2 Inhalt Anwendung Bei diesen neuen Laser-Systemen der Firma CAPTRON Einführung TCP Messeinheiten handelt es sich um eine absolut einmalige Produktreihe im Bereich TCP-Messeinheiten (Tool Center Capazität für Ihren Prozess Point). Diese patentierten Systeme dienen beispielsweise zur -achsigen Nullpunktzentrierung von Werkzeugspitzen oder Dosiernadeln und reduzieren durch OGLW-0T-PS TCP-Laser-Messeinheit - ihren einteiligen Aufbau den Montage- und Justageaufwand auf ein Minimum. Sie finden ihre Einsätze hauptsächlich in roboterbasierten Anwendungen, Dosier- und Klebetechnikanlagen. Unterschiedliche Ausführungen sorgen für die Lösung der vielfältigsten Anwendungen bis hin zur optimalen OGLW-0T-PS TCP-Laser-Messeinheit - Integration in platzkritischen Bereichen. Dies ermöglicht insbesondere bei zeitlich brisanten Anwendungen eine schnelle Vermessung der Verfahrachsen ohne jegliche Verzögerung der Arbeitsabläufe.Weiterhin zeichnet sich diese Variante durch eine extrem kompakte Bauform aus (nur 0x0xmm). Application O G L W - 0 T - P S Just like its big brother OGLW-0, the OGLW-0 offers an open design, i.e. there is no need for penetration with the tool for adjustment and, instead, measurement of two axes at the same time can take place during travel through the TCP. This enables fast measurement of the travel axes in timing-critical applications without any delay in the work processes. This variant is also distinguished by an extremely compact design (only 0x0xmm).

Dieser wird über die TCP-Messeinheit mit Spannung versorgt und der über das Sensoranschlusskabel ausgegeben. Dies erspart zusätzlichen Verkabelungsaufwand.
