1 Fleet Environmental Action and Assessment Motivation: The share of fleet activities in total transport is increasing rapidly Actions for energy efficient fleets can inspire private vehicle users

2 Objective The overall objective of FLEAT is to reduce energy consumption and CO 2 -emissions of captive fleets by implementing integrated measures on energy efficient vehicles, energy efficient use of vehicles and energy efficient use of fleets. 19 1. Anreiz durch Bonusprogramm Welchen Einfluss hat das Bonusprogramm? Baujahr des Fahrzeuges Anzahl Touren Durchschnittsverbrauch pro 100 km Eine monatliche Auszahlung und Abrechnung garantiert eine konstante Motivation, da jeder Monat separat betrachtet wird 3. Anreiz durch individuelle Trainings Unsere Fahrer wurden früher durch Massenschulungen geschickt! Die Technik von heute bietet weit mehr Möglichkeiten: i Durch individuelle Auswertsysteme (z.b. Fleetboard, Punch etc) können die Fahrweisen jedes Fahrers analysiert werden. Eine Reihe von Möglichkeiten entwickelt eine nachhaltige Wirkung: Individuelles Fahrertraining Sicherheitstraining Wo bin ich stark und kann anderen helfen? Wer fährt bei mir mit und vermittelt sein Know How?

Anreiz durch Motorenmanagement Die Serienmotoren aller NFZ Hersteller haben nach Auslieferung ein Potential der individuellen Verbesserung Modernes Motormanagement entwickelt für Ihren Einsatzfall die optimalen Motordaten Potential 5-15% Entwicklung des Flotten-Dieselverbrauch schwere Nutzfahrzeuge bei der HSG von

Ziele und Rahmenbedingungen Ziele für das DATEV-Anreizsystem - Flottenverbrauch senken (Ökonomie) - Umwelt schonen (Ökologie) - Akzeptanz der Mitarbeiter (Sozial) -Sicherheit Anreiz schaffen bereits bei der Fahrzeugauswahl Orientierung an den CO 2 -Emissionen (Richtlinie 80/1268/EWG) / Hoher Anreiz bzw. Bonus für sparsame Fahrzeuge gco 2 /km Deutlicher Abschlag bzw. Malus für Vielverbraucher 3. Das Anreizsystem Über 80% der Fahrzeuge sind in diesen beiden Klassen Auf monatliche Limitleasingrate Anmerkungen Kraftstoffverbrauch 2007: 7,9 l / 100km (alte Grenzen für Zuschläge/Abschläge) Durch neue Grenzen werden sich die Fahrzeuge Richtung Zuschussklasse I und II verschieben Ziel: Senkung des Flottenverbrauchs auf unter 7,0 l / 100 km (in 3 Jahren)
