6 ICETEC OFFICE: Montage und Pflege Icetec Office-Schiebetürbeschläge Icetec Office ist ein hochwertiges Schiebetürsystem aus Edelstahl für die Anwendung im Innenbereich. Das System ist für die Verwendung von Glaselementen vorgesehen, kann jedoch auch für Holz, Metall, Kunststoff oder andere Materialien vorgerichtet werden. Die Laufwagen sind höhenverstellbar. Es gibt drei verschiedene Befestigungsarten: Befestigung an der Wand Befestigung am Glas Befestigung an der Decken Alle drei Befestigungsarten können problemlos miteinander kombiniert werden. Glasart / Glasdicke Die Beschläge sind vorgerichtet für 10 und 12 mm Einscheibensicherheitsglas. Es ist ESG nach DIN EN :2000 zu verarbeiten. In die Glasbohrungen unbedingt die mitgelieferten Kunststoffschlauchabschnitte als Schutz zwischen Glas und Aufnahme (Schraube) einsetzen. Montage der Anlage Zunächst müssen die Öffnungsrichtungen der Türen festgelegt werden (links oder rechts) Die beiden Laufwagen [1] je Tür zunächst ohne Aushebesicherungen [1.1] fachgerecht und rechtwinklig an das entsprechende Türblatt [3] mittels Verschraubungen [4] und Stiftschlüssel (90426) montieren Die Stabilisationsstange [5] in die Laufwagen [1] einführen und mit einem seitlichen Überstand von ca. 30 mm mittels Madenschrauben [1.2] (Inbus SW 3) fixieren Stossgriff [2] an Türblatt [3] anbringen und mit Madenschrauben [6] (Inbus SW 3) fixieren Nur bei Zweiflügelanlage: den unteren Anschlag [9] an Türblatt [3] mittels Verschraubungen [4] und Stiftschlüssel (90426) montieren Laufschienenmontage: (Bei einer Laufschienenlänge über 3 m werden die beiden Laufschienenteile mit einem Verbindungsstück [14] gekoppelt) Laufschiene [10] an Wand: entsprechend den Bestellvorgaben mittels Wandbefestigungen [11] fachgerecht in der Waage an Wand montieren Laufschiene [10] an Glas: entsprechend den Bestellvorgaben mittels Glasbefestigungen [12] fachgerecht in der Waage an Glas montieren Laufschiene [10] an Decke: entsprechend den Bestellvorgaben mittels Deckenbefestigungen [13] fachgerecht in der Waage an Oberlicht [15], sowie Decke montieren Nur bei Zweiflügelanlage: die oberen Anschläge [7] auf die Laufschiene bis Mitte aufschieben Stopperaufnahme [8.1] zunächst ohne Stopper [8.2] an die äußeren Enden links und rechts der Laufschiene [10] anbringen Türelement mittels Laufrollen [1.3] auf Laufschiene [10] aufsetzen und die Aushebesicherungen [1.1] einführen Höheneinstellung des Türelements über die exzentrisch gelagerten Laufrollen [1.3] vornehmen. Dies kann mit Hilfe eines Stiftes in der Durchgangsbohrung [1.4] (4 mm) vorgenommen werden. Anschließend wird die Laufrolle [1.3] mit Madenschrauben [1.5] (Inbus SW 4) fixiert. Danach sofort die Aushebesicherungen [1.1] bis 1 mm unter die Laufschiene [10] eindrehen und mit Madenschrauben [1.6] (Inbus SW 3) fixieren Bodenführung [16] bündig zur Innenkante der Durchgangsöffnung montieren Türelement in fest verschraubte Bodenführung [16] einführen Türelement zur Öffnungs-Endstellung hinschieben Stopperaufnahmen [8.1] an diese Endstellung mit ca. 70 mm Abstand zum Laufwagen [1] hinführen und mit innenliegender Madenschraube [8.3] (Inbus SW 3) fixieren. Stopper [8.2] in Stopperaufnahme einführen und zum tangentialem Anschlag an Laufwagen [1] hinführen und mit innenliegender Madenschraube [8.4] (Inbus SW 3) fixieren Türelement zur Schließ-Endstellung hinschieben. Anschlag oben [7] zum tangentialen Anschlag an Laufwagen [1] hinführen und mit Madenschraube [7.1] (Inbus SW 3) fixieren. Darauf achten, dass Türe in beiden Endstellungen (geöffnet und geschlossen) immer in Bodenführung [16] läuft Alle Schrauben nachziehen Befestigungsmaterialien Die Beschaffenheit und Eignung der Wand bzw. der Unterkonstruktion ist bauseits zu überprüfen. Die statisch notwendigen Befestigungsmaterialien für die Montage der Wandbefestigen an den Baukörper müssen vom Verarbeiter bestimmt werden. Montage Die Montage sollte nur von einem Fachmann durchgeführt werden. Pflegehinweis Icetec Office-Schiebetürbeschläge dürfen nur mit warmen Wasser und einem weichen Tuch (Microfaser) feucht abgewischt und gegebenenfalls nachgetrocknet werden. Scharfe, aggressive sowie z.b. alkalische oder chlorhaltige Reiniger, Scheuermittel (z.b. Stahlwolle), bzw. Lösungsmittel dürfen nicht verwendet werden.

8 ICETEC OFFICE: mounting and care Icetec Office-sliding door fittings Icetec Ofice is a high quality, sliding door system made of stainless steel for use indoors. The system is intended for use with glass elements. It can, however, be prepared for wood, metal, plastic or other materials. The carriages can be adjusted for height. There are three different possibilities for fixing: fixing on the wall fixing on glass fixing on the ceiling All three methods can be combined with each other with no problem. Glass type/ glass thickness The fittings are intended for 10 and 12 mm tempered security glass.tempered security glass must be used in accordance with the DIN EN :2000. Freestanding glass edges and glass corners on the sheets of glass must be so bevelled and cut that no danger of injury will result upon use or cleaning of the glass installation.

In the glass bores be sure to use the portions of plastic tubing included with the delivery as protection between the glass and adapter (screw). Mounting of the system First determine the direction in which the doors open (left or right). Mount two carriages [1] per door at a right angle to the corresponding door panel, first without the safety bolts [1.1], by means of screw connections [4] and a wrench (90426). Place the stabilisation bar [5] into the carriages [1] and attach with a lateral distance of about 30 mm, using a set screw [1.2] (Allan key, size 3). Put the push-handle [2] on to the door panel [3] and attach with set screws [6] (Allan key, size 3). Only in case of two-leaf installation: mount the lower stopper [9] on to the door panel [3] by means of screw connections [4] and a wrench (90426). Slide rail mounting: (if the slide rail is longer than 3 meters, the two parts of the slide rail will be coupled with a connecting piece [14]) Slide rail [10] on the wall: mount horizontally on the wall with wall fasteners [11], corresponding to the order specifications. Slide rail [10] on glass: mount horizontally on the glass with glass fasteners [12], corresponding to the order specifications. Slide rail [10] on the ceiling: mount horizontally on the fanlight [15] and ceiling with ceiling fasteners [13], corresponding to the order specifications. Only in case of two-leaf installation: Push the upper stoppers [7] on the slide rail to the middle. Put the stopper adapter [8.1], at first without the stopper [8.2], on the outer ends, left and right, of the slide rail [10]. Set the door element on the slide rail [10] by means of rollers [1.3] and place the safety bolts [1.1] into position. Set the height of the door element over the eccentrically mounted rollers [1.3].This can be achieved with the help of a brad in the passage bore [1.4] (4 mm).then, attach the roller [1.3] with set screws [1.5] (Allan key, size 4). Immediately afterwards turn the safety bolts [1.1] in to within one mm under the slide rail [10] and attach with set screws [1.6] (Allan key, size 3). Mount the bottom guidance [16] flush with the inner edge of the opening. Insert the door element into the tightly screwed bottom guidance [16]. Push the door element into the opening-end position. Place the stopper adapters [8.1] on these end positions leaving approximately 70 mm distance to the carriage [1] and attach with in-lying set screw [8.3] (Allan key, size 3). Place the stopper [8.2] in the stopper adapter and place at the tangential stopper on the carriage [1] and attach with in-lying set screw [8.4] (Allan key, size 3). Push the door element into the closing-end position. Place the upper stopper at the tangential stopper on the carriage [1] and attach with a set screw [7.1] (Allan key, size 3). Make sure that the doors always remain in the bottom guidance [16] in both end positions (open and closed). Retighten all screws. Mounting materials The condition and suitability of the wall or the substructure is to be inspected on site.the statically necessary mounting materials for the mounting of the wall fastening on the structure must be determined by the persons responsible for the mounting. Mounting The mounting should only be carried out by an expert. Care advice Icetec Office-sliding door fittings should only be cleaned with warm water and a damp, soft cloth (micro-fibre) and, if necessary, dried. Caustic or aggressive cleaners, for example, alkaline cleaners or cleaners containing chlorine, should not be used. Abrasives, such as steel wool, or solvents should also not be used.
