4 $ 0.2m Sicherheitshinweise Die Montage von Elektrokomponenten darf nur von qualifiziertem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden! Vor den Arbeiten an der Leuchte diese unbedingt vom Netz trennen! Den Sicherheitsabstand zu brennbaren Objekten einhalten! Vor dem Wechsel des Reflektorkopfes und des Leuchtmittels, Leuchte ausschalten und abkühlen lassen. Vorsicht, Verbrennungsgefahr! Niemals den heißen Reflektorkopf, nur den Leuchtenarm im mittleren oder unteren Bereich berühren! Reparaturarbeiten dürfen nur von autorisiertem Fachpersonal oder dem Hersteller durchgeführt werden. 2

5 Produktbeschreibung Der Schnurdimmer ist ein Dimmer für Occhio Hochvolt-Halogen-Leuchten. Zur Verwendung mit Occhio-Leuchten auf Aufbaudosen mit Kabeldurchführung. 7 Aufbau Occhio HV Leuchte Aufbaudose mit Kabeldurchführung Netzstecker Schnurdimmer 5

8 Montage $ Achtung! Vor der Montage alle stromführenden Leitungen vom Stromnetz trennen! Aufbaudose an gewünschter Stelle an die Wand setzen und so drehen, dass die Gewindebuchsen zur Leuchtenmontage waagrecht ausgerichtet sind. Positionen der Bohrlöcher durch die Befestigungsschlitze anzeichnen. Vor dem Bohren auf den Verlauf von Leitungen in der Wand achten! Zwei Löcher ø 6 mm bohren, Dübel bündig einsetzen und Schrauben eindrehen. Dose waagrecht ausrichten und Schrauben festziehen. 6

9 Montage Kabelende des Schnurdimmers durch die Tülle führen. Die gewünschte Länge des Kabels festlegen, Zugentlastung aufschieben und die Schraube in der Zugentlastung festziehen. Dann das überstehende Kabel auf ca. 8 cm kürzen. Kabelenden des Schnurdimmers an der Klemme der Aufbaudose nach Schema anschließen. 230 V N L 7

10 Montage Kabelenden des Leuchtenkörpers nach Schema an die Klemme anschließen. Polung beachten! L N 230 V Leuchtenkörper auf Dose aufsetzen und mit mitgelieferten Inbusschrauben anschrauben. 8

11 An- und Ausschalten/Dimmen Drehen am Einstellrad des Schnurdimmers schaltet die Leuchte ein und dimmt sie stufenlos auf. Zurückdrehen des Einstellrades bis zum Anschlag schaltet die Leuchte aus. 9

16 $ 0.2m Safety precautions Electrical components must be assembled only by qualified personnel. Before working on the lamp, always disconnect it from the mains. Maintain the minimum safety distance from flammable materials. Before changing the reflector head and the bulb, switch off the lamp and allow it to cool down. Caution, risk of burns. Never touch the reflector head while it is hot. Only handle the middle or bottom part of the lamp stem. Repairs must be carried out only by authorised, qualified personnel or the manufacturer. 14

17 Product description The cord dimmer is a dimmer for Occhio high voltage halogen lamps. For use with Occhio lamps mounted on spacing boxes with a cable gland. 20 Mounting $ Caution Before mounting, disconnect all currentcarrying lines from the mains supply. Place the spacing box at the desired position on the wall and turn it so that the bushings for mounting the lamp are aligned vertically. Mark the position of the drill holes through the fixing slots. Before drilling, check where the cables are routed in the wall. Drill two 6 mm diameter holes, insert the wall plugs flush with the wall and screw on the spacing box. Align the box horizontally and tighten the screws. 18

21 Mounting Guide the cable end of the cable dimmer through the grommet. Determine the desired length of the cable, slide on the cord grip and tighten the cord grip screw. Then shorten the remaining cable to approx. 8 cm. Connect the ends of the cable dimmer wires to the terminal block in the spacing box as shown in the diagram. 230 V N L 19

22 Mounting Connect the ends of the cables for the lamp body to the terminal block as shown in the diagram. Correct polarity must be observed. L N 230 V Fit the lamp body onto the box and screw on with the Allen screws provided. 20

23 Switching on and off/dimming Turning the cable dimmer adjustment wheel switches the lamp on and enables infinitely variable brightening of the lamp. Turning the adjustment wheel back to the stop switches off the lamp. 21
