Verpackungsinhalt: Sicherheitshinweise ALLNET ALL 3075V3 1x Netzwerkkabel Gebrauchsanweisung Beachten Sie unbedingt folgende Hinweise: Öffnen Sie niemals das Gerät. Führen Sie niemals eine Installation während eines Gewitters durch. Stellen Sie sicher, dass Leitungen stolper- und trittsicher verlegt werden. Setzen Sie das Gerät im Betrieb niemals direkter Sonneneinstrahlung aus. Betreiben Sie das Gerät niemals in die Nähe von Wärmequellen. Stellen Sie das Gerät niemals auf Oberflächen, die wärmeempfindlich sind. Schützen Sie das Gerät vor Nässe, Staub, Flüssigkeiten und Dämpfen. Verwenden Sie das Gerät nicht in Feuchträumen und keinesfalls in explosionsgefährdeten Bereichen. Verwenden Sie zur Reinigung keine lösungsmittelhaltigen Putzmittel, sondern lediglich ein weiches, trockenes Antistatik Tuch. Eine Reparatur darf nur durch geschultes, autorisiertes Personal durchgeführt werden. Bei nicht bestimmungsgemäßem Gebrauch ist eine Haftung durch ALLNET ausgeschlossen. Aufstellungs- und Montageort Allgemein: Die ALL 3075V3 schaltbare strommess Steckdose darf nur in trockenen Innenbereichen verwendet werden. Sorgen Sie für eine ausreichende Belüftung. Der Einbau hat so zu erfolgen, dass die Kabel (Netzwerkkabel und Anschlusskabel) nicht unter Zug sind, da diese sich sonst lösen können. 3

4 Gerätebeschreibung Die schaltbare Strommess-Steckdose ALLNET ALL3075V3 kann Verbraucher bis maximal 16A schalten. Verbraucher können direkt von der WEB-Oberfläche oder durch in das Betriebssystem der Steckdose integrierte Funktionen (JSON oder XML) gesteuert werden. Durch eine einfach zu konfigurierende Matrix können verschieden Ereignisse wie Zeit oder das Erreichen eines Messwertes zur Änderung des Einschaltstatus führen. Warn- oder Statusmeldungen können automatisiert als versandt werden. Die Messfunktion kann Verbraucher ab 0,3Watt erfassen. Die Verbrauchswerte werden in der Steckdose protokolliert, und können als Diagramm angezeigt oder heruntergeladen werden. Es können folgende Werte angezeigt werden: Effektivwerte für Wirkleistung, Spannung, Strom. Netzfrequenz und Leistungsfaktor cos φ. Die Anzeige von VA kann durch eine mathematische Funktion erreicht werden. Über Netzwerk und Internet überall erreichbar Die Weboberfläche lässt sich über jeden Browser erreichen. Zusätzlich dient eine integrierte JSON und XML Schnittstelle zur Datenabfrage und Steuerung durch externe Programme. Individuell für jeden Bedarf angepasst Die ALL 3075V3 enthält ein Linux basierendes Open Source Betriebssystem. Dieses bietet genug Freiraum für eigene Entwicklungen und Anpassungen der Software an individuell geplante Einsatzzwecke. GPL-Erklärung Das Gerät beinhaltet Software welche unter der GPL veröffentlicht wurde. Die GPL finden sie online im Internet unter den ALLNET Source Code finden Sie unter 4

5 Inbetriebnahme Verbinden Sie zuerst die ALL 3075V3 über ein Netzwerkkabel mit einem Switch oder direkt mit dem PC. Das Linux-Betriebssystem benötigt für den Bootvorgang ca. 60 Sekunden (In dieser Zeit ist keine Aktivität ausführbar). Die LED Anzeige auf der Front leuchtet während des Bootvorganges Rot. Sobald die Anzeige LED dauerhaft auf Grün umschaltet, ist das Gerät betriebsbereit. Verwenden Sie bitte ein 8-adriges CAT6 (oder höher) Netzwerkkabel zur Ethernet Verbindung. Hinweis: Die Erstkonfiguration ist nur über das LAN-Kabel möglich. Hinweis: Verwenden Sie bitte einen aktuell Browser z.b. Firefox / Chrome etc. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die Internet Explorer 8 & 9 keine PHP Grafik unterstützen. Hinweis: Nach dem Einstellen aller Netzwerkparameter, bitte die Funktion Update Prüfung ausführen. 6 Anpassen des ALL 3075V3 an ihr Netzwerk Erstverbindung mit LAN Kabel herstellen 1. Verbinden Sie Ihren ALL 3075V3 mittels des beigefügten LAN Kabels mit Ihren Ethernet Switch. Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass die Stecker deutlich hörbar einrasten. 2. Verbindung zwischen ALL 3075V3 und dem PC/MAC herstellen: Die ALL 3075V3 kommuniziert mit Hilfe des TCP/IP- Protokolls mit den angeschlossenen Komponenten. Damit die ALL 3075V3 von ihrem PC/MAC erkannt wird, müssen sich der PC/MAC und der ALL 3075V3 im gleichen Netzwerksegment befinden. Standardmäßig hat die ALL 3075V3: IP-Adresse: Subnet Mask: Es ist kein Benutzername oder Passwort nötig 3. Bitte stellen Sie nun den PC oder MAC temporär auf eine freie Adresse zwischen (nicht diese ist schon vom ALL 3075V3 vorbelegt) ein. Im Idealfall können Sie für Ihre PC Netzwerkschnittstelle eine zweite IP-Adresse für den Bereich mit x vergeben. 4. Wenn Sie nun im Webbrowser (Firefox etc...) die Adresse eingeben, erscheint die erste Seite zur Spracheinstellung des ALL 3075V3. 5.Wählen Sie die gewünschte Sprache im Menü aus. Nach der Auswahl mit Save Inputs bestätigen. Automatisch wird die Seite mit den Netzwerkeinstellungen angezeigt. 6

7 6. Netzwerkeinstellungen an ihr lokales Netzwerk anpassen. a) HOSTNAME: Hier geben Sie Ihrem ALL3073 einen Namen, mit dem dieser im Netzwerk gefunden werden kann. Gültig sind nur folgende Zeichen: a-z, A-Z, 1-9 und Bindestrich (nicht am Anfang oder am Ende zu verwenden). Es dürfen keine Sonderzeichen und Leerzeichen verwendet werden. Maximal sind 15 Zeichen zu verwenden. Es darf nur einen gleichlautenden Namen pro Netzwerk geben. b) IP ADRESS EINSTELLUNG: Bei Auswahl DHCP verwendet die ALL 3075V3 eine vom DHCP Server zugewiesene IP-Einstellung, Punkte c. g. entfallen. Bei static (Default) wird die Adresse manuell vergeben. c) IP ADRESSE: Adresse des ALL 3075V3 im Netzwerk (Bitte achten Sie darauf, dass Sie keine IP-Adresse doppelt vergeben Fragen Sie ggf. Ihren Administrator). d) NETMASK: Default Einstellung e) DEFAULT GATEWAY: Tragen Sie hier das Standard-Gateway ein, i.d.r. die IP-Adresse Ihres Routers. f) ERSTER DNS: Tragen Sie hier die Adresse ihres DNS Servers ein. Bei Home-Netzwerken i.d.r die IP-Adresse Ihres Routers. g) ZWEITER DNS: Default Einstellung ist Bitte nur ändern wenn sich in Ihrem internen Netz ein zweiter DNS Server befindet. 7

8 7) Nach dem Ändern von Parametern Eingaben Speichern betätigen. Der ALL 3075V3 führt automatisch eine Umstellung durch. Nach ca. 10Sec sollte die ALL 3075V3 unter den neuen Parametern/IP Adresse erreichbar sein. 8) Falls Sie die primäre Netzwerkadresse Ihres PCs verstellt haben, stellen Sie jetzt Ihren PC wieder auf die ursprünglichen Netzwerkeinstellungen zurück. Bei der Vergabe einer zweiten Netzwerkadresse ist dieser Schritt im Moment nicht erforderlich, Sie können die Löschung zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt vornehmen. 9) Wenn Sie nun im Webbrowser (Firefox etc...) die von Ihnen für die ALL 3075V3 gewählte Adresse x.x.x.x eingeben, erscheint die Webseite zur Einstellung der Systemzeit. Sollten sie eine zweite IP-Adresse vergeben haben erfolgt die Umschaltung automatisch. 8

9 a. Zeitzone: GMT-11 bis GMT-14 b. Sommerzeit aktivieren: Default = Aktiviert. c. Zeitserver aktivieren oder deaktivieren: Default = Aktiviert. d. NTP Server 1-3: Auswahl möglicher Zeitserver. Alternativ lokalen Zeitserver (DSL Router) an erster Stelle einstellen. e. NTP Serverpool: Zugriff auf ein Pool aus mehreren Servern die unter einem gemeinsamen Namen erreichbar sind. f. START Verzögerung: Default = 0. Bei langsamen Netzwerken kann der Wert in Sekunden Schritten erhöht werden. g. System Zeit: Ein manuelles Setzen von Systemzeit und Datum ist nur bei deaktivierten Zeitserver Client möglich. h. System Datum: 10. Passen Sie die Einstellungen von örtlichen Erfordernissen an. Hinweis: Die ALL 3075V3 benötigt eine korrekte Zeiteinstellung zur Protokollierung der Messwerte. Diese Seite kann erst verlassen werden, wenn die ALL 3075V3 mit einem NTP Server kommunizieren konnte und die Uhrzeit aktualisiert wurde. Alternativ kann die Abfrage eines Zeitservers deaktiviert werden und die Uhrzeit manuell gewählt werden. 9

10 Die aktuelle Einstellung der Zeit bei deaktiviertem Zeitserverzugriff kann durch betätigen des Jetzt Buttons vereinfacht erfolgen. Dadurch wird der aktuelle Wert vom PC in die ALL 3075V3 übertragen. Bestätigung mit dem Auswählen Button. Eingabe Speichern Button zum Abschließen der Zeit Konfiguration betätigen. Hinweis: Das manuelle Setzen der Systemzeit ist grundsätzlich wenig sinnvoll, da der ALL 3075V3 keine Batteriepufferung für die Echtzeituhr hat, und deshalb die Systemzeit bei jedem Start auf dem :00 Uhr steht. Von daher achten Sie bitte darauf, dass der Zeitserver erreichbar und korrekt eingestellt ist. 11. Firmware Update durchführen. Konfiguration > Update Einstellung 10

11 Starten sie die Update Prüfung. 11

12 12. Sollte ein Update angezeigt werden, können Sie dieses durch Klick auf Laden & Installieren starten. Nach Abschluss des Ladevorganges wird ein Reboot nach einem Klick des OK Bottons durchgeführt. 13. 13 Hauptseite Die Anzeige der aktuelle Messwerte und des Einschaltstatus des Relais finden Sie auf der Hauptseite. Die Hauptseite wird als standardmäßige Startseite verwendet. Das Schaltrelais kann durch klicken betätigt werden. Details zur Konfiguration sind im ALL 3075V3 Handbuch beschrieben. 13

14 Statusanzeigen Auf der Frontseite des ALL3073 befinden sich drei Status-LEDs. Reset 1. Power 2. Activity 3. Status Ausgang Für den Fall, dass Ihr ALL 3075V3 durch fehlerhafte Benutzereinstellungen oder ein vergessenes Passwort nicht mehr erreichbar ist, können Sie über nachfolgende Reset-Prozedur alle Einstellungen im Gerät wieder auf den Auslieferungszustand zurücksetzen (alle Einstellungen und Werte gehen dabei verloren): Gerät stromlos machen. Mittels eines nichtleitenden spitzen Gegenstandes (z.b. Zahnstocher) die RESET-Taste durch das kleine Loch neben dem USB Steckplatz drücken und gedrückt halten (Der Knopf muss gedrückt bleiben!). Die ALL 3075V3 nun wieder mit Strom versorgen und ca. 3 Minuten warten bis die BUS-LED zu blinken beginnt. ERST JETZT die Reset-Taste wieder loslassen. Jetzt ist der Reset-Vorgang abgeschlossen und alle Einstellungen sind wieder im Auslieferungszustand. Reinigung Ziehen Sie vor jeder Reinigung des Gerätes das Steckernetzteil aus der Netz-Steckdose. Verwenden Sie bei der Reinigung nur ein leicht feuchtes und weiches Tuch (am besten ein Mikrofasertuch). Benutzen Sie für die Reinigung auf keinen Fall Putzmittel, Alkohol oder sonstige Lösungsmittel. Bitte beachten Sie, dass sich innerhalb des Gehäuses eine moderne Elektronik befindet. Verwenden Sie daher niemals so viel Wasser oder Reinigungsmittel, dass dieses durch die seitlichen Lüftungsöffnungen oder durch die kleinen Spalten zwischen dem Metallrahmen oder durch die Aussparungen der Anschlüsse in das Innere des ALL 3075V3 eindringen kann. Sollte es dennoch passieren, schließen Sie das Gerät auf keinen Fall wieder an und kontaktieren Sie bitte unseren Support. 14
