4 Systembeschrieb Description du système System description Jansen VISS: bringt die Vorteile von Stahl zum Tragen. Jansen VISS (Voll isoliertes Sprossensystem) ist ein wärmegedämmtes Stahlsystem für Pfosten-Riegel-Konstruktionen. Mit wenigen, modular aufgebauten Komponenten lassen sich Fassaden aller Art herstellen. Durch Addition weiterer Systemteile können spezifische Anforderungen an die jeweilige Bauaufgabe erfüllt werden: In statischer Hinsicht mittels einer Reihe von Profilen in verschiedenen Bautiefen und/oder innen liegender Verstärkungsmöglichkeiten; in funktionaler Hinsicht durch die Wahl entsprechender Zubehörteile respektive Füllelemente. Das äussere Erscheinungsbild der Fassadenstruktur bleibt davon in jedem Fall unberührt. Architekten und Planer können differenzierte Anforderungen an Wärmeschutz, Schallschutz und Brandschutz in einer einheitlichen Optik erfüllen. Verarbeiter profitieren von einer routinierten Handhabung und vereinfachten Lagerhaltung der wenigen Einzelteile. Fuss-, Kopf- und Befestigungsplatten für Baukörperanschlüsse lassen sich mittels Schweissen einfach und sicher anbringen. Für die raumseitige Tragkonstruktion stehen Profile mit Ansichtsbreiten von 50 und 60 mm und Bautiefen bis 150 mm zur Verfügung. Sie können geschweisst oder gesteckt werden. Steckverbindungen bieten die Möglichkeit systematischer Vorfertigung grossflächiger Fassaden und Dachverglasungen. Die Jansen VISS Fassadensysteme haben die geforderten Prüfungen gemäss DIN EN mit Erfolg bestanden. Jansen VISS: tous les avantages de l'acier. Jansen VISS (Système montant/ traverse entièrement Isolés) est un système en acier à isolation thermique pour constructions montant/traverse. Un minimum d'éléments modulaires permet de réaliser tous les types de façades. L'ajout d'autres éléments du système permet de répondre aux exigences spécifiques de l'ouvrage. Du point de vue statique, grâce à une série de profilés de différentes profondeurs de construction et/ou des possibilités de renforcement interne, du point de vue fonctionnel par le choix des accessoires appropriés et des éléments de remplissage respectifs. L'aspect extérieur de la structure de la façade reste dans tous les cas intact. Les architectes et les planificateurs peuvent répondre aux exigences différenciées en matière d'isolation thermique, acoustique, pare-balle et de protection du feu dans une optique uniforme. Les métalliers profitent du maniement aisé et de la simplicité du stockage du nombre limité de pièces. Les plaques de fixation des raccords au corps du bâtiment sont montées de manière simple et sûre par soudage. Pour la construction porteuse coté intérieur, on dispose de profilés d'une largeur de vue 50 et 60 mm, dans des profondeurs allant jusqu'à 150 mm. Ils peuvent être assemblés par soudage ou mécaniquement. Les constructions soudées permettent une préfabrication systématique à l'atelier, ceci également pour les grandes façades et les vitrages de toiture. Les profilés pour façades Jansen VISS ont été soumis avec succès aux contrôles exigés selon la norme DIN EN Jansen VISS: building on the benefits of steel. Jansen VISS (a fully-insulated glazing system) is a thermally-insulated steel system for mullion/transom constructions. Many different types of façade can be built using only a small number of modular components. Specific project requirements can then be met by adding extra system components. A range of profiles with different basic depths and/or internal reinforcing options are available to meet structural requirements; there is also a choice of appropriate accessories and infill panels to suit different functions. The external appearance of the façade remains unaffected. Architects and planners are able to meet a range of thermal insulation, noise reduction, bullet-resistant and fire protection requirements whilst retaining a uniform appearance. The small number of individual components facilitates warehouse storage and means that fabricators are soon familiar with the products. Top and bottom fixing plates for building structure attachments can be easily and safely welded in place. Profiles with face widths of 50 and 60 mm and depths up to 150 mm are available for the inner load-bearing structure. They can be welded on or fitted. Welded constructions mean that pre-fabrication in the workshop is an option even for large façades and roof glazing. The Jansen VISS façade systems have been successfully tested in accordance with DIN EN A-31-2 VISS Profilübersicht 04/2014

16 Systembeschrieb Description du système System description VISS TV: wärmegedämmte, auf dem System der Trockenverglasung basierende Pfosten-Riegel-Konstruktion für grossflächige Vertikalfassaden. VISS steht für «Voll isoliertes Sprossensystem». Die raumseitige Tragkonstruktion der Fassadenelemente lässt sich mit Profilstahlrohren in den Ansichtsbreiten 50 und 60 mm und verschiedenen Bautiefen gestalten. Die Elemente können mittels Steckverbindungen oder als Schweisskonstruktionen erstellt werden. T-Verbinder ermöglichen einen Aufbau im Baukastenprinzip und übernehmen Dilatationen der Riegel. Die systematische thermische Trennung wird durch punktuell eingesetzte Kunststoffisolationsknöpfe in unterschiedlichen Längen erreicht. Spezialschrauben ermöglichen den Einbau von Füllelementen mit einer Dicke von 6 bis 70 mm. Für die äussere Abdeckung der Tragkonstruktion stehen Deckprofile aus Aluminium und Edelstahl in verschiedenen Tiefen und mit diversen Konturen zur Verfügung. Les éléments peuvent être construits en utilisant des raccords enfichables ou des constructions soudées. Les raccords en T permettent la construction selon le système modulaire et peuvent absorber les dilatations des traverses. La rupture thermique conséquente est obtenue grâce à des boutons d assemblage isolés posés partiellement. Diverses longueurs de ceux-ci et des vis spéciales permettent la pose des éléments de remplissage de 6 à 70 mm. Des profilés en aluminium et en acier Inox de diverses profondeurs et aux contours différents sont disponibles pour la réalisation des profilés de recouvrement extérieurs. Anwendbar mit Deckprofilen von 12, 18 und 25 mm Bauhöhe und für Glasdicken von 6 bis 48 mm. Die VISS RC Lösung kann mit dem bestehenden VISS System und VISS Basic System in den Ansichtsbreiten 50 und 60 kombiniert werden. Somit lassen sich unterschiedliche Objektanforderungen in einer einheitlichen Optik realisieren. Zudem ist VISS RC kombinierbar mit den einbruchhemmenden Lösungen der Janisol Tür- und Fensterreihe. Protection anti-effraction (jusqu à RC3) Visuellement, la construction VISS RC, identique à celle de la façade VISS standard, ne permet pas de détecter de protection anti-effraction. La solution VISS RC est compatible avec les systèmes VISS et VISS Basic existant dans les largeurs de face 50 et 60 mm. Ceci permet d'apporter une réponse homogène sur le plan esthétique aux diverses exigences inhérentes au projet. Für die raumseitige Tragkonstruktion stehen Profilstahlrohre in den Ansichtsbreiten 50 oder 60 mm und verschiedenen Bautiefen zur Verfügung. Die Elemente können mittels Steckverbindungen oder als Schweisskonstruktionen erstellt wer den. T-Verbinder ermöglichen einen Aufbau im Baukastenprinzip und können Dilatationen der Riegel übernehmen. Örtlich eingesetzte Kunststoffisolationsknöpfe in unterschiedlichen Längen gewährleisten die thermische Trennung. Mit Spezialschrauben können Füllelemente von 6 bis 70 mm Dicke montiert werden. Die äussere Abdeckung lässt sich mit Aluminium- und Edelstahlprofilen in verschiedenen Tiefen und mit diversen Konturen ansprechend gestalten. Wie auch bei den übrigen Konstruktionen mit Jansen VISS ermöglichen T-Verbinder einen Aufbau im Baukastenprinzip und können Dilatationen der Riegel übernehmen. Mittels Dämmprofilen aus Kunststoffschaum werden die sehr guten Wärmedämmwerte herkömmlicher VISS Fassaden nochmals entscheidend verbessert. VISS HI erreicht U f -Spitzenwerte bis 0,74 W/m 2 K (Schraubeneinfluss mitgerechnet). Die innovativen Wärmedämmprofile können in den Systemen VISS TVS (vertikal), VISS Basic TVS (vertikal) und VISS SG bei Füllelementstärken von 28 bis 70 mm eingesetzt werden. Mit geringem Aufwand können auch bestehende VISS Fassaden mit HI Dämmung nachgerüstet werden. Das neue Dämmsystem bietet somit auch im Bereich Renovation und nachträglicher Energieoptimierung hervorragende Möglichkeiten. 41 Senkklapp- und Parallelausstellfenster Der VISS Senkklapp- und Parallelausstellflügel integriert sich nicht nur nahtlos in die VISS SG Fassade, wodurch die reine Ganzglasoptik ihre Wirkung voll entfalten kann, sondern kann auch im Standard VISS System sowie im VISS Basic System verbaut werden. Der VISS Senkklapp- und Parallelausstellflügel steht für die Ansichtsbreiten 50 und 60 mm zur Verfügung und kann als reine SG Variante oder als Variante mit dezenter Glasleiste verbaut werden. Die Ausführung mittels Glasleiste dient gleichzeitig auch der mechanischen Sicherung der Aussenscheibe wie es z.b. in Deutschland gefordert wird. Der Werkstoff Stahl ermöglicht die Beibehaltung einer filigranen Innenansicht bei gleichzeitiger Realisierung von grossformatigen Glasflächen, welche ein grosszügiges Raumgefühl vermitteln. Der Einsatz von Zweifachund Dreifachisoliergläsern und die Möglichkeit der natürlichen Lüftung tragen den zunehmenden Anforderungen betreffend Energieeinsparung sowie dem Wohlbefinden der Nutzer Rechnung. Le vantail à l italienne et à projection parallèle VISS est disponible pour les largeurs de face de 50 et de 60 mm et peut être monté comme pure variante SG ou comme variante avec parclose à peine visible. L'exécution avec parclose sert simultanément de sécurité mécanique de la vitre extérieure telle qu'elle est requise p. ex. en Allemagne. L'acier est un matériau qui permet de réaliser une apparence intérieure fine pour des vitrages grande surface qui donnent une impression de vaste espace. L'utilisation de verres isolants doubles et triples et la possibilité d'aérer de manière naturelle tiennent compte des exigences croissantes relatives à l'économie d'énergie et au bien-être des utilisateurs. Projected top-hung and parallel-opening window The VISS projected top-hung and parallel-opening vent not only integrates seamlessly into the VISS SG façade which allows the all-glass look to achieve its full effect it can also be installed in the standard VISS and VISS Basic systems. The VISS projected top-hung and parallelopening vent is available for face widths of 50 and 60 mm, and can either be installed as the pure SG version or as a version with subtle glazing beads.
