2 Die Klopotek STREAM Roadmap für: Titel Management, Editorial & Herstellung Vertrags-, Rechte- und Honorarmanagement Order to Cash Services & CRM Klopotek STREAM Web Apps : Folgen einem Workflow-Ansatz ausgerichtet an Ihren Geschäftsprozessen. Cloud-fähige Anwendungen sind integriert mit den Klopotek-Datenstrutkuren. Die Dialoggestaltung erleichtert neuen Anwendern den Einstieg wie auch erfahrenen Nutzern den Umstieg. 2

3 Eine Anwendung wird durch spezialisierte Apps abgelöst STREAM begann in 2014 und umfasst bereits heute zahlreiche Anwendungen STREAM wird in den kommenden Jahren kontinuierlich um neue Anwendungen in den Bereichen TEP, CR&R und O2C erweitert. 3

4 Der Übergang zu STREAM ist ein sicherer, harmonischer Prozess Die Klopotek Classic Line wird parallel zu STREAM weiter unterstützt. Das Klopotek Datenmodell (Oracle) wird weiterhin sowohl von der Classic Line wie auch von den Klopotek STREAM Apps genutzt. Das gilt für Erweiterungen des Datenmodells in gleicher Weise. Klopotek bietet seinen Kunden einen weichen Transitions-Pfad, in dem STREAM Apps für bestimmte Nutzergruppen entlang der Roadmap freigeschaltet werden. Es gibt keinen Big Bang. 4

5 Unser Entwicklungsansatz ist agil, wie unsere Roadmap Klopotek entwickelt seine STREAM Applikationen basierend auf einem agilen Ansatz. Zuerst gilt es ein MVP (Minimum viable Product) zu bestimmen, das bereits bei Kunden produktiv eingesetzt werden kann, aber nicht die gesamte bekannte Funktionalität enthält. In abgestimmten Ausbaustufen werden die Applikationen zur vollen Funktionalität erweitert. Die funktionale Bestimmung orientiert sich an dem Einsatzzweck bzw. den Prozessen, die sie unterstützen sollen. Eingebettet sind die Entwicklungen in einem zeitlichen Gesamtrahmen. 5
