4 II GENERAL CONDITIONS Art. 2: Description of the event The 24 th KITZBÜHELER ALPENRALLYE 2011 will take place in 2 different evaluation processes: a) Alpenrallye Sport Trophy b) Alpenrallye Classic Trophy II ALLGEMEINE BESTIMMUNGEN Art. 2: Beschreibung der Veranstaltung Die 24. KITZBÜHELER ALPENRALLYE 2011 wird in 2 verschiedenen Wertungen durchgeführt: a) Alpenrallye-Sport-Trophy b) Alpenrallye-Classic-Trophy The total length of the rally is about 520 km. The Alpenrallye Sports Trophy evaluation with 16 equability/timing test sections of between 0.1 to 25 km in length and the Alpenrallye Classic Trophy evaluation with 6 timing equability tests (subject to modification for organisational reasons). The event is divided into the prologue and 6 legs. The ideal start interval between the vehicles is 1 minute; however, for the smooth running of the rally, the organiser may reduce this start time interval to 30 seconds. The route as well as the time controls, passage controls, breaks, neutralisation periods etc. are described on the Time Cards, the Road Book and on the ID-Licence card, which are given to the teams as information on completing the equability rally correctly. Die Gesamtlänge ist ca. 520 km. Die Alpenrallye-Sport-Wertung mit 16 Gleichmäßigkeits-/Timing-Prüfungen zwischen 0,1 und 25 km Länge und die Alpenrallye-Classic-Wertung mit 6 Timing-Prüfungen (Änderungen aus organisatorischen Gründen vorbehalten). Die Veranstaltung ist eingeteilt in Prolog und 6 Etappen. Der ideale Start- Zeitabstand zwischen den Fahrzeugen ist 1 Minute, jedoch für einen fließenden Ablauf der Rallye kann der Veranstalter diesen Startabstand auf 30 Sekunden reduzieren. Die Streckenführung, Zeitkontrollen, Passierkontrollen, Zwangsrasten etc. werden beschrieben durch die Zeitkarten, das Streckenbuch und die ID- Lizenz Karte, welche die Teams als Information erhalten, um die Gleichmäßigkeitsrallye korrekt durchzuführen und vollenden zu können. Art. 3: Eligible vehicles / Equipment A driver wishing to enter a vehicle for this event must ensure that, at the date of inspection and for the duration of the event, his vehicle is legally permissible for the countries the event will pass through. Der Veranstalter kann einen Wagen ablehnen, der dem Geist der Perioden und dem Aussehen nicht entspricht. Die Klasseneinteilung (auch Zusammenlegung) ist alleine dem Veranstalter vorbehalten. April 2011 (Poststempel) eingegangen sein. Details die die Team-Mitglieder betreffen, können nachgesendet, oder bis zur Dokumentenabnahme nachgereicht werden. Der Austausch eines Fahrers oder eines Fahrzeuges kann nur bis zum Beginn der Dokumentenabnahme erfolgen und muss vom Organisations- Komitee genehmigt werden. Beide / alle Team Mitglieder können nur in Übereinstimmung mit dem Sportkommissar genehmigt werden. Passfotos (3 x 4 cm vom 1. Fahrer und 2. Fahrer) sowie ein Farbfoto des Fahrzeugs muss der Nennung beigefügt werden. Eine Mannschaft besteht aus minimal 3 bis maximal 4 Fahrzeugen und kann unter einem frei ausgewählten Mannschaftsnamen genannt werden. Die besten 3 Teams von 4 kommen in die Team-Wertung. Mindestens 3 Fahrzeuge einer Mannschaft müssen das Ziel in Wertung erreichen. April 2011, erfolgt keine Rückerstattung, stattdessen werden 50% des Nenngeldes auf die 25. 7 Art. 10: Start order / Rally shields / Start numbers The start takes place in a starting order and the lowest competition number will start first. Die Einhaltung des Schnittes wird durch GPS-Messungen an einer oder mehreren geheimen Messstrecken überwacht, deren letzte Messung spätestens an der im Roadbook angegebenen Endposition (Auflösung) der GP positioniert sein kann. Führt eine GP durch Ortsgebiet, wird innerhalb des Ortes und minimum 500 m nach Ortsende keine Messung durchgeführt.
