9 AuroPur High Performance Gold Plating AuroPur Hochleistungs-Goldbeschichtung FCT is introducing a new nickel phosphorous gold plating (min,1 µm Au over 2-4 µm chemical NiP ) which has better qualities than standard platings. Connectors and Contacts with nickel phosphorus gold plating have been tested in accordance with DIN 41626, part 1 and DIN part 2. 22 Crimp Connectors Crimp Steckverbinder Technical Data FL-, FU-series Technische Daten FL-, FU-Serie FL- and FU- connectors have an economical plastic-clip system for crimp signal contacts. These can be exchanged after assembly. In addition the FUseries is equipped with high quality thermoplastic insulators. FL-connectors are supplied without contacts. FU-connectors are supplied with turned contacts as standard. Ordering example for an FL-connector with tin plated shell and dimples: FL13W3P7-K12 FL- bzw. 25 General Information on Special Contacts for Mixed Layout Connectors Allgemeine Informationen über Sonderkontakte für Mixed Layout Steckverbinder The mixed layout series is designed so that any FCT special contacts (75 and 5 Ω coaxial contacts, high power contacts up to 4 A, high voltage contacts up to 3 kv and pneumatic contacts) may be installed in any of the contact arrangements we supply. Depending on your application, there is a choice between solder pot, straight PCB, right angle PCB or crimp terminations. Naturally we also supply insertion and removal tools for the crimp versions (see page 86) to ensure safe and reliable installation. Die Mixed Layout - Steckverbinderbaureihe ist so konzipiert, dass jeder der FCT-Sonderkontakte (Koaxialkontakte mit 75 oder 5 Ω, Hochstromkontakte bis 4 A, Hochspannungskontakte bis 3 kv und Pneumatikkontakte) in jedes von uns angebotene Polbild eingesetzt werden kann. Je nach Anwendungsfall können Sie unter verschiedenen Anschlussarten auswählen, wie Löttopf-, gerader und abgewinkelter Leiterplattenanschluss sowie Crimpanschluss. Für Crimpversionen sind selbstverständlich die passenden Werkzeuge (siehe Seite 86) erhältlich, die eine sichere und zuverlässige Verarbeitung gewährleisten. FCT standard contacts with sextuple slit support socket (see fig. 5) excell as a result of six contact support points and soft mating. Kontakte mit vierfach geschlitzter Kontaktbuchse (siehe Abbildung 4) sind besonders geeignet für robuste Anwendungen und bei Gegenkontakten mit geringer Konizität, z. B. für Einschubschächte. FCT-Standardkontakte mit sechsfach geschlitzter Kontaktbuchse (siehe Abbildung 5) zeichnen sich durch sechs Kontaktauflagepunkte und weiche Gegensteckung aus. 29 VSWR Measurements (Examples) VSWR Messungen (Beispiele) VSWR VSWR The ratio of the maximum to minimum value of the voltage amplitude on a lead is known as the VSWR value. The quotient is a measurement of the quality of the adaptation or of the fluctuation of the resulting voltage surge. In the case of a mismatch, the outward wave is reflected onto the contact point. By superimposing the outward and return waves, a greater difference is obtained between the maximum and minimum voltage than for the outward wave. The VSWR value is 1. for a perfect adaptation. The reciprocal value is known as the adaptation factor m. Das Verhältnis von Maximal- zu Minimalwert der Spannungsamplitude auf einer Leitung wird mit VSWR Wert bezeichnet. Der Quotient ist ein Maß für die Qualität der Anpassung bzw. der Welligkeit der resultierenden Spannungswelle. Bei Fehlanpassung wird die hinlaufende Welle an der Kontaktstelle reflektiert. Durch die Überlagerung der hinlaufenden und der rücklaufenden Spannungswelle ergibt sich für die resultierende ein größerer Unterschied zwischen der maximalen und der minimalen Spannungsamplitude als bei der hinlaufenden Welle.
