Dazu zählen die mit grün markierten Kriterien. Falls Ihre Druckdaten ein oder mehrere dieser Kriterien nicht erfüllen, werden Sie darüber umgehend informiert. Bei Unsicherheiten empfehlen wir Ihnen die professionelle Umsetzung in unserem Haus, d. h. hier wird eine komplette technisch einwandfreie Gestaltung kostenpflichtig für Sie durchgeführt. Prüfen Sie bitte im Vorhinein Ihre Texte auf Rechtschreibfehler. Bei Missachtung übernehmen wir für daraus resultierende Druckfehler keine Haftung! Pixeldaten Richtwerte für optimale Bildauflösung: Bildauflösung 1:1 = 120 dpi 1:2 = 240 dpi 1:4 = 480 dpi 1:10 = 1200 dpi Überprüfen Sie die Bildqualität der Druck-PDFs in der 100%-Ansicht von Acrobat (Maßstab 1:1). (Dokumente im Maßstab 1:4 beispielsweise bei 400% anschauen!) Die Bildqualität wird stichprobenartig kontrolliert. Bei Auffälligkeiten werden Sie informiert. RGB-Bilder bitte unbedingt zur eigenen Überprüfung in den CMYK-Modus konvertieren! Überdrucken Kontrollieren Sie Ihre PDF-Datei hinsichtlich ungewollter Überdrucken-Einstellungen. Ein fälschlich als überdruckend definiertes Objekt ist ein möglicher Fehler in Dokumenten, da die sich daraus ergebenden Farbmischungen von Vorder- und Hintergrundfarbe oft am Bildschirm und auch auf vielen Farbdruckern und Proofgeräten nicht dargestellt werden. Sollte sich aufgrund einer solchen Fehleinstellung die Optik des gewünschten Druckproduktes verändern, übernehmen wir hierfür keine Haftung. Transparenzen/ (Darunter fallen z. B. Schlagschatten- oder deckkraftreduzierte Ojekte) PDF-Standard Transparenzen müssen aus technischen Gründen reduziert werden! Dazu bitte druckreife PDF-Dateien nach PDF / X1a-Standard, PDF-Version 1.3 / Acrobat 4.0 erzeugen. Wir haften nicht für fehlerhaft reduzierte Transparenzen.

Pictures used in RGB-Mode as well as custom colours are transformed according to this colour profile that can cause deviation in colour! Please remember to work in the mode of CMYK process screen printing! Gold and silver tones as well as bright RGB-colours cannot be printed. If custom colours (HKS, Pantone) are used in the document and if you wish to simulate these colours to keep up the standards of Corporate Identity, please tell us in advance. Ideally send us a colour-consistent proof or a colour sample. If requested, we create colour samples for you. Resolution of pictures Guideline for an excellent resolution of any images: 1:1 = 120 dpi 1:2 = 240 dpi 1:4 = 480 dpi 1:10 = 1200 dpi Please check the image quality of any PDF files in the 100% view of Acrobat (if using 1:1). (By using a scale of 1:4 please check in the 400% view!) The picture quality is checked at random. In case of abnormalities, you will be informed. For your own review please convert RGB based pictures into CMYK mode. Overprinting Transparencies Check your PDF file regarding false overprint settings. A wrongly as overprinting defined object is a possible error in documents. The resulting color mixtures of foreground and background color are often not visible on screen and not shown by many color printers and proofing devices. If due to such a wrong setting the appearance of the desired printing product change, we assume no liability. If transparencies or shadow effects are used, generation according to the PDF X1a-Standard, PDF-Version 1.3/ Acrobat 4.0 is required. We are not liable for incorrect flattening of transparency.

4 Trim-Box (Nettoformat-Rahmen) Die Drucke werden innerhalb des Weiterverarbeitungsprozesses von einer Schneidemaschine auf die Größe ihres Endformats zugeschnitten. Zur korrekten Ansteuerung dieses Formats ist das Vorhandensein einer korrekten Trim-Box notwendig. Sicherheitszone / Safe zone Bei der Weiterverarbeitung mancher Druckerzeugnisse empfehlen wir für die Layouterstellung die Einhaltung einer Sicherheitszone (z. B. bei Ösenstanzungen, Lochbohrungen, Nahtstellen etc.) Our advise for any cases of further processing (e. g. pressing bails, bore holes or junctions) is to keep the conditions of a safe-zone. Praktische Umsetzung: Wird das PDF über den Direkt-Export aus Adobe InDesign oder Illustrator generiert und das Dokumentformat (Nettoformat exklusive Beschnittzugabe) korrekt angelegt, so wird automatisch eine Trim-Box im PDF eingebettet. Sollte das PDF anderweitig erzeugt werden (z.b. aus Freehand oder QuarkXPress über den Distiller), so muss nachträglich von Ihnen ein Schneidepfad angelegt werden. Dazu ziehen Sie eine Fläche in Größe und Position des Nettoformates auf (ohne Beschnittzugabe und Kontur), färben diese weiß ein und legen sie in den Hintergrund. How the Trimbox works: The Trimbox is automatically applied to the PDF if the file is generated by using InDesign, QuarkXPress or Illustrator and additionally if the required format inclusive additional space for trim is compiled correctly. Is the PDF generated with a different programme (e.g. Freehand, QuarkXPress with Distiller), you have to add the cutting parameters manually in the layout programme used. Therefore, draw up an area of the size of the net format without outline or additional space for trim. Colour this area white and place it in the background. Thus, you make sure that there is a non-visible vector path included in the PDF. Our cutting machines can follow these paths to cut accurately.
