2 2 Rent a Conference Room Nationwide Take advantage of our complete and modern Conference and PC training rooms with or without PC technology for your events, presentations and trainings with customized catering and technical service. Our rooms are individually available for a few hours, days or several weeks - depending on your needs. We would also be happy to assist you in the search for a hotel. By default, the PCs or notebooks are equipped with a Windows operating system, Microsoft Office, Browser and Acrobat Reader. You will find additional flipcharts, whiteboards and projectors in the seminar rooms. A quick Internet access is also available. Your own software can be installed on our systems in advance. Central organization and full service Nationwide and centrally we organize for you IT seminars and room rentals, so you have only one contact and the full service from a single source. The rental prices vary by location, room size, technical equipment, seminar hours, the time and duration of rental. We will send you a customized offer. CUSTOMIZED SOFTWAREINSTALLATIONS The conference rooms are equipped fitting to your needs. Custom software installations and software configurations will be charged to per hour (60 minutes). Drive towards Erfurt city on the B7, pass under the railway bridge. Turn into the leftmost lane and after about 50 meters left in the Thälmannstraße and after 100m at the next traffic light turn left onto Inner Ring (Yuri Gagarin Ring). At the third light, after you have already passed on the left side of our building, turn left into the street Thomaseck. You will find convenient parking at the designated parking garage, between Commerzbank and medical center Narrow alley, between Commerzbank and Ärztehaus From the South: Arnstadt B4, Ilmenau, Suhl or A4 motorway exit Erfurt West Follow the B4 towards Erfurt center to Yuri Gagarin Ring and pass under the railroad just before you are on J.G.Ring. At the next traffic lights turn right. At the next traffic light turn right again into the street Thomaseck and you will find convenient parking at the designated parking Thomaseck. You will find our main building right on Yuri Gagarin Ring 92 at the corner, between Commerzbank and Ärztehaus. From the West: Gotha B7 and A71 motorway ends B7 direction Erfurt Center Crossing B4 - Gothaer Platz Turn right Turn left on Benaryplatz After 150 m 1 km Yuri Gagarin Ring At the 2nd traffic light into Thomaseck car park Thomaseck From the North: Nordhausen B4 B4 towards Erfurt city to Gothaer Platz Left Land At the end of the B4 turn left onto Benaryplatz Follow the road for about 1 km to Juri-Gagarin-Ring Turn right, second traffic light turn right onto street Thomaseck, Car Park Thomaseck Arriving by Public Transport: Take the tram lines 1, 2, 3, 4 or 6 or with the shuttle bus to Central Station. From there, walk about 80m towards Anger / center to the next junction, where you meet the inner ring road and about 100m follow this to the left. Cross the Great Narrow alley and you will us in the first house on this street. Our main building at the Juri-Gagarin-Ring 92 is between medical center and Commerzbank.7 (direction Sommerfeld)
