3 Svenska SE Allmänt CMR/CMR/CMR är utbyteskylmoduler för NIBE bergvärmepumpar. CMR är avsedd för NIBE F11 och F1. CMR, -17 kw är avsedd för NIBE F11, F1. CMR, -0 kw är avsedd för NIBE F1. CMR är avsedd för NIBE F11 och F1. Alla kompressorstorlekar är inte utbytbara mot varandra. Vid byte från en mindre storlek till en större ska följande beaktas: borrhålets/kollektorslingans dimensionering värmesystemets storlek varmvattenberedarens storlek husets och/eller värmepumpens avsäkring matningskabelns area rörens dimension (internt i värmepumpen samt klimatsystemet). Kontrollera även att utbyteskylmodulen har samma matningsspänning som originalkylmodulen. OBS! Elektrisk installation och ledningsdragning ska utföras enligt gällande bestämmelser. Om den nya kylmodulen inte är av samma märke och/eller modell som originalkylmodulen kan även cirkulationspumparna behöva ändras i displayen. Medlevererat USB-minne med program måste anslutas för att hantera uppdateringen av programvaran (gäller inte CMR). Se respektive värmepumps installationshandbok för beskrivning och hantering av menyer och menysystem. Dokumenten finns att ladda hem på För att motverka framtida driftstörningar är det viktigt att rätt kylmodul är vald i meny 7. - "serienummer". Alla de inställningar du har gjort i värmepumpen finns kvar efter uppdateringen. Om något går fel vid uppdateringen kan du alltid återgå till den tidigare installerade programvaran (se sida ).

4 SE Programvara Om utbyteskyldelen inte är av samma storlek som originalkylmodulen behöver värmepumpens programvara uppdateras. Kontrollera aktuell kompressorstorlek Gå in i meny.1 - "serviceinfo" för att kontrollera aktuell storlek på kompressorn. serviceinfo.1 Ändra i displayen OBS! Om anläggningen för närvarande har en programvaruversion lägre än v000 måste du först installera UPGRADE_v000.nibe innan du kan installera en ny programvara. Om inte anläggningen automatiskt föreslår programvara med versionsnummer 000 i menyn "uppdatera programvaran", navigera till "välj annan fil", tryck OK och välj mjukvaran UPGRA- DE_v000.nibe. Välj därefter "starta uppdatering". När UPGRADE_v000.nibe har installerats (stapeln har nått 100% och anläggningen startat om) kommer den automatiskt att starta installationen av den andra programvaran som ligger på USB-minnet. 1. Anslut det medlevererade USB-minnet i värmepumpens displayenhet. Kontrollera aktuell cirkulationspump Gå in i meny.1 - "serviceinfo" för att kontrollera aktuell modell av cirkulationspump.. Gå in i meny "uppdatera programvaran" och följ anvisningarna i displayen.

5 SE. Gå in i meny 7. - "serienummer".. Välj aktuell cirkulationspump.. När du bekräftat valet av ny cirkulationspump tillkommer en stjärna efter serienumret.. Kontrollera i meny.1 - "serviceinfo" att rätt cirkulationspump är vald. Återställning av tidigare programvaruversion Om uppdateringen skulle avbrytas innan den är klar (t.ex. vid strömavbrott) kan programvaran återställas till tidigare version. Därefter kan du återigen påbörja installationen av den nya programvaran. Minnet i värmepumpen innehåller alltid två versioner av programvaran: den som används just nu samt föregående installerad programvara. För att växla mellan dessa versioner: 1. Ställ strömställaren i läge ( ).. Håll inne OK-knappen på displayenheten och ställ samtidigt strömställaren i läge ().. Släpp OK-knappen när den gröna lampan tänds (tar ca. 10 sekunder). Nu har den föregående programvaran blivit aktiverad.

Ta bort frontluckan enligt beskrivning i värmepumpens installatörshandbok. 1 Stäng avstängningsventilerna (QM), (QM) och (QM). Tappa ur kylmodulen enligt anvisningarna i värmepumpens installatörshandbok. QM1 QM Lossa kontakterna (A) och (B) från undersidan av grundkortslådan. 7 Lossa kontakten (C) från elpatronskortet (AA1) med hjälp av skruvmejsel. Dra av låsblecken. QM1 QM QM 9 Lossa kontakten (D) från skarvkortet (AA100). Dra försiktigt ut kylmodulen. Lossa röranslutningen vid rörkopplingen (WP). Lossa de två skruvarna.

14 SE Byte av kylmodul F1 OBS! Värmepumpen får inte flyttas när enbart nedre kylmodulen är utdragen. Är inte värmepumpen fastmonterad ska den övre kylmodulen alltid plockas bort innan utdragning av den nedre får ske. Lossa kontakterna för respektive kylmodul. Kylmodul EP1 (nedre): XJ1 (A), XJ (B), XJ (C), XJ (D), XJ10 (E) och EP1-AA100:XJ1 (F). Kylmodul EP1 (övre): XJ (G), XJ (H), XJ7 (I), XJ (J), XJ9 (K) och EP1-AA100:XJ1 (L). OBS! Stäng av värmepumpen och vrid av strömmen på säkerhetsbrytaren. TÄNK PÅ! Ta bort frontluckan enligt beskrivning i installatörshandboken. 1 Stäng avstängningsventilerna utanför värmepumpen. Tappa ur kylmodulen eller kylmodulerna enligt anvisningarna i installationshandboken. Demontera sidoplåten för att kunna demontera displayenheten (detta moment behöver du bara göra om du ska dra ut den övre kylmodulen). Lossa skruvarna (två stycken för varje kylmodul). 1

15 SE Dra av clipsen (fyra stycken för varje kylmodul) och separera rören försiktigt. Dra försiktigt ut den övre kylmodulen (EP1). Använd höj- och sänkbar avlastningsyta för detta moment. Lossa kontakten från undersidan av displayenheten (detta moment behöver du bara göra om du ska dra ut den övre kylmodulen). 9 Dra försiktigt ut den nedre kylmodulen (EP1). Om inte värmepumpen är fastmonterad måste den övre kylmodulen alltid plockas bort innan utdragning av den nedre får ske. 7 Skruva loss skruvarna ( st) som håller fast displayenheten i ramen (detta moment behöver du bara göra om du ska dra ut den övre kylmodulen). 18 GB English General CMR/CMR/CMR are replacement cooling modules for NIBE ground-source heat pumps. CMR is intended for NIBE F11 and F1. CMR, -17 kw is intended for NIBE F11, F1. CMR, -0 kw is intended for NIBE F1. CMR is intended for NIBE F11 and F1. Not all compressor sizes are interchangeable. When changing from a smaller size to a larger, the following should be considered: the bore hole's/collector coil's dimensioning the size of the heating system size of the water heater the fuse rating of the house and /or heat pump area of supply cable the pipe dimensions (internally in the heat pump and climate system). Also check that the replacement cooling module has the same supply voltage as the original cooling module. NOTE Electrical installation and wiring must be carried out in accordance with the stipulations in force. Remember If the new cooling module is the same make and model as the original cooling module, you do not need to update the software or change the cooling module in the display. If the new cooling module is not the same make and/or model as the original cooling module, the circulation pumps may also need to be changed in the display. The supplied USB memory with program must be connected to handle updates of the software (does not apply to CMR). See the relevant heat pump's installation manual for descriptions and how to navigate menus and the menu system. Documentation can be downloaded from To prevent future malfunctions it is important that the correct cooling module is selected in menu 7. - "serial number". All the settings that you have made in the heat pump remain after the update. If anything goes wrong during the update you can always return to the previously installed software (see page 0). 1

19 GB Software If the replacement cooling section is not the same size as the original cooling module, the heat pump software needs updating. Check the current compressor size Enter menu.1 - "service info" to check current compressor size. service info.1 Change in the display NOTE If the current version of the firmware in the system is lower than 000 you must first install UPGRADE_v000.nibe before you can install a new firmware file. If the system doesn't automatically propose the firmware with version number 000 in the menu "update firmware", navigate to "choose another file", press OK and choose the firmware UP- GRADE_v000.nibe. Thereafter choose "start updating". When UPGRADE_v000.nibe has been installed (the progress bar has reached 100% and the system has restarted) it will automatically start the installation of the second firmware file on the USB stick. 1. Insert the supplied USB memory into the heat pump's display unit. Check the current circulation pump Enter menu.1 - "service info" to check current circulation pump model.. Enter menu "update firmware" and follow the instructions in the display. 19

20 GB. Enter menu 7. - "serial number".. Check the current circulation pump.. Once you have confirmed the new circulation pump selection a star appears after the serial number.. Check in menu.1 - "service info" that the correct circulation pump has been selected. Resetting previous software version If the update is interrupted before it is complete (for example power cut etc.) the software can be reset to the previous version. You can then restart the installation of the new software. The memory in heat pump always contains two versions of the software: one that is used at present and the previously installed software. To shift between these versions: 1. Set the switch to mode ( ).. Keep the OK button held in on the display unit and at the same time set the switch to ( ).. Release the OK button when the green lamp illuminates (takes approx 10 seconds). The previous software has now been activated. 0

21 GB Replacing cooling module F11/11 NOTE Shut off the heat pump and turn off the current on the safety breaker. Remove the connections from the base card (AA) using a screwdriver. Caution Remove the front door according to the description in the heat pump's installer's manual. 1 Close the shut-off valves (QM), (QM) and (QM). Drain the cooling module according to the instructions in the heat pump's installer's manual. QM1 QM Disconnect the connectors (A) and (B) from the underside of the base card cabinet. 7 Disconnect the connector (C) from the immersion heater circuit board (AA1) using a screwdriver. Disconnect the connector (D) from the joint circuit board (AA100). Pull off the lock catches. QM QM 9 Carefully pull out the cooling module. QM1 Disconnect the pipe connection at the pipe coupling (WP). Remove the two screws. 1

NOTE At reinstallation, the supplied O-rings and flat gasket must replace the existing ones at the connections to the heat pump (see image). Installing the drainage pipe Install the supplied drainage pipe in the intended hole on the cooling module (see image below).

29 GB Replacing cooling module F1 NOTE The heat pump must not be moved when only the lower cooling module has been pulled out. If the heat pump is not secured in position the upper cooling module must always be removed before the lower one can be pulled out. Disconnect the connectors for the relevant cooling module. Cooling module EP1 (lower): XJ1 (A), XJ (B), XJ (C), XJ (D), XJ10 (E) and EP1-AA100:XJ1 (F). Cooling module EP1 (upper): XJ (G), XJ (H), XJ7 (I), XJ (J), XJ9 (K) and EP1-AA100:XJ1 (L). NOTE Shut off the heat pump and turn off the current on the safety breaker. Caution Remove the front cover according to the description in the installer manual. 1 Close the shut-off valves outside the heat pump. Drain the cooling module or cooling modules according to the instructions of the installation manual. Remove the side panel to be able to remove the display unit (this procedure need only be done if you are going to pull out the upper cooling module). Remove the screws (two for each cooling module). 9

30 GB Pull off the clips (four for each cooling module) and separate the pipes carefully. Carefully pull out the upper cooling module (EP1). Use a height adjustable relief surface for this procedure. Remove the connector from the underside of the display unit (this procedure need only be done if you are going to pull out the upper cooling module). 9 Carefully pull out the lower cooling module (EP1). If the heat pump is not secured in position the upper cooling module must always be removed before the lower one can be pulled out. 7 Remove the two screws holding the display unit in the frame (this procedure only needs to be done if you are going to pull out the upper cooling module). TIP The cooling module is installed in reverse order. 0

33 Deutsch DE Allgemeines CMR/CMR/CMR sind Wechselkältemodule für NIBE Solewärmepumpen. CMR ist für NIBE F11 und F1 vorgesehen. CMR, -17 kw ist für NIBE F11, F1 vorgesehen. CMR, -0 kw ist für NIBE F1 vorgesehen. CMR ist für NIBE F11 und F1 vorgesehen. Nicht alle Verdichtergrößen sind gegeneinander austauschbar. Beim Wechsel von einer kleineren zu einer größeren Einheit ist Folgendes zu beachten: Dimensionierung der Wärmequelle Größe des Heizsystems Größe des Brauchwasserspeichers Elektrische Absicherung des Hauses und/oder der Wärmepumpe Querschnitt des Stromversorgungskabels Abmessung der Rohre (innerhalb der Wärmepumpe sowie im Klimatisierungssystem). Überprüfen Sie auch, dass das Austauschkältemodul die gleiche Versorgungsspannung benötigt, wie das Originalkältemodul. HINWEIS! Bei der elektrischen Installation und beim Verlegen der Leitungen sind die geltenden Vorschriften zu berücksichtigen. Wenn das neue Kältemodul nicht von der gleichen Serie und/oder Typ wie das Originalkältemodul ist, müssen eventuell auch die Umwälzpumpen im Display geändert werden. Der mitgelieferte USB-Stick muss angeschlossen werden und das Programm enthalten, um die Aktualisierung der Software vornehmen zu können (gilt nicht für CMR). Beschreibung und Bedienungshinweise für die Menüs und das Menüsystem gehen aus dem Montagehandbuch für das jeweilige Produkt hervor. Die Dokumente stehen unter zum Download bereit. Um spätere Betriebsstörungen zu vermeiden, muss unbedingt das korrekte Kältemodul eingestellt werden im Menü 7. - "Seriennummer". Alle in der Wärmepumpe vorgenommenen Einstellungen bleiben bei der Aktualisierung erhalten. Wenn bei der Aktualisierung ein Fehler auftritt, lässt sich die vorherige Version stets wiederherstellen (sieheseite ).

34 DE Software Wenn das Austauschkältemodul nicht die gleiche Größe hat wie das Originalkältemodul, muss die Software der Wärmepumpe aktualisiert werden. Ermitteln der aktuellen Verdichtergröße Gehen Sie in Menü.1 - "Serviceinfo", um die aktuelle Größe des Verdichters zu ermitteln. Serviceinfo.1 Änderung im Display HINWEIS! Wenn die Anlage zurzeit eine frühere Softwareversion als 000 hat, müssen Sie zuerst UP- GRADE_v000.nibe installieren, bevor Sie eine neue Softwareversion installieren können. Wenn die Anlage nicht automatisch die Softwareversion 000 im Menü Softwareupdate vorschlägt, wählen Sie andere Datei, bestätigen mit OK und wählen Sie Software UPGRA- DE_v000.nibe. Wenn UPGRADE_v000.nibe installiert ist (Der Stapel hat 100% erreicht und die Anlage hat neu gestartet.) wird automatisch die Installation der anderen Software auf dem USB-Stick gestartet. 1. Verbinden Sie den mitgelieferten USB-Stick mit dem Bedienfeld der Wärmpumpe. Ermitteln der aktuellen Umwälzpumpe Gehen Sie in Menü.1 - "Serviceinfo", um das aktuell eingestellte Modell der Umwälzpumpe zu ermitteln.. Rufen Sie Menü "Softwareupdate" auf und befolgen Sie die Anweisungen auf dem Display.

35 DE. Gehen Sie in Menü 7. - "Seriennummer".. Wählen Sie die aktuelle Umwälzpumpe.. Wenn Sie die Wahl der neuen Umwälzpumpe bestätigt haben, erscheint hinter der Seriennummer ein Stern.. Überprüfen Sie im Menü.1 -"Serviceinfo", dass die korrekte Umwälzpumpe eingestellt ist. Vorherige Softwareversion wiederherstellen Wenn die Aktualisierung abgebrochen werden sollte, bevor sie abgeschlossen ist (z. B. bei einer Stromunterbrechung), kann eine frühere Version der Software wiederhergestellt werden. Anschließend können Sie wieder mit der Installation der neuen Software beginnen. Der Wärmepumpenspeicher enthält stets zwei Softwareversionen: die aktuell verwendete und die zuvor installierte. So wechseln Sie zwischen den beiden Versionen: 1. Bringen Sie den Schalter in die Stellung ( ).. Halten Sie die OK-Taste am Bedienfeld gedrückt, während Sie den Schalter in die Stellung () bringen.. Lassen Sie die OK-Taste los, wenn die grüne Lampe aufleuchtet (dies dauert ca. 10 s). Somit wurde die vorherige Softwareversion wiederhergestellt.

Lösen Sie die Anschlüsse mithilfe eines Schraubendrehers von der Grundkarte (AA). 1 Schließen Sie die Absperrventile (QM), (QM) und (QM). Entleeren Sie das Kältemodul gemäß der Anweisungen im Installateurhandbuch der Wärmepumpe. QM1 QM 7 Lösen Sie die Anschlüsse (A) und (B) von der Unterseite des Grundkartengehäuses. Lösen Sie den Anschluss (C) mithilfe eines Schraubendrehers von der Elektroheizpatronenkarte (AA1). Lösen Sie den Anschluss (D) von der Verbindungskarte (AA100). QM QM 9 Ziehen Sie das Kältemodul vorsichtig heraus. Ziehen Sie das Sperrblech ab. QM1 Lösen Sie den Rohranschluss an der Rohrkupplung (WP). Lösen Sie die beiden Schrauben.

44 DE Wechsel des Kältemoduls F1 HINWEIS! Die Wärmepumpe darf nicht bewegt werden, wenn nur das untere Kältemodul herausgezogen wurde. Wenn die Wärmepumpe nicht fest montiert ist, muss das obere Kältemodul zuerst entnommen werden, bevor das untere herausgezogen wird. Lösen Sie die Anschlüsse des jeweiligen Kältemoduls. Kältemodul EP1 (unteres): XJ1 (A), XJ (B), XJ (C), XJ (D), XJ10 (E) und EP1-AA100:XJ1 (F). Kältemodul EP1 (oberes): XJ (G), XJ (H), XJ7 (I), XJ (J), XJ9 (K) und EP1-AA100:XJ1 (L). HINWEIS! Stellen Sie die Wärmepumpe aus und trennen Sie die Stromversorgung per Sicherheitsschalter. ACHTUNG! Entfernen Sie die Frontabdeckung gemäß der Beschreibung im Installateurhandbuch. 1 Schließen Sie die Absperrventile außerhalb der Wärmepumpe. Entleeren Sie das Kältemodul oder die Kältemodule gemäß den Anweisungen im Installationshandbuch. Demontieren Sie die seitliche Abdeckung, um das Bedienfeld ausbauen zu können (diesen Schritt müssen Sie nur durchführen, wenn Sie das obere Kältemodul herausziehen wollen). Lösen Sie die Schrauben (zwei für jedes Kältemodul).

45 DE Ziehen Sie die Klemmen ab (vier für jedes Kältemodul) und trennen Sie die Rohre vorsichtig ab. Ziehen Sie das obere Kältemodul (EP1) vorsichtig heraus. Verwenden Sie dabei eine heb- und senkbare Abstellfläche. Lösen Sie den Anschluss an der Unterseite des Bedienfelds (diesen Schritt müssen Sie nur durchführen, wenn Sie das obere Kältemodul herausziehen wollen). 9 Ziehen Sie vorsichtig das untere Kältemodul (EP1) heraus. Wenn die Wärmepumpe nicht fest montiert ist, muss immer das obere Kältemodul zuerst entnommen werden, bevor das untere herausgezogen wird. 7 Lösen Sie die Schrauben, die das Bedienfeld im Rahmen halten (diesen Schritt müssen Sie nur durchführen, wenn Sie das obere Kältemodul herausziehen wollen).
