In addition to our sludge scrapers for round and rectangular basins with the associated sludge discharge systems, these include the cover type Z6000 (cover) for rectangular basins. All products are made of high quality and durable materials. They are particularly low maintenance and require a minimum of drive power consumption. The products are very flexible and can be used where other systems are unusable. The well-known for decades pilgrim scraper for rectangular tanks is now complemented by a brilliant rotating scraper without bridge but with all bestknown features of the proven products DynaCloth The DynaCloth is a fibre pile cloth disc filter providing very high particle separation efficiencies for treatment of water to remove suspended solids, reduction of phosphorous and removal of pharmaceutical residuals. Utilised in both municipal and industrial applications on raw and wastewater the DynaCloth is available in two formats: a 100% submerged filter with a suction backwash and a 55% submerged filter with a combined suction and high-pressure spray backwash. The 55% format is a unique design delivering several advantages. The DynaCloth is a compact filter that can accept high hydraulic loading rates, is tolerant of high solids loading events and produces low backwash water volumes with low power consumption. DynaDisc - DynaDrum DynaDisc - DynaDrum: continuous micro-screening with rotating disc and drum filters which facilitate an efficient separation of very small particles (microplastics, algae etc.) together with a very small footprint. Available as stand-alone system in stainless steel and as built-in version within a concrete basin. DynaSand-Filter sind aufwärts durchströmte Filter mit bewegtem Filterbett. Das Filtermaterial sowie die Filterbetthöhe sind variabel und werden an die jeweilige Anwendung angepasst. DynaSand Carbon Mit dem DynaSand Carbon Filter steht ein einfaches und wartungsarmes Verfahren für die Spurenstoffelimination zur Verfügung. The Sobye belt filter replaces respectively relieves the conventional preliminary sedimentation of municipal wastewater by pre-filtration on a significant smaller footprint. Due to the high efficiency, investment costs could be reduced up to 50%. The cleaning of the filter belt is carried out with a brush in the first step, followed by a high pressure flushing with water. This kind of cleaning is more cost-efficient and more user-friendly than the cleaning with compressed air. The Sobye belt filter is applicable for a compact and high efficient solid / liquid separation as well as for the replacement respectively relief of a preliminary sedimentation.
