1 - 1 - Montage von Spiralkabel und Halterung 1. Befestigung auf dem Torblatt (Bild 1) Positionierung bündig unter dem Laufrollenhalter (ggf. Scharnier) mittels zwei Schrauben. (Bohrschneidschraube Art.-Nr.: ) (Bild 2) Halterung (Baugruppe) Art.-Nr.: (siehe Bild 4, Seite 2) Spiralkabel Art.-Nr.: Kabelbinder Art.-Nr.: zum Befestigen an der Halterung Befestigungsschelle Art.-Nr.: Bohrschneidschraube Art.-Nr.: H OKFF Um eine Verdrillung des Spiralkabels zu vermeiden, ist das Kabelende mind. bis zur ersten Windung in die Klemmverschraubung einzuziehen. 2 Befestigung an der Zarge (Bild 3) Achtung: Der Mindestabstand von 350mm zwischen den Verschraubungen ist zwingend einzuhalten. Es ist sicherzustellen, dass ein Verhaken zwischen Anbauteilen am Tor und dem Spiralkabel ausgeschlossen ist! (Probelauf) Der Halter muss mindestens in eine Höhe von 2m oder (LH/2+H) montiert werden. LH = lichte Torhöhe H = Abstand von OKFF bis Torhalterung (Seite 1, Bild1) OKFF = Oberkante Fertigfussboden Kann der Mindestabstand nicht eingehalten werden, muss der Spiralkabelhalter (Wie im Bild 3 zu sehen ist) abgewinkelt werden! Halterung (Baugruppe Art. Nr ). (Bild 4 Befestigung an der Hallenkonstruktion: min. 350 mm (Bild 5) 4. Montage der Spiralkabelhalter Die Spiralkabelhalter müssen der Bausituation angepasst montiert werden. Es ist unbedingt darauf zu achten, dass der Mindestabstand von 350mm zwischen den Kabelverschraubungen des Halters auf dem Torblatt und des Halters auf dem Bauträger (Hallenkonstruktion) eingehalten wird. Fixation on gate leaf (picture 1) Positioning alligned under the pulley track (ev. hinge) with dual screw connection drill screw (art. no.: ) picture 2 support (components) art.-no.: (see picture 4, page 2) helix cable art. no.: tie art. no: to be mounted on the support mounting clip art. no.: drill screw art. no.: H OKFF In order to avoid a torsion of the helix cable the end of the cable must be entered into the mounting clip at least until the first turn. 4 Fixation on the frame (picture 3) Attention: The minimum distance between the clamping bolts (350mm) must strictly be kept. It must be ensured that the helix cable cannot get caught between the parts mounted on the gate. (test run) The support must be installed at least at a height of 2m or (LH/2+H) LH = inner height of the gate H = distance between OKFF and gate bracket (see picture 1) OKFF = top edge floor finished (see picture 1) In case the minimum distance cannot be kept the support of the helix cable must be curved. Installation helix cable support The supports of the helix cable must be installed according to the edificial conditions. It must be ensured that the minimum distance of 350 mm between the clamping bolts of the gate leaf and the rack is strictly kept. Datum: Seite 4 von 8

Fixation sur le panneau de la porte (Image 1) Positionnement sous le porte-gallet (charnière) à l aide d une fixation à deux vis (Vis taraudeuse réf. art. : ) (Image 2) Support (Groupe d éléments) Réf. art. : (cf. Image 4, page 2) Câble spiral Réf. art. : Attache câble Réf. art. : pour fixer sur le support. Collier de fixation Réf. art. : Vis taraudeuse Réf. art. : H BSJS Pour éviter tout entortillement du câble spiral, il faut insérer l extrémité du câble au minimum jusqu à la première torsion dans la vis d arrêt. 6 2. Fixation au châssis (Image 3) Attention: Il faut impérativement respecter l écart minimal (350mm) entre les vis d arrêt. Il faut vous assurer qu il n y a aucun risque d accrochage entre les pièces de la porte et le câble spiral. (Procédez à un test) Le support doit être monté au min. à 2 m de hauteur ou (LH/2+H) LH = hauteur du jour de la porte H = Distance entre BSJS et le support de la porte (cf. image 1) BSJS = Bord supérieur jusqu au sol Si l écart minimal n est pas respecté, le porte-câble spiral doit être développé! (Comme vous le voyez sur l image 3 ci-dessus) Support (groupe dèlèmènts) Réf. Art. : ) (Image 4) (Image 5) 3. Fixation sur le corps de construction min. 350 mm Ecart du BSJS = LH/2+H 4. Montage du porte-câble spiral Le porte-câble spiral doit être monté en fonction de la situation de la construction. Il faut impérativement veiller à ce que l écart minimal de 350 mm entre les vis du câble de la porte et des supports de construction soit respecté. Datum: Seite 6 von 8

Montaggio sul battente porta (illustr. 1) Allineamento al di sotto del supporto guida rulli con dual fissaggio vite (vite a trivella art.-no.: ) (illustr. 2) supporto (componenti) art.-no.: (vedi illustr.4, pagina 2) cavo a spirale art.-no.: fasciatura cavi art. no: da montare sul supporto. fascetta di fissaggio art. no.: vite a trivella art. no.: H OKFF Per evitare che il cavo a spirale si possa ingarbugliare è necessario che l estremità cavo sia infilata nel fissaggio vite al meno fino alla prima spira. Montaggio sulla cornice (illustr. 3) Attenzione: -La distanza minima (350 mm) tra i fissaggi viti dev essere rispettata rigorosamente. -Dev essere garantito che non sia possibile che il cavo a spirale si possa ingarbugliare tra le componenti sulla porta (prova di funzionamento) -Il supporto dev essere montato a una altezza minima di 2m oppure (LH/2+H) LH = altezza interna della porta H = distanza tra OKFF e supporto porta OKFF = bordo superiore pavimento finito (vedi illustr. 1) Nel caso che la distanza minima non sia rispettata il supporto cavo a spirale dev essere inclinato. (vedi illustr. 3 in fondo) Supporto (componenti) art.-no.: (illustr. 4) 3. Montaggio sulla costruzione (illustr. 5) min. 350 mm distanza OKFF = LH/2+H 4. Montaggio supporto cavo a spirale I supporti cavo a spirale devono essere montati relative alle condizioni dell edificio. É assolutamente necessario che la distanza minima di 350 mm tra i fissaggi cavi del battente e della costruzione sia rispettata rigorosamente. Datum: Seite 8 von 8
