19 Quality QUESTIONS standards TO ANSWER Is there a need for a label on destination level? No need for a new label of nature-based tourism in Alpine destinations Too many labels already exist How can trust and transparency be increased? Good and clearly formulated criteria and indicators with transparent measuring methods Evaluation results should to be communicated to the public What are relevant communication channels of ntb? Communication from guest to guest is as important as traditional touristic PR instruments Important are trustees of the destination / offer 19
