L azienda ha ampliato la gaa dei prodotti offerti grazie alla divisione Steel Service, che dal 1994 coercializza travi e laminati mercantili in tutta Europa. Attualmente le due realtà unite in un unico marchio, Profiltubi, rappresentano una delle voci di rilievo nel panorama siderurgico nazionale ed europeo. Il gruppo Profiltubi è situato a Reggiolo, all uscita del casello dell autostrada del Brennero. Lo stabilimento produttivo si estende su una superficie di oltre mq di cui coperti. Die Profiltubi Gruppe befindet sich in Reggiolo, an der Ausfahrt der Brennerautobahn. Das Werk erstreckt sich über eine Gesamtfläche von mehr als m² davon sind m² überbaut. Dispone di due linee taglio coils e sette linee a tecnologia avanzata per tubi elettrosaldati. Gestützt auf die langjährige Erfahrung bei der Verarbeitung von Stahlrohren und Investitionen in neue, hochmoderne Maschinen für die Verarbeitung von verzinkten und gebeizten Produkten auch in den Dicken 4,0 und 5,0 konnte das Unternehmen seine Produktion bis heute kontinuierlich steigern. Durch die Zusaenarbeit mit dem Lieferanten ArcelorMittal erweiterte Profiltubi sein breites Angebot an Rohren und fügte ein weiteres verzinktes Produkt mit eingetragenem Warenzeichen Magnelis Magnelis hinzu. Aufgrund seiner chemischen Zusaensetzung gewährleistet das Produkt auch in aggressiven Umgebungen einen höheren Oberflächenschutz und höhere Korrosionsbeständigkeit als andere Beschichtungen. TAGLIO FUORI LINEA ZUSCHNITTE AUSSERHALB DER LINIE COUPE HORS-LIGNE OFF-LINE CUTTING Per rispondere alle esigenze dei propri clienti in un modo sempre più puntuale, Profiltubi ha installato una linea automatica per il taglio dei tubi a misura in grado di realizzare lunghezze da 500 a 5000 con tolleranze ristrettissime, estremità sbavate e un taglio dei tubi con qualsiasi tipo di angolo. Possibilità di tagliare più tubi contemporaneamente, sia a 90 che angolazioni diverse. La lama di taglio riesce ad effettuare tagli anche ad inclinazioni di soli 15. 14 Oltre al magazzino di Reggiolo la divisione prodotti lunghi può contare su un deposito a Palermo con analogo assortimento.
