2 Coaxial Tube System Doppelwandrohr-system Installation instructions for the coaxial Tube system Installationshinweise für das Doppelwandrohr-System coaxial tube SYStem Doppelwandrohr-system Tube to tube or tube to fitting Rohr an Rohr oder Rohr an Formteil The special twin wall tube system consists of an inner process tube and an outer safety tube. Both are prepared for orbital welding and manufactured from high quality stainless steel AISI 6L or 04L acc. to customer specification (the tube is also available in other alloys on demand). Das Doppelwandrohr-System von Dockweiler, bestehend aus einem inneren Prozess- und einem äußeren, garantiert den sicheren Transport von explosiven, toxischen und korrosiven Medien. Beide Rohre sind zum Orbitalschweißen vorbereitet und aus Edelstahl AISI 6L oder 04L hergestellt (andere Werkstoffe auf Anfrage). Inner tube / process tube 2 Spacers centre the process tube and safeguard the gas flow between the outer and the inner tube. In case of a leak in the process tube the escaping medium flows into the safety space and can be neutralised and harmlessly discharged from the system. The coaxial tube system is easy to install by orbital welding and can also be integrated existing systems and plants. Abstandshalter zentrieren das und gewährleisten einen sicheren Durchfluss zwischen dem inneren und dem äußeren Rohr. Bei einer auftretenden Undichtigkeit im strömt das austretende Medium in den Sicherheitsraum und kann hier unschädlich gemacht und abgeleitet werden. Alle Rohre und Formteile des Doppelwandrohr-Systems von Dockweiler sind problemlos orbitalverschweißbar. Das ermöglicht eine einfache Nachrüstung auch in bereits bestehende Anlagen und Einrichtungen.
