Bewahren Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung dauerhaft auf. Das Wöhler Staurohr Typ S darf grundsätzlich nur von fachkundigem Personal für den bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch eingesetzt werden. 7 2BAufbau und Funktionsweise 3 Aufbau und Funktionsweise Die Messung des Ventilationsverlustes mit dem Staurohr Typ S erfolgt nach Brennerschluss durch gleichzeitige Messung der Strömungsgeschwindigkeit und der Temperatur im Restkernstrom. Der Benutzer gibt die für die Berechnung des Ventilationsverlusts zusätzlich notwendigen Parameter in das Messgerät ein, nämlich die Nennwärmeleistung, den Durchmesser der Abgasleitung, die Außentemperatur und den Luftdruck. 8 3BBedienung 4 Bedienung HINWEIS! Das Wöhler Staurohr Typ S liefert bei gleicher Strömungsgeschwindigkeit ein besseres Nutzsignal als ein normales Prandlrohr. Für eine kalibrierte Anzeige muss daher im Setupmenü des Wöhler Messgerätes ein Pitotfaktor von 0,93 eingestellt werden. Parameter ins Wöhler Messgerät (A 400, A 600, DC 100 PRO oder DC 430) eingeben bzw. überprüfen (Nennwärmeleistung, Durchmesser der Abgasleitung, Außentemperatur und Luftdruck). Dabei ist die Bedienungsanleitung des jeweiligen Messgerätes zu beachten. Drucksensor des Messgerätes nullen. Wöhler Staurohr Typ S entsprechend der Bedienungsanleitung des Messgerätes an Gerät anschließen. Sonde, wenn nötig, mit Rändelschrauben auf den Querschnitt der Abgasleitung anpassen. Diese Anpassung muss vor der eigentlichen Messprozedur erfolgen, da nach Lösen der Rändelschrauben und Einstellen der Eintauchtiefe die gegenläufige Ausrichtung der Messröhrchen geprüft bzw. eingestellt werden muss. Messung mit dem Messgerät starten und gemäß der Bedienungsanleitung des Messgerätes durchführen. Das Messgerät errechnet den Ventilationsverlust nun automatisch aus der gemessenen Strömungsgeschwindigkeit, den gemessenen Temperaturwerten und den eingegebenen Parametern. Der eingebaute Temperaturfühler des Staurohrs dient zur automatischen Dichtekorrektur der Luft während der Messung der Strömungsgeschwindigkeit. Aufgrund des großen Messbereichs dieses Fühlers (bis 250 C) ist die Genauigkeit im unteren Temperaturbereich geringer als bei einem externen Verbrennungsluftfühler. Daher ist im Setup-Menü des Wöhler DC 100 PRO unter dem Menüpunkt TAoff eine Funktion zum automatischen Abgleich des Fühlers implementiert. Dazu muss der Temperaturfühler and das Gerät angeschlossen werden, und es muss sichergestellt sein, dass seine Temperatur mit der des Gerätes übereinstimmt. Nach der Abfrage Temperatur stabil? zeigt das Gerät die Differenz zwischen dem internen Temperaturfühler des DC 100 PRO und dem Temperaturfühler des Staurohrs Typ S an. Mit der Taste ENTER wird diese Differenz als neuer Korrekturwert übernommen. 9

10 4BGarantie und Service 5 Garantie und Service 5.1 Garantie Jedes Wöhler Staurohr Typ S wird im Werk in allen Funktionen geprüft und verlässt unser Werk erst nach einer ausführlichen Qualitätskontrolle. Bei sachgemäßem Gebrauch beträgt die Garantiezeit auf das Wöhler Staurohr Typ S 12 Monate ab Verkaufsdatum. Die Kosten für den Transport und die Verpackung des Geräts im Reparaturfall werden von dieser Garantie nicht abgedeckt. Diese Garantie erlischt, wenn Reparaturen und Abänderungen von dritter, nicht autorisierter Stelle an dem Gerät vorgenommen wurden. 5.2 Service Der SERVICE wird bei uns groß geschrieben. Deshalb sind wir auch selbstverständlich nach der Garantiezeit für Sie da. Sie schicken das Staurohr zu uns, wir reparieren es innerhalb weniger Tage und schicken es Ihnen mit unserem Paketdienst. 15 7BComponent explanation 3 Component explanation EN The measurement of the ventilation loss with the S-tube probe is done 30 seconds after having switched of the burner. It is based on the determination of the flow speed and of the temperature of the residual core flow. The user has to enter the parameters which are necessary for the calculation of the ventilation loss, namely the burner performance, the diameter of the exhaust duct, the outside temperature and the air pressure. 16 8BUsing the S-tube probe 4 Using the S-tube probe NOTE! The Wöhler S-tube Pitot probe supplies a better useful signal than a standard Prandtl tube with the same velocity. Therefore, it is necessary to select a Pitot factor of 0.93 in the Setup menu in order to obtain a calibrated display. Enter or check the parameters in the Wöhler meter (A 400, A 600, DC 100 PRO or DC 430): burner performance, diameter of the exhaust duct, outside temperature and air pressure). Observe the instructions given in the manual of the meter. Zero the pressure sensor of the meter. Connect the S-tube probe to the meter observing the instructions of the meter manual. 16

17 8BUsing the S-tube probe Insert the closed S-tube through the measurement opening into the gas line, while the burner is working. EN Fig. 6: S-tube probe, not opened Knurled screws Fix the S-tube with a cone, open it as shown in Abb. 5 and direct the sensors as shown in the figure. If necessary, adjust the S-tube with the knurled screws, so that it fits into the gas line. Immersion depth Fig. 7: Details of the S-tube probe NOTE! The S-tube must be adjusted before the measurement procedure starts, since it is required to check and/or adjust the oppositely running orientation of the measuring tubes after loosening the knurled screws and adjusting the immersion depth. Start the measurement with the meter and follow the instructions of the meter manual. The meter will calculate the ventilation loss automatically based on the measured flow speed and temperature values and the parameters entered by the user. 17

18 8BUsing the S-tube probe 4.1 Special information about the measurement with the DC 100 PRO The integrated temperature probe of the S-tube provides an automatic density correction during the flow speed measurement. Due to the large measuring range of the probe (up to 250 C) the accuracy in the low temperature range is lower in comparison to the accuracy of an external Air Temperature Probe. For this reason, a special function is implemented in the Setup menu of the Wöhler DC 100 Pro under the option TSoff permitting an automatic adjustment of the probe. This function can only be performed if the temperature probe is connected to the device. In addition, it has to be ensured that the temperature of the probe corresponds to that of the meter. The meter first indicates the message "Temperature stable?" and then the difference between the internal temperature sensor of the DC 100 PRO and the temperature probe of the S-tube probe. Press ENTER button to accept this difference as the new correction value. 18

19 9BWarranty and Service 5 Warranty and Service 5.1 Warranty Each Wöhler S-tube probe will be tested in all functions and will leave our factory only after extensive quality control testing. If used properly, the warranty period for the Wöhler S-tube probe will be twelve month from the date of sale. This warranty does not cover the freight and packing costs when the device is sent to the factory for repair. Service by non authorized personnel or making modifications to the analyzer voids any warranty. EN 5.2 Service Wöhler has built our reputation on excellence in customer service. Therefore, of course, we are readily available to assist you after the warranty period ends. Send us the probe, and we will repair it and return it to you with our package service. 26 12BMode de fonctionnement 3 Mode de fonctionnement La mesure des pertes de ventilation avec le Tube venturi de type S doit être faite après l'arrêt du brûleur en déterminant, en même temps, la vitesse d'écoulement et la température au cœur du courant d'écoulement restant. L'usager doit entrer les données nécessaires pour le calcul du perte de ventilation, à savoir la capacité calorifique spécifique, le diamètre du tube de gaz d'évacuation, la température extérieure et la pression d'air. 27 13BEmploi du Tube venturi de type S 4 Emploi du Tube venturi de type S FR NOTA! Le Tube venturi de type S Wöhler fournit un signal utilisable bien meilleur que celui d'une sonde de Prandtl normale pour le même vitesse d'écoulement. C'est pourquoi c est nécessaire d'ajuster le facteur Pitot a partir du programme Setup pour un affichage calibré. Entrer les paramètres dans le appareil de mesure Wöhler A 400, A 600, DC 100 PRO et DC 430: capacité calorifique spécifique, diamètre du tube de gaz d'évacuation, température extérieure et pression d'air en observant les instructions de l'appareil de mesure correspondant. Le capteur de pression de l' appareil de mesure doit être mis a zéro. Connecter le Tube venturi de type S a l'appareil de mesure en observant le mode d'emploi correspondant. 27

28 13BEmploi du Tube venturi de type S Lorsque le mécanisme de pliage est replié, introduire le Tube par l'orifice prévu pour les mesures dans le tube de gaz d'évacuation. Il faut s'assurer que les tubes de mesures sont orientés dans des directions opposées. Si nécessaire, après le desserrage des vis moletées, adapter le Tube au section du tube de gaz d'évacuation. Cette adaptation doit être effectuée avant la procédure de mesure puisqu'il est nécessaire, après le desserrage des vis moletées et le réglage de la profondeur de plongée, de s'assurer que les tubes de mesures sont orientés dans des directions opposées. Démarrer et effectuer le mesurage selon les instructions du mode d'emploi de l'appareil de mesure. L'appareil de mesure calculera la perte de ventilation automatiquement de la vitesse d'écoulement mesurée, des températures mesurées et des paramètres entrés. 28

29 13BEmploi du Tube venturi de type S 4.1 Mesurer avec le DC 100 PRO Le capteur de température intégré dans le Tube sert a corriger le valeur de la densité de l'air pendant le mesurage de la vitesse d'écoulement. À cause du grand gamme de mesure du capteur (jusqu'à 250 C), la précision dans la gamme inférieur de température est moins exacte que la précision d'une sonde externe de température d'air. Pour cette raison, sous le point de menu Setup du Wöhler DC 100 PRO, il est possible de procéder à un ajustage automatique de la sonde avec la température mesurée par l'appareil interne. Pour cela il est nécessaire que la capteur de température soit branchée à l'appareil et, de plus, on doit s'assurer que la température du capteur correspond à celle de l'appareil. Après l'interrogation "Température stable?" l'appareil indique la différence entre la température du capteur interne du DC 100 PRO et celle du capteur de température du Tube venturi de type S. En appuyant sur la touche ENTER, on valide alors cette différence comme nouvelle valeur de correction pour la Tube venturi. FR 29

30 14BGarantie et service 5 Garantie et service 5.1 Garantie Chaque Tube venturi de type S a été testé dans tous ses fonctions et ne quitte notre usine qu'après avoir été soumis à un contrôle de qualité approfondi. En cas d'utilisation correcte, la période de garantie pour le Tube venturi de type S Wöhler est de 12 moins à compter de la date de vente. Les frais de port et d'emballage de l'appareil en cas de réparation ne sont pas couvert par la garantie. Cette garantie s'éteint lorsque des réparations et modifications ont été effectuées par un personnel non autorisé. 5.2 Service Pour nous, le SERVICE joue un rôle très important dans nos rapports avec nos clients. Voilà pourquoi nous sommes toujours à votre disposition même après l'expiration de la période de garantie. Si vous nous envoyez l'instrument, il vous sera renvoyé par notre service d'expédition après réparation en quelques jours seulement. 36 17BElementi e funzionamento 3 Elementi e funzionamento La misura della perdita di ventilazione di caldaie si eseguono con bruciatore spento e con il tubo Pito/Prantl collegato, analizzando la portata d aria e la temperatura al centro del canale o scarico fumi. Il tecnico dovrà inserire negli analizzatori i parametri necessari, come la potenza bruciata del generatore, il diametro del canale da fumi, la temperatura e la pressione atmosferica esterna. 37 . 18BIstruzioni d uso 4 Istruzioni d uso ATTENZIONE! Il tubo Pito / Prantl Wöhler tipo S fornisce a parità di portata un risultato migliore die normali tubi Pito. Per una corretta misurazione si deve inserire un fattore Pito 0,93 Inserire il parametro negli analizzatori Wöhler (A 400, A 600, DC 100 PRO o DC 430) ed anche gli altri parametri (potenza bruciata del generatore, diametro del canale da fumo, temperatura temperatura esterna e pressione atmosferica ambiente esterno, come riportato nelle specifiche istruzioni dello strumento. 38 18BIstruzioni d uso Viti di fissaggio Fissare il tubo Pito / Prantl nel foro analisi con il cono e aprire a 180 i tubicini come indicato nella figura 5 e fissare il cono. Eventualmente adattare la penetrazione nel canale usando le viti di fissaggio. Penetrazione Figura 14: Tubo Pito / Prantl tipo S 4.1 Indicazioni per il DC 100 PRO HINWEIS! ATTENZIONE! Questo aggiustamento deve avvenire prima della misurazione, perchè dopo la regolazione di profondità si deve controllare la posizione dei tubicini di misurazione che deve essere contrapposta (a 180 ). Iniziare la misurazione con lo strumento ed eseguirla conforme le istruzioni. Lo strumento misura la velocità di flusso e la temperatura fumi e calcola automaticamente la dispersione per ventilazione del generatore di calore dai valori inseriti manualmente. Il sensore di temperatura del tubo Pito / Prantl serve per la correzione della densità dell aria durante la misura dellaa velocità di flusso. A causa dell ampio campo di misura fino 250 C sarà inferiore la sua precisione alle temperature basse. Per aumentare la precisione è possibile intervenire nel menu del DC 100 nella opzione TAoff. Per questo si deve collegare il sensore di temperatura allo strumento e si deve assicurarsi che la temperatura misurata corrisponde alla temperatura indicata dallo strumento. Dopo la richiesta di stabilità della temperatura nel DC 100 PRO lo strumento indica la variazione del sensore interno rispetto a quello esterno e si confermerà con il pulsante ENTER. 38

39 19BGaranzia e assistenza tecnica 5 Garanzia e assistenza tecnica 5.1 Garanzia Ogni Tubo pito / Prandtl tipo S è controllato in fabbrica su tutte le funzioni e viene spedito dopo aver passato positivamente il controllo qualità. Lo strumento è coperto da garanzia 12 mesi a partire dalla data d acquisto. I costi di trasporto ed imballo dello strumento inviato per la riparazione non sono coperte dalla garanzia. La garanzia decade immediatamente se lo strumento viene aperto, riparato o trasformato da ditte o persone non espressamente autorizzate dalla ditta Wöhler. 5.2 Service Da noi ASSISTENZA si scrive maiuscolo.
