7 7 System Forster thermfix vario (Vorhangfassaden) Forster thermfix vario ist ein hochwärmedämmendes Fassadensystem in Pfosten- Riegelbauweise für Vorhangfassaden auf Basis einer Trockenverglasung. Die tragende, statische Funktion des Systems übernehmen raumseitig angeordnete Systempfosten- und Riegelprofile aus Stahl und Edelstahl in verschiedenen Bautiefen mit Ansichtsbreiten von 45 und 60 mm. Die durchlaufende Profilnut in den Systemprofilen ermöglicht die einfache Befestigung von Füllelementen mittels Fassadenschrauben in Edelstahlklemmeinlagen durch ein Edelstahlandruckprofil. Um den statischen Anforderungen von geschossübergreifenden Vorhangfassaden gerecht zu werden, stehen Systemprofile von 50 bis 150 mm mit Wanddicken bis zu 4.5 mm zur Verfügung. Die Kombination von Schweiss- und Systemsteckverbindungen erlaubt eine einfache Elementbauweise, wodurch die Montagezeit auf der Baustelle auf ein Minimum reduziert wird. Spezielle, auf das System abgestimmte Fassadenschrauben aus Edelstahl erlauben den Einbau von Füllelementen bis zu 60 mm Dicke. Aufgrund eines ausgereiften Dichtungssystems, welches sich durch überlappende Riegeldichtungen sowohl auf der inneren Wasserführungsebene als auch auf der äusseren Verglasungsebene auszeichnet, erreichen die Forster thermfix-fassaden höchste Werte in Bezug auf Schlagregendichtheit, Luftdurchlässigkeit sowie Schall- und Wärmeschutz. Zudem gewährleistet eine spezielle Dichthülse den durchgehend gleich bleibenden (definierten) Anpressdruck der Andruckleiste. Système Forster thermfix vario (Façades rideau) Forster thermfix vario est un système de façade à haute isolation thermique structuré en montants et traverses sur la base d'un vitrage à sec. La fonction statique, porteuse, du système est assurée par des profilés de montants et de traverses en acier et inox présentant différentes profondeurs de construction et des largeurs de face de 45 et 60 mm. La rainure continue des profilés du système permet une fixation rapide des éléments de remplissage à l'aide de vis dans des blocs en inox à travers un profilé de serrage. Pour répondre aux exigences statiques de façades rideaux s'étendant sur plusieurs étages, des profilés de 50 à 150 mm avec des épaisseurs de paroi de jusqu'à 4.5 mm sont disponibles. La combinaison de liaisons par enfichage et soudage autorise une configuration facile des éléments, ce qui réduit au maximum le temps de montage sur le chantier. Des vis système en inox permettent de monter des éléments de remplissage d'une épaisseur de jusqu'à 60 mm. Grâce au système d'étanchéité évolué, qui se caractérise par des joints de traverse chevauchants aussi bien au niveau de l'évacuation d'eau intérieure que du plan de vitrage extérieur, les façades Forster thermfix atteignent les plus hauts degrés d'étanchéité à la pluie battante, de perméabilité à l'air, d'isolation phonique et thermique. En plus, une gaine d'étanchéité spéciale garantit une pression d'application uniforme (définie) du listeau de serrage. System Forster thermfix vario (Curtain walls) Forster thermfix vario is a highly heat absorbing curtain wall system in mullion/transom construction for curtain walls based on dry glazing. The support, static function of the system is provided by steel and stainless steel system with mullions/transoms profiles arranged inside the room in differing installation depths with view widths of 45 and 60 mm. The continuous grooves in the system profiles enable easy attachment of filler elements using facade screws in stainless steel clamps inserted through a stainless steel pressure profile. To meet the static demands of curtain walls that overlap floors, system profiles of 50 to 150 mm with wall thicknesses of up to 4.5 mm are available. The combination of welding and system plug connections enable a straightforward method of construction, reducing the on site installation time to a minimum. Stainless steel facade screws, specially matched to the system permit the installation of filler elements of up to 60 mm thickness. Based on proven weatherstripping system, featuring overlapping transom seals on the inner water drainage as well as on the outer glazing level, the Forster thermfix facades reach the highest standards in regards to rain impermeability, air permeability, sound and heat protection. Additionally, a special sealing shell assures an even (defined) pressure distribution over the press bar.

8 System Forster thermfix vario SV (Schrägverglasungen) Das System thermfix vario SV eignet sich hervorragend für qualitativ hochwertige Schrägverglasungen und findet Anwendung bei Wintergärten, Vordächern und Schrägverglasungen im privaten wie im öffentlichen Bereich. Ausgereifte Systembauteile im Bereich der Trauf- und Firstausbildung ermöglichen eine auf jedes Bauvorhaben individuell abgestimmte Konstruktion unter Gewährleistung der geprüften Systemeigenschaften. Im Einzelnen können Dachneigungen stufenlos von 15 bis 60 in Baubreiten von 45 und 60 mm in Stahl und Edelstahl ausgeführt werden. Neben den durch das EMPA (Eidgenössische Materialprüfanstalt) in CH- Dübendorf nachgewiesenen Systemeigenschaften wie Schlagregendichtheit und Luftdurchlässigkeit bei verschiedenen Dachneigungen (15, 30, 45 und 60 ) können auch erweiterte Anforderungen wie Schall-, Sonnen- und Wärmeschutz durch das System erfüllt werden. Durch die hervorragenden statischen Eigenschaften der Systemprofile mit Wanddicken bis zu 4.5 mm und einer Bautiefe von 150 mm können grossflächige, transparent wirkende Verglasungen in Verbindung mit extrem schlanken Ansichtsbreiten von nur 45 mm realisiert werden. Système Forster thermfix vario SV (Verrières) Le système thermfix vario SV se prête idéalement à des verrières de qualité et s'utilise dans la réalisation de jardins d'hiver, d'auvents ou de constructions dans les domaines privé et public. Les éléments système aboutis au niveau de la gouttière et du faîte permettent d'individualiser la construction tout en garantissant les propriétés système testées. Les pentes de toit peuvent être exécutées en continu avec des angles de 15 à 60 associés à des largeurs de 45 et 60 mm en acier et inox. Outre les propriétés contrôlées par l'empa (institut fédéral de recherche en science des matériaux et en technologie), à Dübendorf, Suisse, telles que l'étanchéité à la pluie battante et la perméabilité à l'air avec diverses pentes de toit (15, 30, 45 et 60 ), le système peut remplir d'autres exigences, comme l'isolation phonique, thermique et la protection solaire. Les excellentes caractéristiques statiques des profilés système avec des parois épaisses jusqu'à 4.5 mm et une profondeur de construction de 150 mm permettent la réalisation de vitrages étendus, à effet transparent, en combinaison avec des largeurs de face très fines, limitées à 45 mm. System Forster thermfix vario SV (Sloped glazing) The thermfix vario SV system is best suited for high quality sloped glazing and is used in winter gardens, marqueeses and for sloped glazing in private and public areas. Proven system components for eaves and ridges enable individualized construction on any building with the assurance of proven system proterties. Furthermore, stainless steel sloped roofs of 15 to 60 in widths of 45 and 60 mm are possible. Besides the system properties tested and confirmed by the EMPA (the Swiss material testing institute) located in Dübendorf, Switzerland, such as rain impermeability and air permeability at various roof slants (15, 30, 45 and 60 ), the system can even meet extended requirements such as sound, solar and heat protection. Due to the excellent static properties of the system profiles with wall thicknesses of up to 4.5 mm and a depth of 150 mm, large surfaces of transparent glazings can be implemented in connection with extremely narrow view widths of only 45 mm.
