5 1. So installieren Sie eine CIROS Anwendung aus der CIROS Automation Suite Um eine CIROS Anwendung zu installieren, benötigen Sie die DVD- ROM CIROS Automation Suite. Dort sind alle Softwarepakete der CIROS Automation Suite zur Installation vorbereitet. Auch die Handbücher zu den einzelnen Softwarepaketen sind dort als PDF- Dokumente abgelegt. Im Anschluss an die Installation führen Sie die Lizenzierung durch. Sobald die Lizenzierung erfolgreich abgeschlossen ist, können Sie die CIROS Anwendung starten. 1.1 Systemvoraussetzungen Es sind die Systemvoraussetzungen für CIROS Automation Suite angegeben. Die Systemvoraussetzungen für ein SPS-Programmiersystem sind nicht berücksichtigt. Ein SPS-Programmiersystem benötigen Sie, wenn Sie eigene SPS-Programme zu den Prozessmodellen erstellen. Haben Sie eine Einzellizenz erworben, dann können Sie die CIROS Anwendungen lokal auf einem PC installieren. Der PC benötigt eine USB-Schnittstelle, auf die der Lizenzstecker während des Betriebs von CIROS permanent gesteckt ist. Haben Sie eine Mehrfachlizenz erworben, dann benötigen Sie einen Lizenzserver. Der Lizenzserver verwaltet die CIROS -Lizenzen und stellt sie den einzelnen PC Arbeitsplätzen mit den CIROS Installationen im PC-Netzwerk zur Verfügung. Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

So installieren Sie eine CIROS Anwendung aus der CIROS Automation Suite 1.2 Installation einer CIROS Anwendung am Beispiel von CIROS Mechatronics Installation vorbereiten Die ersten Schritte zur Installation: 1. Schalten Sie den PC ein und starten Sie Microsoft Windows. 2. Legen Sie die CIROS Automation Suite DVD-ROM ein. 3. Das Installationsprogramm der CIROS Automation Suite wird automatisch gestartet. Wenn kein automatischer Start ausgeführt wird, dann starten Sie das Programm Start.exe auf der DVD-ROM. 4. Es erscheint der Startbildschirm der CIROS Automation Suite. Wählen Sie die Sprache aus, in der Sie die Anwendung CIROS Mechatronics installieren wollen. Klicken Sie auf die entsprechende Schaltfläche. 8 Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

12 1. So installieren Sie eine CIROS Anwendung aus der CIROS Automation Suite 8. Sie werden zuerst mit den Lizenzvereinbarungen von Festo Didactic vertraut gemacht. Diese Lizenzvereinbarungen müssen Sie in jedem Fall anerkennen, andernfalls ist es nicht möglich, die Installation fortzusetzen. Wählen Sie Anerkennen, anschließend Klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Weiter. 12 Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

14 1. So installieren Sie eine CIROS Anwendung aus der CIROS Automation Suite 10. Im Fenster Zielordner wählen legen Sie fest, in welchem Unterverzeichnis CIROS Mechatronics installiert werden soll. Standardmäßig haben wir für Sie das Unterverzeichnis C:\Programme\didactic\ ciros automation suite 1.0\ciros mechatronics.de ausgewählt. Zur Installation in einem anderen Verzeichnis klicken Sie auf die Schaltfläche Durchsuchen. Hinweis Sie sollten in jedem Fall ein Installationsverzeichnis wählen, das keine anderen Anwendungen der CIROS Automation Suite enthält. 14 Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

Sie haben außerdem die Möglichkeit, eine bestimmte Programmgruppe anzugeben, in welcher die CIROS Mechatronics Symbole gespeichert werden. Standardmäßig geben wir Festo Didactic\ CIROS Automation Suite DE\ CIROS Mechatronics als Programmgruppe vor. Diese kann von Ihnen selbstverständlich auch umbenannt werden. Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. 17 1. So installieren Sie eine CIROS Anwendung aus der CIROS Automation Suite Installation durchführen Es werden die einzelnen Komponenten von CIROS Mechatronics installiert. Die OPC-Komponenten benötigen Sie, wenn Sie die Prozessmodelle von CIROS Mechatronics mit einer externen SPS steuern. Der Informationsaustausch zwischen dem Prozessmodell und CIROS Mechatronics geschieht über die OPC-Schnittstelle. Werden die erforderlichen Komponenten auf Ihrem PC nicht gefunden, erscheint der Startbildschirm des OPC-Installationsprogramms. 13. Führen Sie nun die Installation aus, indem Sie auf Next klicken. Standardmäßig ist ein Unterverzeichnis zur Installation voreingestellt. Als Benutzer der OPC-Komponenten Installation ist die Benutzergruppe alle Benutzer voreingestellt. Wenn Sie keine weiteren Funktionen der CIROS Automation Suite nutzen wollen, dann schließen Sie das Fenster. Um mit CIROS Mechatronics zu arbeiten, müssen Sie die Software noch lizenzieren. So installieren Sie eine CIROS Anwendung aus der CIROS Automation Suite 1.3 Lizenzierung einer CIROS Anwendung am Beispiel von CIROS Mechatronics Zum Starten von CIROS Mechatronics benötigen Sie eine gültige Lizenz. Die Lizenzen werden auf einem Lizenzstecker verwaltet. Den Lizenzstecker benutzen Sie für eine lokale Installation von CIROS Mechatronics am lokalen PC (Einzellizenz) für eine Mehrfachlizenz von CIROS Mechatronics und eventuell weiteren CIROS Anwendungen am PC, auf dem der Lizenzserver eingerichtet ist. Der PC mit dem Lizenzserver ist Teil eines PC- Netzwerkes. Die Lizenzen werden dann vom Lizenzserver über das Netzwerk anderen PCs mit den CIROS Mechatronics Installationen zur Verfügung gestellt. Um die Lizenzeinstellungen von CIROS Mechatronics in Verbindung mit dem Lizenzstecker zu konfigurieren und zu verwalten, benutzen Sie CIROS SmarxOS Management. Sie finden CIROS SmarxOS Management im Startmenü in der Programmgruppe Festo Didactic\ CIROS Automation Suite DE\CIROS Mechatronics unter Lizenzeinstellungen. 24 Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

So installieren Sie eine CIROS Anwendung aus der CIROS Automation Suite Lokale Lizenz (Einzellizenz) Sie haben CIROS Mechatronics auf einem lokalen PC installiert und wollen nun die Lizenzierung ausführen. So führen Sie die Lizenzierung für einen Einzelplatz aus 1. Stecken Sie den Lizenzstecker auf die USB-Schnittstelle des lokalen PC. 2. Starten Sie CIROS SmarxOS Management. Klicken Sie hierzu im Startmenü in der Programmgruppe Festo Didactic\CIROS Automation Suite DE\CIROS Mechatronics\ Lizenzeinstellungen auf den Eintrag Lizenzeinstellungen CIROS Mechatronics. Die Lizenzverwaltung erkennt bei ihrem Start den lokal aufgesteckten Lizenzstecker automatisch. Sie zeigt im Abschnitt Angeschlossene Crypto Boxen die lizensierte CIROS Anwendung CIROS Mechatronics an. 26 Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

27 1. So installieren Sie eine CIROS Anwendung aus der CIROS Automation Suite 4. Wählen Sie im Abschnitt Angeschlossene Crypto Boxen den Eintrag CIROS Mechatronics aus. Falls mehr als ein Lizenzstecker am lokalen PC angeschlossen ist, klicken Sie im Abschnitt Konfigurationsdatei zusätzlich auf das Kontrollkästchen Seriennummer verwenden. Es wird dann die Seriennummer des Lizenzsteckers in die Konfiguration übernommen. Verwechslungen zwischen Lizenzsteckern sind dann ausgeschlossen. Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

28 1. So installieren Sie eine CIROS Anwendung aus der CIROS Automation Suite 5. Wählen Sie im Abschnitt Konfigurationsdatei den Ort aus, an dem die Konfigurationsdatei erzeugt werden soll. Die Konfigurationsdatei muss den Namen CIROS SmarxOS.ini haben und im \bin Verzeichnis von CIROS Mechatronics abgelegt werden. Wenn Sie die Lizenzverwaltung CIROS SmarxOS Management über den Eintrag im Startmenü gestartet haben, schlägt diese automatisch den korrekten Dateinamen und korrekten Pfad vor. 28 Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. Nachdem Sie nun alle Einstellungen vorgenommen haben, klicken Sie im Abschnitt Konfigurationsdatei auf die Schaltfläche Konfigurationsdatei erzeugen. 7. Die Lizenzierung für den lokalen PC ist durchgeführt. Schließen Sie das Fenster CIROS SmarxOS Management. Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

Während des Betriebs von CIROS Mechatronics muss der Lizenzstecker permanent auf der USB-Schnittstelle des lokalen PC gesteckt sein. Hinweis Die Lizenzverwaltung CIROS SmarxOS Management greift schreibend auf die Datei CIROS SmarxOS.ini im Programmverzeichnis von CIROS Mechatronics zu. Sie benötigen dazu in Abhängigkeit von Ihrer Betriebssystemkonfiguration entsprechende Schreib- oder Administratorrechte. Lizenzvergabe durch Lizenzserver Haben Sie eine Mehrfachlizenz für CIROS Mechatronics erworben, dann werden Ihre Lizenzen über einen Lizenzserver in einem Netzwerk verwaltet. Jeder PC im Netzwerk, auf dem CIROS Mechatronics installiert ist und der eine Lizenz nutzen möchte, muss am Lizenzserver angemeldet sein. Die Anmeldung wird mit der Lizenzverwaltung CIROS SmarxOS Management durchgeführt. Abgelegt ist die Lizenzinformation in der Datei CIROS SmarxOS.ini im Programmverzeichnis von CIROS Mechatronics des jeweiligen PC. Ist der Lizenzserver eingerichtet, und haben Sie Ihren PC am Lizenzrechner "angemeldet", dann werden Sie bei Start von CIROS Mechatronics automatisch bei der dynamischen Lizenzvergabe berücksichtigt. Der Lizenzstecker muss während des Betriebs von CIROS Mechatronics permanent auf dem USB-Port des Lizenzservers gesteckt sein, damit die Benutzer im Netzwerk permanent auf die Information des Lizenzsteckers zugreifen können. 30 Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. Klicken Sie hierzu im Startmenü in der Programmgruppe CIROS Mechatronics auf den Eintrag Lizenzeinstellungen CIROS Mechatronics. Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

So installieren Sie eine CIROS Anwendung aus der CIROS Automation Suite Damit sind die Vorbereitungen für eine automatische Lizenzvergabe für die auf Ihrem PC installierte CIROS Mechatronics-Version abgeschlossen. Nun können Sie CIROS Mechatronics starten und mit dem Programm arbeiten. Hinweis Die Lizenzverwaltung CIROS SmarxOS Management greift schreibend auf die Datei CIROS SmarxOS.ini im Programmverzeichnis von CIROS Mechatronics zu. Sie benötigen dazu in Abhängigkeit von Ihrer Betriebssystemkonfiguration entsprechende Schreib- oder Administratorrechte. Lizenzsierung von CIROS Production Im Gegensatz zu den anderen CIROS Anwendungen, müssen bei CIROS Production zwei Programmpakete lizenziert werden: CIROS Production Simulation und CIROS Production - Supervision 1. Starten Sie CIROS SmarxOS Management. Klicken Sie hierzu im Startmenü in der Programmgruppe CIROS Production\Lizenzeinstellungen auf den Eintrag Lizenzeinstellungen CIROS Production - Simulation. 38 Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. KG

Die Konfigurationsdatei muss den Namen CIROS SmarxOS.ini haben und im \bin Verzeichnis von CIROS Production Simulation abgelegt werden. Die Lizenzierung für CIROS Production Simulation auf dem PC ist durchgeführt. Schließen Sie das Fenster CIROS SmarxOS Management. 6. Starten Sie CIROS SmarxOS Management. In unserem Fall ist dies CIROS Supervision. 8. Wählen Sie im Abschnitt Konfigurationsdatei den Ort aus, an dem die Konfigurationsdatei erzeugt werden soll. Diesen Lizenzstecker erweitern Sie um die neu erworbenen Lizenzen zu CIROS Mechatronics. Das Upgrade des Lizenzsteckers führen Sie mit der Lizenzverwaltung CIROS SmarxOS Management durch. CIROS SmarxOS Management Führen Sie das Upgrade des Lizenzsteckers am CIROS Lizenzserver oder an einem beliebigen PC, auf dem Sie die CIROS Automation Suite installiert haben, durch. Bei diesem Vorgang wird auf den Lizenzstecker temporär eine sogenannte Transaktions-ID geschrieben. Zusätzlich wird diese ID in eine verschlüsselte Datei geschrieben, die sogenannte Anforderungsdatei (.rutr). Diese Datei ist nur gültig für genau diese Transaktions ID und nur für genau diesen Lizenzstecker. Erzeugen einer weiteren Transaktionsanforderung für denselben Lizenzstecker schreibt eine neue Transaktions-ID in den Lizenzstecker und macht damit automatisch die vorherige ungültig. 5. 61 1. Installing a CIROS application from the CIROS Automation Suite To install a CIROS applica tion, you ll need the DVD ROM for the CIROS Automation Suite. All software packages from the CIROS Automation Suite can be installed from the DVD ROM. The user manuals for the individual software packages are also included as PDF documents. Licensing is carried out after installation has been finalised. You can start the CIROS application once licensing has been successfully completed. 1.1 System requirements System requirements for the CIROS Automation Suite are specified below. System requirements for a Mechatronics programming system have not been taken into consideration. A Mechatronics programming system is required if you wish to create your own Mechatronics programs for the process models. If you have purchased a single license, you can install the CIROS application locally to a PC. The PC must be equipped with a USB port in which the license dongle remains plugged in during use of CIROS. If you have purchased a multiple license, you ll need a license server. Licenses are administered via a dongle. The dongle is used for: A local installation of CIROS Mechatronics on a PC (single license) A multiple license for CIROS Mechatronics, as well as for any other CIROS applications installed to the PC at which the license server has been set up. The PC with the license server is part of a PC network. The license server makes licenses available via the network to other PCs, to which the CIROS Mechatronics application has been installed. CIROS SmarxOS Management is used in order to configure and manage license settings for CIROS Mechatronics in combination with a dongle. Licensing using the license server If you have purchased a multiple license for CIROS Mechatronics, your licenses are managed by a license server within the network. Each PC within the network to which CIROS Mechatronics has been installed, and at which a license is to be used, must be logged on to the license server. PCs are logged on to the license server via CIROS SmarxOS Management. License information is contained in the CIROS SmarxOS.ini file in the CIROS Mechatronics program directory at each respective PC. If the license server has been set up and your PC is logged on, you re automatically taken into consideration for the dynamic licensing process when CIROS Mechatronics is started. Now you can start CIROS Production and work with the program. 1.4 External renderer When running CIROS Mechatronics, the rendering machine for increasing PC power can only be activated if your PC is equipped with a suitable graphics card, and/or if current graphics card drivers have been installed to the PC. Check the corresponding entry for the rendering machine in the CIROS.ini configuration file. 100 2. Upgrading a dongle CIROS Mechatronics licenses are managed by means of a dongle. If CIROS Mechatronics is the only application you have purchased from the CIROS Automation Suite, the dongle with the ordered licenses is included with your shipment. If you own at least one other application from the CIROS Automation Suite in addition to CIROS Mechatronics, you already have a dongle. In this case, your existing dongle is upgraded with newly purchased licenses for CIROS Mechatronics. Dongle upgrading is executed with the help of CIROS SmarxOS Management. CIROS SmarxOS Management Upgrading of the dongle is executed at the CIROS license server, or at any PC to which the CIROS Automation Suite has been installed. The must be plugged into a USB port. Use CIROS SmarxOS Management to configure and manage license settings for your CIROS application. 1. In order to start the licensing program, click CIROS SmarxOS Management from the start menu in the CIROS SMarxOS program group if you re working at the license server. If you re working at another PC to which, for example, CIROS Mechatronics Advanced or another CIROS application has been installed, select License settings CIROS Mechatronics Advanced from the start menu in the Festo Didactic\ CIROS Mechatronics Advanced \License Settings program group. 100 Festo Didactic GmbH & Co. 101 2. Upgrading a dongle After starting the license management program, it automatically detects locally connected dongles and lists them in the Connected Crypto Boxes field. License management CIROS SmarxOS Management can be used to enable license upgrades and updates via dongles. This is accomplished in two steps. Order a license upgrade. Import the license upgrade. During this procedure, a so-called transaction ID is temporarily written to the dongle. In addition to this ID, an encrypted file is created the socalled request file (*.rutr). This file is only valid for the corresponding transaction ID, and only for the plugged in dongle. If a further transaction request is generated for the same dongle, a new transaction ID is written to the dongle and the previous ID is automatically invalidated. 5. If the request file has not been selected automatically, click the... button under Request file. The CIROS SMarxOS License Server must be installed to a PC which is available within the network. Start the CIROS Automation Suite installation software from the DVD ROM. 1.
