Please be aware that the online registration closes on 31 st January According to the FIS Statutes we are pleased to follow up with you in regard to various relevant information: 1. Appointment of FIS Committee Members In order to propose FIS Committee Members for the upcoming period, FIS has established an online administration tool to this task and contacted you in December 2015 to appoint one person from your National Ski Association who will handle this task. For information in Appendix 3 the instructions to the FIS Committee Member Manager tool are enclosed, which has also been provided to the appointed person within your National Ski Association. Existing Members: Please note that it is necessary to submit proposals for all existing FIS Committee Member representing your National Ski Association. New Members: For proposals of new FIS Committee Members, it is necessary to submit a short biography for each person indicating name, full address, , phone(s), date of birth, function and activities within your Association to bruelisauer@fisski.com.

Details of the National Ski Association for the calculation of membership fees 2016 and 2017 Please provide the various requested information in the form found under this link: 3vsBL6supLy_x2MUgljg3OT6k66Wm6f8M8/viewform A detailed explanation as well as the list of votes at the 2016 Congress per NSA is established according to the membership fees paid for 2014 and 2015 and is enclosed herewith (Appendix 1). 3. Official delegates of your National Ski Association at the FIS Congress (General Assembly) on Friday, 10 th June 2016 Please indicate the names of your delegates in the form under this link: WndbU/viewform Details are herewith enclosed (Appendix 2). In order to prepare the necessary documents for the Congress we kindly ask you to provide the requested information by latest 15 th April We would also like to remind you that according to the Statutes of the International Ski Federation (art. 22.6) a candidate for the FIS Council must be proposed by her/his National Ski Association not later than 30 days (6 th May 2016) before the opening of the Congress. According to art the list of the proposed candidates shall be sent to the Member Associations not later than 21 days (15 th May 2016) before the opening of the Congress. Based on article 25.1 the President is elected for a four year term and the election of the President took place at the 2014 FIS Congress in Barcelona (ESP). According to the decision of the 43 rd International Ski Congress in Portoroz (SLO), the Vice-Presidents will be elected by the Council following the election of the Council Members by the Congress. 4 Pour préparer tous les documents nécessaires pour le Congrès on vous demande de soumettre les informations avant le 15 avril En plus nous vous rappelons que selon les Statuts de la Fédération Internationale de Ski (art. 22.6) une candidate/un candidat pour l'élection au Conseil doit être proposé par son Association Nationale de Ski au plus tard 30 jours (6 mai 2016) avant l'ouverture du Congrès. Selon l'art la liste des candidats proposés doit être envoyée aux Associations Membres au plus tard 21 jours (15 mai 2016) avant l'ouverture du Congrès. Selon l article 25.1 le Président est élu pour un mandat de quatre ans et l élection du Président a eu lieu lors du Congrès de la FIS 2014 à Barcelona (ESP). Conformément à la décision du 43 ème Congrès International de Ski à Portoroz (SLO), les Vice-Présidents seront élus par le Conseil suivant l'élection des Membres du Conseil par le Congrès. Damit die Unterlagen für den bevorstehenden Kongress rechtzeitig vorbereitet werden können, bitten wir Sie, die Informationen bis spätestens 15. April 2016 mitzuteilen. 4. Im weitern möchten wir Sie daran erinnern, dass gemäss den Statuten des Internationalen Skiverbandes (Art. 22.6) der Vorschlag für eine Kandidatin/einen Kandidaten für den FIS Vorstand von deren/dessen Nationalem Skiverband spätestens 30 Tage (6. Mai 2016) vor Eröffnung des Kongresses eingereicht werden muss. Gemäss Art ist die Liste der Vorschläge den Mitgliedverbänden spätestens 21 Tage (15. Mai 2016) vor Eröffnung des Kongresses zuzustellen. Gemäss Artikel 25.1 wird der Präsident für eine Periode von vier Jahren gewählt, was anlässlich des FIS Kongresses 2014 in Barcelona (ESP) der Fall war. Laut Beschluss des 43. Internationalen Skikongresses in Portoroz (SLO) werden die Vize- Präsidenten vom FIS Vorstand ernannt, im Anschluss an die Wahl der Vorstandsmitglieder durch den Kongress
