2 LöSi Condition Control System (LCCS ) Im Rahmen eines Kooperationsprojekts zwischen der LöSi Getriebe-Steuerungen-Hydraulik GmbH und dem Fraunhofer Institut für Experimentelles Software Engineering IESE wurde eine innovative Komplettlösung zum Condition Monitoring für hydraulische Systeme entwickelt. Innovativ, schnell und zuverlässig - die graphische Konfigurationssprache Die grafische Konfigurationssprache ist ein zentrales Element der Innovation: Sie ist flexibel und einfach erlernbar. Wir können dadurch selbst das Condition Monitoring für technische Anlagen einfach und schnell konfigurieren. Die Konfigurationslösung erfordert kein manuelles Programmieren des CM-Systems, das System wird lediglich vergleichbar zu sogenannten Drag and Drop -Lösungen konfiguriert, und der Programmcode wird danach automatisch generiert, kompiliert und in das CM-System geladen. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass, sobald der Generator einmal getestet ist, Fehler in dem generierten Code ausgeschlossen werden können. Dennoch ist aufgrund der speziell angepassten Konfigurationssprache eine sehr flexible und komplexe Konfiguration möglich. Es können logische Verknüpfungen vorgenommen werden wie and oder or damit Alarme nur dann ausgelöst werden, wenn gleichzeitig zwei im Kausalzusammenhang zueinander stehende Messwerte Auffälligkeiten zeigen. Die mit unserer Technologie entwickelten CM-Systeme sind ebenso mächtig wie die mit manuellen Methoden programmierten Systeme. Aufgrund des Verzichts auf LöSi Condition Control System (LCCS ) Based on a cooperation development between LöSi Getriebe-Steuerungen-Hydraulik GmbH and the Fraunhofer Institute for Experimental Software Engineering (IESE) we developed a complete and innovative solution for a Condition Monitoring System (CMS) for hydraulic systems. Innovative, fast and reliable - the graphical configuration language The graphical configuration language is a central feature of the innovation: It is flexible and easy to learn. For this reason we are able to to configure the CMS for complex technical systems in an easy way. With this configuration tool a manual programming isn t needed any more. The programming of the CMS is done by Drag and Drop, the program code is generated automatically, compiled and flashed to the Condition Monitoring Hardware LCCU. The big advantage is, that after a successful test of the generator, we can rule out mistakes of the program code. Because of the special adapted configuration software, a flexible and special configuration is allways possible. It is possible to create logical operations like and or or to release an alarm only if two coherent measured values showing some anomalies. Our technology is able to fullfill the same complexity as manual programmed systems. Our advantage is, that our configuration language is cheaper, faster and achieves a higher quality compared to manual programmed systems. manuelles Programmieren ist unser Ansatz jedoch deutlich kostengünstiger, schneller und führt zu einer höheren Qualität. Hohe Flexibilität durch den Einsatz herstellerunabhängiger Sensorik Durch den Einsatz herstellerunabhängiger Sensorik ist es möglich, den für den jeweiligen Einsatzfall am besten geeigneten Sensor einzusetzen. Die Mess- und Analysedaten werden dann auf einem Datenbankserver gespeichert und können mit verschieden Tools ausgewertet werden. Kostenreduzierung durch permanente Überwachung Die permanente Überwachung einer Anlage ermöglicht es, Probleme frühzeitig zu erkennen bzw. auszuschließen. Die Ursachen der Probleme können dann wiederum schneller erkannt und beseitigt werden, wodurch Ausfall- und Stillstandzeiten der Maschine verringert werden. Auf diese Weise können Wartungsintervalle optimiert werden, indem anstehende Wartungsarbeiten je nach Zustand der Anlage vorgezogen bzw. verzögert werden. Gegebenenfalls notwendige Reparaturmaßnahmen werden dadurch rechtzeitig durchgeführt, sodass schwerwiegendere und damit kostspieligere Defekte und Stillstandzeiten vermieden werden. High flexibility because of producer independent sensors Because of the use of producer independent senors, it is possible to find the best sensor for the relevant application. The measureent data is stored on a database server and can be analyzed with special software tools. Cost reduction with permanent monitoring The permanent control of a hydraulic system allows to recognize problems early or to prevent the system from failures. The reason for problems can be analyzed and eliminated in a fast way. This means a reduction of costs because the machine down time can be reduced. With this way of working it is possible to optimize maintenace intervals because maintenance could be done according the condition of the hydraulic system. Necessary repairs or maintenance can be done before any cost effective malfunction or a long down time of the system occurs.
