Sicherheitshinweise Die Hand- und Inspektionsleuchten werden zum Beispiel für Inspektions- und Unterhaltsarbeiten eingesetzt, während die Maschinenleuchten fest an Maschinen und in Räumen installiert werden. Betreiben Sie die Hand-, Maschinen- und Inspektionsleuchten bestimmungsgemäss im unbeschädigten und sauberen Zustand und nur dort, wo die Beständigkeit des Gehäusematerials (Polycarbonat) gewährleistet ist. Die Hand-, Maschinen- und Inspektionsleuchten dürfen nur in den Bereichen eingesetzt werden, welche mit dem spezifizierten IP-Schutzgrad übereinstimmen. Bei nicht korrektem Zusammenbau ist der jeweilige Schutzgrad IP 54 bzw. IP 67 bzw. IP 68 nach EN 60529:1991 nicht mehr gewährleistet. Die Hand-, Maschinen- und Inspektionsleuchten dürfen nicht in einem explosionsgefährdeten Bereich eingesetzt werden! Vor dem Öffnen der Hand-, Maschinen- und Inspektionsleuchten müssen diese vom Netz getrennt werden. Es dürfen keine Veränderungen an den Hand-, Maschinen- und Inspektionsleuchten vorgenommen werden. 1. Zu beachten sind bei der Betrachtung der Temperaturverhältnisse auch Einflüsse von vorhandenen weiteren Wärmequellen oder Sonneneinstrahlung. Diese dürfen nicht zur zusätzlichen Aufheizung des Leuchtengehäuses führen. Falls die Hand-, Maschinen- und Inspektionsleuchten ohne Stecker geliefert werden, darf die Montage nur durch Fachpersonal gemäss Betriebssicherheitsverordnung ausgeführt werden. 4.4 Arbeiten in engen Räumen oder in Behältern aus elektrisch leitenden Werkstoffen. In diesen Räumen dürfen nur Handleuchten eingesetzt werden, welche über einen Sicherheits- Trenntransformator oder über einen Fehlerstromschutzschalter mit einem Nennansprechstrom von 10mA für den Personenschutz angeschlossen sind. Si les baladeuses et les luminaires de machines et d'inspection sont livrés sans fiche, le montage de ces dernières doit être exclusivement effectué par un professionnel au sens de l'ordonnance sur la sécurité d'installations et d'appareils techniques. 4.4 Travaux effectués dans des locaux exigus ou dans des conteneurs en matière conductrice d'électricité. Pour la sécurité des personnes, seuls doivent être utilisés dans de tels endroits des luminaires équipés d'un transformateur d'isolement ou d'un disjoncteur de protection à courant de défaut d'un courant nominal de fonctionnement de 10 ma. Nicht korrekt montierte Hand-, Maschinen- und Inspektionsleuchten weisen nicht den spezifizierten IP-Schutzgrad auf. 5.4 Reinigung des transparenten Schutzrohres Die transparenten Schutzrohre sind aus Polycarbonat (Makrolon) ausgeführt. Für die Reinigung dürfen keine Lösungsmittel verwendet werden. Trübe Schutzrohre müssen ausgewechselt werden. Für die Beseitigung von Schmutz oder Partikelresten verwenden Sie ein geeignetes Reinigungsmittel (Kunststoffreinigungsmittel). Ne pas utiliser de solvant pour leur nettoyage. Les tubes ternis seront remplacés par le fabricant. Utiliser un produit de nettoyage adéquat (nettoyant pour matières synthétiques) pour éliminer les salissures et les traces de particules.
