15 Invitation to join the Association Application for membership of TraCIM Association for sustaining members According to section 4 paragraph 4 of the Statutes, natural and legal persons who support the aims of TraCIM in accordance with the Statutes may be nominated as sustaining members. They are entitled to attend the public General Assembly but they are not entitled to vote. Sustaining members who are legal persons must nominate a constant contact person to regulate the participation in the respective TraCIM committees and bodies and to receive minutes and documents (section 4 paragraph 7). Regarding Membership Fees, sustaining members pay contribution fees. A minimum contribution may be determined by a resolution of the General Assembly (section 6 paragraph 2). Seite 15 von 19
