6 210 Schüco Schüco RWA Schüco RWA -- Planungshinweise Planning information RWA-Anlagen sind im Hinblick auf die Rettung von Menschenleben und Materialien eine zwingende Notwendigkeit. Nicht ohne Grund ist die Forderung nach RWA- Anlagen Bestandteil jeder Bauordnung der Bundesrepublik Deutschland. Aus diesem Grund sollten folgende Punkte in der frühen Planungsphase berücksichtigt werden: Die Ab- und Zuluftöffnungen müssen so bemessen sein, dass im geöffneten Zustand die geforderte geometrische bzw. aerodynamische Fläche erreicht wird. Die Zuluftfläche muss größer als die Abluftfläche sein, in der Regel um das 1,5-fache. Antriebe und Befestigungselemente müssen für die benötigten Kräfte ausgelegt sein. Die geforderten Ausstellweiten der Fenster sind zu erreichen. Es darf in keinem Fall zu Kollisionen mit den Fensterprofilen kommen. Alle Zuleitungen müssen den örtlichen Brandschutzbestimmungen entsprechen und vom Querschnitt den benötigten Motorströmen bzw. Volumen angepasst sein. Die Kabelqualität (E30, E90) ist den örtlichen Gegebenheiten anzupassen bzw. auf das Brandschutzgutachten abzustimmen. Zur Sicherstellung der Funktion ist der Kabel- querschnitt zu den RWA-Antrieben gemäß Kabellängentabelle zu projektieren. Die elektrische RWA-Zentrale sollte in einem dafür vorgesehenen belüfteten Technikraum eingebaut werden. Um eine sofortige Auslösung bei einem Brand in diesem Räumen zu gewährleisten, sind hier automatische Rauchmelder empfehlenswert. Die Wirksamkeit einer RWA-Anlage darf nicht durch einen innen oder außen liegenden Sonnenschutz beeinträchtigt werden. Hier ist ggf. eine Folgeschaltung zu integrieren. Eine Abstimmung mit dem Sachverständigen ist ratsam. Manuelle Brandmelder müssen gut sichtbar sein und sollten an zentralen Stellen wie an Eingangsoder Empfangsbereichen montiert werden. Es ist sinnvoll, den Einbauort mit einem Schild Rauchabzug zu kennzeichnen. Smoke and heat extraction systems play a vital role in saving human life and protecting property. They are now an integral part of the building regulations in many countries. For this reason, the following points should be taken into consideration at an early stage of planning. Inlet and outlet openings must be designed so that the required geometric or aerodynamic area is achieved in the open position. The inlet area must be larger than the outlet area; it is usually about 50% larger. Drives and fixing elements must be designed to support the necessary forces. The window must have the required opening width. The window profiles must not collide at any point. All cabling must conform to the local fire protection regulations, with gauge adjusted for the required currents and volumes. The cable quality (E30, E90) must be adjusted to suit site conditions and to meet fire protection regulations. To ensure safe operation, the cable gauge must be matched to the smoke and heat extraction drives in accordance with the cable length table. The electrical smoke and heat extraction centre should be installed in a specially ventilated plant room. To ensure that the fire alarm goes off immediately in the event of fire in these rooms, the use of automatic smoke alarms is recommended. The smoke and heat extraction system must not be impeded in any way by internal or external solar shading. It may be necessary to integrate a servo-switch here. Consultation with a specialist is recommended. Manually-operated fire alarms must be clearly visible and should be fitted in central locations such as entrance halls or reception areas. It is advisable to label the area with a smoke extraction sign.

Rauch oder Hitze, den Melder erreichen kann. Um Fehlauslösungen zu vermeiden, muss bekannt sein, welche Gegebenheiten in dem entsprechenden Gebäudeteil im Normalbetrieb herrschen. Hierzu gehören u.a. Staub, Wasserdampf oder auch höhere Temperaturen unter Glasflächen. Abstände zu Wandflächen sowie die Überwachungsfläche der Melder sind bei der Planung und beim Einbau zu beachten. Um eine einwandfreie Funktion des Windmessgerätes zu gewährleisten, muss es an einer verwirbelungsfreien, aber dem Wind zugänglichen Stelle auf dem Dach montiert werden. Bei der Planung von automatischen Fensteröffnungen ist die Richtlinie für kraftbetätigte Fenster, Türen, Tore zu beachten. Der Fluchtweg ist auch bei geöffneten Fensterflügeln freizuhalten. Die Anlagenteile müssen für spätere Wartungsarbeiten zugänglich sein. Automatic smoke alarms should be fitted in locations which can be accessed by factors such as heat or smoke.
