500, place 110,-- 4. place 400, place 100,-- 5. place 300, place 100,--

Versicherung Der Veranstalter hat eine Haftpflichtversicherung zu folgenden Deckungssummen abgeschlossen. Haftpflichtversicherung: ,-/ ,-für Personen- und/oder Sachschäden. Innerhalb dieser Summe sind Vermögensschäden versichert. Die österreichischen Fahrer sind durch ihre RaceCard zu den Summen ,- für bleibende Invalidität, ,- für Heilungskosten und 5.000,- für Rückholkosten, bzw. durch ihre Lizenz zu den Summen ,- im Todesfall, ,- für bleibende Invalidität und ,- für Heilungskos-ten unfallversichert, sofern nicht bereits eine andere Unfallversicherung besteht; weiters sind mit dieser Versicherung Rückholkosten in Höhe von bis zu ,-gedeckt (Vor Inanspruchnahme der Rückholung ist unbedingt mit der UNIQA Versicherung unter der Tel.Nr. 0800/ Kontakt aufzunehmen). Weiters hat der Veranstalter für die Offiziellen und sonstigen Mitwirkenden eine Unfallversicherung zu den Deckungssummen ,- für Todesfall oder bleibende Invalidität und ,- für Hei-lungskosten abgeschlossen. Versicherungsklausel: Nicht gedeckt durch die normale Haftpflichtversi-cherung. 20. Allgemeines Der Veranstalter behält sich das Recht vor, zu dieser Ausschreibung noch nähere Durchführungsbestimmungen zu erlassen, das Rennen zu verschieben oder abzusagen. Höhere Gewalt entbindet den Veranstalter von der Einhaltung seiner Verpflichtungen. 21. Haftungsausschluss für Ausschreibung: Jeder Teilnehmer nimmt mit der Abgabe der Nennung (für nicht großjährige Teilnehmer ist eine Unterschrift auf der Haftungserklärung eines Erziehungsberechtigten erforderlich) zur Kenntnis, dass er für jede Art von Schaden, die er verursacht, persönlich bzw. sein Rechtsnachfolger verantwortlich ist. Für etwaige Folgen muss er somit selbst aufkommen. Er verpflichtet sich, gegenüber den Grundbesitzern und dem Veranstalter bzw. Rennleiter keine wie immer gearteten Schadensansprüche zu erheben. Weiters verpflichtet sich jeder Fahrer die Betreuer mit eingeschlossen sich den Anordnungen der Veranstalter bzw. des Rennleiters, der Jury und dem Streckenpersonal zu unterwerfen, um optimale Sicherheit zu gewährleisten. 22.
