2 SAP FOR CONSUMER PRODUCTS SAP for Consumer Products: DSD und Beverages Hinweise zu den SAP for Consumer Products-Schulungen Mit den Lösungen von SAP für die Konsumgüterindustrie erhalten Sie bedarfsgerechte und auf die speziellen Erfordernisse der Branche ausgerichtete Lösungen: Beverage Die Beverage Funktionen in SAP unterstützen spezielle Prozesse in der Getränkebranche, die von Brauereien, Abfüllern, Softdrink-Herstellern und Getränkefachgrosshändlern genutzt werden. Abgebildet werden die Leergutverwaltung, die Behandlung von Rückware, Bonifizierungsprozesse, die Verbrauchssteuer-Ermittlung sowie andere Getränke- spezifische Prozesse. Die branchenorientierten Beverage-Funktionen ermöglichen eine Verbesserung der Effizienz in den einzelnen Prozessen und tragen somit zur Optimierung der Wertschöpfung bei. Mobile DSD Die SAP Lösung Mobile Direct Store Delivery (MDSD) ermöglicht die Abbildung von Geschäftsprozessen, bei denen Waren direkt an den Einzelhandel verkauft oder vertrieben werden können, ohne UmwegeüberZwischenhändler. Die direkte Auslieferung der Waren bewirkt Kontakte direkt an der Verkaufsstelle, es ergeben sich zusätzliche Verkaufsmöglichkeiten, verbesserte Kundenbindung und umfassenderer Markteinblick. Unterstützt werden neben der Direktbelieferung auch der Direkte Fahrverkauf (Ab-Wagen-Verkauf) sowie Vertriebsbesuche. Die Datenerfassung während der Kundenbesuche erfolgt über eine mobile Lösung. Die Mobile DSD Lösung unterstützt den gesamten Prozess vom Auftragseingang über den Vertrieb der Ware bis zur finalen Aktualisierung der Daten nach Abschluss eines Prozesses inderdatenbasis (z. B. Aktualisierung der Lagerbestände, Konten, Fahrerdaten etc.).
