Bei doppelgeshossiger Bauweise wird für die begehbare Flähe 50 % des Mietpreises der Bodenflähe berehnet. Eine zweigeshossige Bauweise kann nur im Einvernehmen mit der Messeleitung und dem Bauordnungsamt der Stadt Essen genehmigt werden. Sie ist aufgrund untershiedlih lihter Hallenhöhe niht in allen Hallen möglih. Mindeststandgröße: 20 qm. Alle Preise verstehen sih zuzüglih Mehrwertsteuer. Für den Ausstellungs- und Messe-Ausshuss der Deutshen Wirtshaft e.v. (AUMA) werden 0,60 je qm mit der Gesamtrehnung erhoben. Die Mitausstellergebühr beträgt 300,00. Mit der Rehnung wird für jeden Aussteller eine Medienpaushale von 199,00 und von jedem Mitaussteller von 99,00 erhoben. Für alle Dienstleistungen, die im Rahmen des Ausstellerservies angefordert werden (wie z.b. Installation von Wasser-, Elektro-, Drukluft-, und Telekommunikationsanshlüssen sowie die Kosten der Verbräuhe und aller anderen Dienstleistungen), werden wir als Serviepaushale eine Vorauszahlung auf Basis der abgerehneten Leistungen bei der letzten Veranstaltung erheben. Neuausstellern berehnen wir eine Nebenkostenvorauszahlung von 15,00 pro Quadratmeter. Diese wird zusammen mit der Standmiete berehnet. Änderungen vorbehalten.
