15 After beach party SUNSET Für behinderte Personen - Kostenloser Eintritt zum Strand für die behinderte Person, die den gesetzlich vorgesehenen Begleitzuschuß besitzt, und für die Begleitperson - Benutzung des Parkplatzes gratis für den, wie im vorhergehenden Punkt bezeichneten Behinderten, im Bereich 7 Eingang Città Giardino je nach verfügbaren Plätzen - Behindertengerechte Wege am Strand - Behindertentoiletten - Job-Rollstühle verfügbar NÜTZLICHE AUSKÜNFTE 1. Es wird empfohlen, die Reservierungen der Strandkabinen und Sonnenschirme zeitlich vorzunehmen. 2. Die Anzahlung in Höhe von 20% des Gesamtpreis der Reservierung (mind. 50,00 für die Sonnenschirme und 100 für die Strandkabinen) wird bei Absage und Terminänderungen bis 20 Tage vor Beginn der Miete vollständing zurückgezahlt. Nach dieser Frist kann die Git die Pfandhinterlegung als Strafgeld einbehalten. Eventuelle Gründe höherer Gewalt können für die Ruckerstattung der gesamten oder partiellen Bezahlung in Betracht gezogen sein. 3. Die aus irgendwelchem Grunde nicht benützten Einzelkarten oder Abonnements können nicht vergütet oder wieder ausgestellt werden. 4. Die G.I.T. Ag behaltet sich das Recht vor nach ihr unanfechtbares Urteil, die Anordnung der Kabinen, Sonnenschirme und die Preise dieser Liste zu ändern ohne dass es auf die geleistete Zahlungen entwirkt. 5. Das Fußballspielen ist einzig auf den von der G.I.T. S.p.A. angegebenen Flächen (Sportzone) erlaubt. 6. Am Samstag und Sonntag werden die Abonnements nur bei den Ämtern am Haupteingang ausgestellt. The deposit, which amounts to 20% of the sum total (minimum 50,00 for beach umbrellas and 100,00 for bathing huts), will be refunded in full solely in case the cancellation notice or the request for a change in the reservation period is received at least 20 days before the expected begin of renting. After that expiry date, the caution money might be kept by Git as penalty. Possible reasons beyond one s control will be taken into consideration for the refund of the whole or part of the payment. 3. Unused single or seasonal tickets are not refundable; no copy of them will be released. 4. According to its unquestionable judgement, the G.I.T. S.p.A. reserves the right to change the arrangement of beach umbrellas, bathing huts and the prices of this price list without this influences the payments already performed. 5. Playing soccer is admitted only in the places shown by G.I.T. S.p.A. (sport areas). 6. On Saturday and Sunday the seasonal tickets will be issued exclusively by the offices at the main entrance.

Il badge potrà essere consegnato al cliente al momento del pagamento delle prestazioni balneari o termali e consentirà di usufruire dei servizi per cui è rilasciato. Il badge può essere utilizzato e quindi trattenuto dal cliente per l intera stagione e consente di caricare (personalizzare) tutti i servizi secondo l esigenza, evitando le attese alla cassa. Al termine del servizio il suo costo potrà essere recuperato presso le casse ovvero presso i bar esterni convenzionati. Altrimenti al termine della stagione il badge diventa di proprietà del cliente. GEBRAUCH DER ELEKTRONISCHEN BADGE Die Git kann eine eventuelle Chipkarte (Badge) ausstellen, die erlaubt, der in den Strand- und Thermalbäder gelieferten Dienste Gebrauch zu machen. Der Badge kann dem Kunden bei der Bezahlung der Bade- und Thermalleistungen aushändigt sein und erlaubt der Dienste, für die er ausgestellt wird, Gebrauch zu machen. Der Kunde kann den Badge während der ganzen Saison behalten und ihn nach eigenem Wunsch mit allen Leistungen laden (personalisieren) und somit die Wartezeit an der Kasse vermeiden. Am Ende der Dienste kann sein Preis bei den Kassen oder bei den vertragsgebundenen Außencafés eintreiben werden. Andernfalls wird er am Ende der Saison Besitz des Kunden. USE OF THE BADGE (ELECTRONIC CARD) The Git could issue an electronic card (badge) that allows the customer to make use of the services provided in the bathing establishment and in the thermal spa. The badge will be given to the customer at the time of the payment of the bathing or thermal services and will allow him to make use of the services it is issued for. The badge may be hold and used by the customer for the whole season, permitting to charge (customize) all the services according to any personal need, thus avoiding any waiting time at the cash desk. At the end of the service its cost could be recovered at the cash desks or at the outer bars that have an arrangement. Otherwise at the end of the season the badge becomes property of the customer.
