L applicazione della tecnologia dell inverter ai compressori rotativi nella serie K-MAX, permette di mantenere costante la pressione di erogazione della macchina, adeguando la velocità di rotazione del motore elettrico e conseguentemente del gruppo vite. Il controller elettronico comanda la frequenza di uscita dell inverter accelerando o decelerando il motore elettrico allo scopo di mantenere costante la pressione di linea. Ad una diminuzione della pressione corrisponde un aumento del consumo di aria compressa, pertanto il sistema dovrà erogare più aria e quindi accelerare. Viceversa, un aumento della pressione di linea è in relazione ad una diminuzione del consumo che potrà essere compensato diminuendo la velocità del motore elettrico. Opportunamente comandato dal controller elettronico, l inverter regola la velocità di rotazione del motore elettrico adeguando la portata erogata dal compressore alle reali esigenze dell impianto. Vantaggi immediati di questa soluzione sono la costanza della pressione di linea, la ottimizzazione dei consumi elettrici e la ridotta usura dei componenti meccanici, grazie alla eliminazione delle fasi transitorie di vuoto e carico che si verificano nel compressore standard. The whole K-MAX range is available with STC inverter drive (Speed Tronic Control). The application of inverter technology to rotary compressors in the K-MAX range allows better performance stabilizing the working pressure of the machine by adjusting the speed of the motor and of the airend. Depending on the real compressed air demand of the network, the electronic controller regulates the frequency drive by adapting the motor speed. A decrease of the network pressure corresponds to a higher air demand, therefore the compressor shall increase the air delivery, then accelerate. Viceversa, a network pressure increase is related to a lower air demand and then the compressor decelerates. Immediate advantage of this feature is the constant network pressure, the optimized electric power consumption, matching the real compressed air demand, and the minimum wear of the mechanical components, which are usually stressed during the idling/load switching of the standard compressors. Die gesamte Modellreihe K-MAX ist mit einem STC-Umrichter (Speed Tronic Control) lieferbar. Durch den Einsatz der Invertertechnologie in der Baureihe K-MAX kann der Lieferdruck der Maschine konstant gehalten werden, indem die Drehzahl des Elektromotors und folglich der Verdichterstufe angepasst werden. Die elektronische Steuereinheit überwacht die Ausgangsfrequenz des Umrichters. Durch Drehzahlerhöhung oder-verringerung wird der Betriebsdruck konstant gehalten. Eine Druckreduzierung entspricht einer Erhöhung des Druckluftverbrauchs, so dass das System mehr Luft liefern und folglich beschleunigen muss. Umgekehrt betrachtet bedeutet eine Erhöhung des Netzdrucks eine Reduzierung des Verbrauchs, welcher durch drosseln der Drehzahl des Elektromotors kompensiert wird. Die elektronische Steuerung und der Frequenzumrichter regeln die Drehgeschwindigkeit des Elektromotors so, dass das vom Verdichter gelieferte Volumen dem tatsächlichen Bedarf entspricht. Unmittelbare Vorteile dieser Lösung sind ein konstanter Leitungsdruck, die Optimierung des elektrischen Verbrauchs und ein reduzierter Verschleiß der mechanischen Teile durch Eliminierung der Übergangsphasen zwischen Leerlauf und Lastlauf, wie sie in Standardkompressoren normalerweise auftreten. 1

Trasmissione diretta coassiale I gruppi vite sono collegati al motore elettrico con campana di accoppiamento diretto, senza interposizione di ingranaggi. Ottima trasmissione di potenza per la massima efficienza di esercizio del compressore. Inverter STC Per massimizzare i rendimenti della trasmissione diretta, tutta la gamma K-MAX è disponibile nella versione con regolazione continua della portata tramite variatore di frequenza. Circuito di raffreddamento La ventilazione è assicurata da una ventola centrifuga che garantisce una temperatura d esercizio ottimale ventilando uno scambiatore di grandi dimensioni. Controllo termostatato della ventola di raffreddamento. Controllo della pressione di lavoro con trasduttore Garantisce un funzionamento accurato e stabile nel tempo. Il trasduttore rende possibile modificare la pressione di lavoro direttamente dal controllore elettronico senza nessun intervento meccanico. Lubrificante RotEnergyPlus Il lubrificante è un elemento essenziale per il corretto funzionamento del gruppo vite. Abbiamo studiato un olio a base sintetica che risponda alle necessità dei compressori industriali con coefficienti di impiego molto elevato. RotEnergyPlus si separa rapidamente dall acqua, riduce attriti e consumi energetici, allunga gli intervalli di manutenzione, assicura un eccellente lubrificazione dei cuscinetti, garantendo un ottima protezione dalla ruggine e dalla corrosione. 5 K-MAX Componenti Components Komponenten Controllore elettronico EasyTRONIC II Supervisiona e controlla tutte le funzioni del compressore. Il display indica: pressione di esercizio, ore di lavoro/carico, stato carico/vuoto, temperatura olio. Include il relè sequenza fasi per il controllo del corretto senso di rotazione del motore elettrico. Tubazioni Tutti i tubi dei circuiti olio sono in gomma ricoperta di maglia metallica resistente alle alte temperature.
