The employee assesses his/her proficiency levels. The manager and the employee perform the Competence Interview and agree on final proficiency levels. They identify knowledge transfer opportunities and competences gaps. They co-build the Learning plan (optional). The manager monitors progress. The HRBP supports The employee updates the competence assessment if needed. The manager validates the update.
