Software version upgrade may provide updates, enhancements on the licensed functionalities, bug fixes or vulnerabilities patches Additional servers (front-end) are provided on call according to the related Axigen Edition licensing terms. The total number of unique users defined on all Axigen servers at one location cannot be higher than the number of mailboxes specified in the license. License period: The Commtouch AntiSpam for Axigen License is active for 1 (one) Year from the moment of license purchase registration consequently, the Yearly License period of Commtouch AntiSpam for Axigen software runs independently from Axigen Technical Support&Maintenance subscription and it may expire at a different date. Alignment of Axigen Technical Support & Maintenance with Commtouch AntiSpam for Axigen License expiration can be performed on call. VOLUME UPGRADE - is available performed upon order, by requesting the desired upper pack. The upgrade value is charged as the difference between the current list value of the old license and the new license value. 13 AXIGEN MAIL SERVER TECHNICAL SUPPORT SUBSCRIPTION 24x7 FIRsT Support Subscription 25% of license price per year Premium Support Subscription 35% of license price per year Gold Technical Support add-on on call as pack of incidents GoLive Support Project on call project based Technical Support Programs BASIC TECHNICAL SUPPORT - is included in the first year of license and is part of all Technical Support subscriptions for the consequent years. FIRsT TECHNICAL SUPPORT - is assured free of charge for the first year of license as part of our special support offer. FIRsT Technical Support fee represents 25% of the license pack value for every additional year, except the first year. PREMIUM TECHNICAL SUPPORT represents 35% of the license pack value for every year. Software Maintenance is included in all Technical Support Subscriptions Technical Support Notes Technical Support fees are calculated as percentages from the license pack value, calculated at list prices. Technical Support can be purchased as consequent yearly subscriptions. If an additional Technical Support subscription is not ordered before the current subscription's expiration, a new license has to be purchased. However, in this case the customer will benefit from Cross Upgrade. All Technical Support subscriptions can be granted for a period of maximum 3 years in advance. No discount is applicable for the Technical Support fees, except Edu / Gov special proposals. The Features and/or Volume upgrades are also considered for subsequent Technical Support calculations

14 AXIGEN MAIL SERVER MEDIA / DISCOUNTS / UPGRADES Discounts Multiple Locations discount calculated as a percentage of the license value. The licenses purchased with Multiple Locations discount are registered once and the registration is done on one common entity/group for each pack All the licenses of the Multiple Locations Pack must have the same configuration. MARKETING discount calculated as a percentage of the entire solution value. Applicable for end-user or customer marketing/advertising involvement, with prior acknowledgement from AXIGEN. Applying discounts: in the following order: 1-Edu/Gov proposal; 2-multisite; 3-mk. FEATURES UPGRADE is performed upon order, by requesting the desired add-on pack with the current price list value CROSS UPGRADE (Competitive Upgrade) a second additional year of Technical Support subscription is granted for free. Upgrades VERSION UPGRADE - is free of charge for the same software product, feature set and license configuration as long as the Technical Support subscription is active. VOLUME UPGRADE - is available performed upon order, by requesting the desired upper pack. The upgrade value is charged as the difference between the current list value of the old license and the new license value. All eligible discounts are also considered in the calculation. The upgraded license includes the new limit on license parameters (e.g. mailboxes, locations, etc), The volume upgrade is available only during a valid Technical Support subscription The volume upgrade operation extends the currently active Technical Support subscription with a new period of 1 year. The Technical Support subcription extended by volume upgrade is available for the whole license and starts on the upgrade purchase date. New locations are registered as separate licenses. However, multisite discount is applied. The Volume upgrade is also considered for subsequent Technical Support calculation
