They have been specifically designed to eliminate the humidity contained in the compressed air, through a cooling process. The dryer works by exploiting the characteristics of the cooling cycle, integrating pre-exchanger and plate-type exchanger, condensate trap and automatic drain in a single compact block, able to treat from 0.9 to 81 m 3 /minute of air. Seit vielen Jahren betreiben wir eine umweltfreundliche Politik mit dem Ziel, umweltverträgliche Materialien zu finden, umweltfreundliche Kältemittel einzusetzen und eine Anpassung der Komponenten gemäß der EU-Richtlinie 02/9/EG RoHS (Beschränkung der Verwendung gefährlicher Stoffe) und der EU-Richtlinie 02/96/EG WEEE (Elektro- und Elektronik-Altgeräte) zu erreichen. Quindi, a valle dell essiccatore, è possibile installare i filtri con grado di filtrazione più spinto, secondo la sequenza indicata ed in funzione del livello di qualità dell aria compressa necessario. In questo modo i diversi componenti svolgono la loro funzione correttamente e le prestazioni del sistema di trattamento sono ottimizzate e garantite più a lungo nel tempo. Then, downstream the refrigerating dryer, the other filters can be installed in the shown order and depending on the required compressed air quality demand. Following these basic instructions any air treatment component will operate with its best performance for a longer operational time.
