Je nach Modul-Ausstattung werden verschiedene Roboter-Typen unterschieden. WORLD OF ROBOTS ist eine Eigenmarke der Manu Systems AG. Fahrzeug / vehicle Der Forschungsbaum ist ein hierarchisches Diagramm aller möglichen Reihenfolgen zur Erforschung der Fahrzeuge und Module. 5 B. Module / modules Roboter-Typen Beschreibung Basisroboter. Ein Basisroboter verfügt über eine Grundausstattung an Modulen. Standardroboter. Durch fortschrittlichere Module kann der Basisroboter zum Standardroboter ausgebaut werden. Elite-Roboter. Ein Roboter, bei dem die besten verfügbaren Module genutzt werden, erhält den Elite Status. 6 Robot-type description Base robot. A base vehicle has a basic configuration of modules. Standard robot. A base vehicle can be expanded to a standard vehicle by advanced modules. Elite robot. A vehicle, in which the best available modules are used, is given the elite status. Premium robot. Premium robots need not to be explored, but also cannot be improved. Their modules are fixed. III. Anwendung / Application A. FTS / AGVS Definition VDI 2510 Fahrerlose Transportsysteme (FTS) sind innerbetriebliche, flurgebundene Fördersysteme mit automatisch gesteuerten Fahrzeugen, deren primäre Aufgabe der Materialtransport, nicht aber der Personentransport ist. 7 einem oder mehreren Fahrerlosen Transportfahrzeugen, einer Leitsteuerung, Einrichtungen zur Standortbestimmung und Lageerfassung, Einrichtungen zur Datenübertragung sowie Infrastruktur und peripheren Einrichtungen. Automated guided vehicle systems (AGVS) are in-house, floor-supported materials handling systems comprising automatically controlled vehicles whose primary task is materials transport rather than the transport of passengers. They are used inside and outside of buildings and essentially consist of One or several automated guided vehicles A guidance control system Devices for position determination and localization Data transmission equipment Infrastructure and peripherals. Technologie-Reifegrad / Technology Readiness Level (TRL) Technology Readiness Level (TRL) lässt sich mit Technologie-Reifegrad übersetzen. B. Entwicklungsprojekt / Development project Im Rahmen eines Entwicklungsprojekts könnte innerhalb von 6 bis 12 Monaten erreicht werden: Chassis in Iteration 4, die Leistungselektronik, Fernsteuerung und Energieversorgung in Iteration 2 sowie das Lastaufnahmemittel und die Computersteuerung über Sensoren in Iteration 1. 3 HORIZON 2020 WORK PROGRAMME General Annexes, G. 9 As part of a development project the following could be achieved in the next 6 to 12 months: chassis in iteration 4, power electronics, remote control and power supply in iteration 2 and the load receiving means and the computer control via sensors in iteration 1. VI. P1 Trägerplattform Outdoor - Entwicklungsprojekt / P1 Platform Outdoor - Design and development project A. Kurzbeschreibung / Short description Der P1 ist ein modular aufgebauter Basisroboter von WORDLS OF ROBOTS. Er ist ein Patrouillen Roboter und gehört zur Klasse der fahrerlosen Transportfahrzeugen für die Industrie. Die Trägerplattform besteht aus dem P1 Chassis für ebenen Untergrund oder in Erweiterung aus einer Kettenführung und Verkleidung für Outdoor Anwendung. In der Basisausstattung verfügt das Fahrzeug über das P1 Antriebssystem in 24V, in einer Erweiterung hat er verstärkte Antriebsrollen für die Outdoor Anwendung. The P1 is a modular build base robot made by WORLD OF ROBOTS. It's a patrol robot and belongs to the class of the automated guided vehicles for industry. The carrier platform consists of the P1 chassis for level ground or in extension of a chain guide and trim for outdoor application.
