7 LUFTFAHRTHANDBUCH DEUTSCHLAND AD 2 EDTL SEP 2016 EDTL AD 2.20 Local Traffic Regulations Örtliche Flugbeschränkungen 1. Ergänzung der Flugbetriebszeiten a) Nachtluftpostverkehr in der Zeit von 1900 (1800) bis 0500 (0400). Im Regelfall zwei Flugbewegungen zwischen 1900 (1800) und 2300 (2200) und zwischen 2300 (2200) und 0500 (0400). b) Von der Betriebspflicht wird Befreiung erteilt an höchstens fünf Wochenenden im Jahr für jeweils höchstens drei Tage, jedoch nur einmal pro Kalendermonat. c) Es ist mit zeitweiligen Versuchsfahrten mit Kfz auf den Flugbetriebsflächen zu rechnen. 2. Zulässige Luftfahrzeugarten Der Verkehrslandeplatz Lahr darf im Rahmen der zivilen Mitnutzung von folgenden Arten von Luftfahrzeugen benutzt werden: a) Flugzeuge und Hubschrauber bis 14 t MTOW b) Flugzeuge im Nachtluftpostverkehr bis 83 t MTOW mit Lärmzeugnis nach Kapitel III des Anhanges 16 zum ICAOAbkommen und die in der Bonusliste (NfL I 83/03) für startende und landende Luftfahrzeuge des für Verkehr, Bau und Wohnungswesen in der jeweils gültigen Fassung enthalten sind. c) Nur nach vorheriger Genehmigung (PPR): Flugzeuge und Hubschrauber über 14 t bis 20 t MTOW, Motorsegler, Segelflugzeuge im Flugzeugschleppstart, ULLuftsportgeräte Piloten von ULLuftsportgeräten benötigen ein Sprechfunkzeugnis mindestens der Stufe BZF II. Flugzeuge im Nachtluftpostverkehr bis zur höchstzulässigen Tragfähigkeit der Start und Landebahn im Falle des betriebsbedingten Ausfalls der Flugzeuge nach b) mit folgender Maßgabe: Die Flugzeugmuster dürfen keine Lärmwerte erbringen, die den Grenzwert nach LSL (Lärmschutzforderungen für Luftfahrzeuge) vom für Flugzeuge mit einer höchstzulässigen Startmasse von 120 t überschreiten. Frachtflüge über 20 t MTOW Flugzeuge über 20 t MTOW für den PassagierBedarfsflugverkehr zum EuropaPark Rust. Local Flying Restrictions 1. Additional Information on the Operating Times a) Night airmail service from 1900 (1800) until 0500 (0400). Normally two flights between 1900 (1800) and 2300 (2200) and between 2300 (2200) and 0500 (0400). b) Exemption from compulsory operations will be granted on five weekends per year at the most, for three days each at the most, however, only once per calendar month. c) Occasional trial runs with motor vehicles must be expected on the operational areas. 2. Authorized Aircraft Types Lahr Airfield may only be used by the following types of aircraft within the context of civil joint use: a) Aeroplanes and helicopters up to 14 t MTOW b) Aeroplanes on night airmail service up to 83 t MTOW with noise certificate according to Chapter III of Annex 16 pertaining to the ICAO agreement and which are included in the Bonus List (NfL I 83/03) for departing and landing aircraft of the Federal Ministry of Transport, Building and Housing in the currently valid version. c) Only after prior permission (PPR): aeroplanes and helicopters of more than 14 t up to 20 t MTOW, powered gliders, gliders with winch launchings, ultralight air sports equipment Pilots of ultralight air sports equipment require a radio telephony rating level of at least BZF II. aeroplanes on night airmail service up to the maximum permitted strength of the RWY, in the case of operational outage of the aeroplanes in accordance with b) subject to the following conditions: The aircraft type must not produce noise values exceeding the value in compliance with LSL (Noise Abatement Requirements for Aircraft) of for aeroplanes with a maximum permitted takeoff mass of 120 t. cargo aircraft of more than 20 t MTOW aeroplanes of more than 20 t MTOW for passenger nonscheduled flights to EuropaPark Rust 3.
