Properties: Excellent broadband sound absorption Minimal installation height Smooth, jointless surace Extensive colour palette (NCS / RAL) Non-lammable (A2-s1, d0) according to DIN EN Suitable or processing: Horizontal, inclined or vertical suraces Jointless, straight suraces up to areas o m 2 (on concrete) and 150 m 2 (on plasterboard, suspended systems, observe speciications o the gypsum industry). Simple vaulted suraces Double vaults, arches and domes Irregular organic shapes Requirements or the surace (ceiling / wall): For the application o BASWAphon acoustic panels the substrate must ulil the ollowing requirements: 1. Must be a mineral, massive or suspended system 2. Must conorm to the required inal shape 3. Must be stable 4. Adhesive strength > N / m 2 (25 kg / m 2 ) 5. Must be airtight 6. Prevention o dew point must be guaranteed Processing conditions: BASWAphon acoustic systems can only be processed by companies that have been trained by BASWA acoustic AG and are in possession o a BASWA applicator certiicate. 10 7 Installation time The installation time given assumes a work group o three to our persons and a ceiling size o m 2. The drying times o BASWAphon jointing and layer materials relate to the atmospheric conditions o the room: 20 C room temperature / 50 % relative humidity. Allow each processing step to dry thoroughly, material humidity < 10 %.
