1 Garantiezeiträume / Guarantee Periods Wegen der verschiedenen Anforderungen an Produkte und Anwendungen können die Garantiezeiträume je nach Produkt oder Produktfamilie unterschiedlich sein. Um die relevanten Informationen zu unseren Produkten einfach verfügbar zu machen, ist VS bestrebt, die Garantiezeiträume in Zukunft direkt auf dem Datenblatt bzw. im Produktkatalog auszuweisen. Dieses Dokument enthält eine Übersicht über die für VS-Produkte geltenden Garantiezeiträume ab 01. März 2016, soweit sie (noch) nicht in den zugehörigen Datenblättern bzw. im Produktkatalog ausgewiesen sind. Due to the diverse requirements on products and applications, guarantee periods may be different depending on product or product family. In order to make relevant product information easily available, VS intends to indicate applicable guarantee periods in the future directly on the data sheet or in the product catalogue. This document provides an overview over applicable guarantee periods for VS products as of March 01, 2016 as far as they have not (yet) been published in the corresponding data sheets or in the product catalogue. Für elektronische und magnetische Vorschaltgeräte und Trafos, für Zündgeräte, für LED-Treiber und LED- Konverter sowie für Lichtsteuergeräte gelten folgende Garantiezeiträume: 3 Jahre bei einer ausgewiesenen Nennlebensdauer von mindestens Stunden; 5 Jahre bei einer ausgewiesenen Nennlebensdauer von mindestens Stunden. Diese Garantiezeiträume gelten nur für Produkte, die im jeweils aktuellen VS- Produktkatalog aufgeführt sind. Für die Bestimmung der Garantiedauern gelten als Nennlebensdauern ausschließlich die im VS- Produktkatalog ausgewiesenen Werte. Der Produktkatalog ist auf der VS-Homepage zum Download verfügbar oder auf Anfrage bei VS erhältlich. Im Datenblatt je nach Betriebsbedingungen ggf. unterschiedlich ausgewiesene Lebensdauerangaben finden für die Bestimmung der Garantiezeiträume keine Anwendung. For electronic and electro-magnetic ballasts and transformers, for igniters, for LED drivers and LED converters as well as for light controllers, the following guarantee periods apply: 3 years in case of a rated service lifetime of at least hours; 5 years in case of a rated service lifetime of at least hours. These guarantee periods apply solely for products which are included in our VS product catalogue in its current version. For the determination of the guarantee periods, the rated service lifetime values specified in the VS product catalogue shall solely apply. The VS product catalogue is available for download from the VS website or directly from VS on request. Lifetime values specified differently along different operating conditions as may be published in the product data sheets cannot be used for the determination of the guarantee periods.
