7 Wer kann teilnehmen? Jede Art von Rechtsperson und natürliche Personen Verbundprojekte: Mindestens 3 voneinander unabhängige Einrichtungen aus 3 verschiedenen Mitgliedstaaten oder Assoziierten Ländern Teilnahme als Partner oder Koordinator Ausnahmen (Projekte mit nur einem Antragsteller möglich): KMU-Instrument, CSA, M S.-Curie Maßnahmen) Personen förderung (ERC, Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellowships): Einzelforscher + Gasteinrichtung

10 Förderquoten * ohne Kosten für Unteraufträge

11 Förderfähige Kosten Abrechnung von tatsächlichen Kosten, nach den üblichen Abrechnungsregelungen der Einrichtung Personalkosten (Drittmittelpersonal, über Haushaltsmittel angestelltes Personal) Reisekosten (Projektmeetings, Fachkonferenzen etc.) Verbrauchsmaterialien, Gerätekosten Weitere Kosten: wiss. Publikationen, Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, Teilnahmegebühren für Konferenzen, Patentkosten etc. Vergabe von Unteraufträgen (Kein Overhead auf Kosten für Unteraufträge!) Mehrwertsteuer wenn sie nicht gemäß den anwendbaren nationalen Vorschriften erstattet wird

13 Allgemeine Antragstellung Verbundforschung IL und SC Arbeitsprogramme der Kommission für zwei Jahre Arbeitsprogramme der Joint Undertakings beachten Feste Einreichungsfristen (wenige Ausnahmen, z.b. für KMU-Instrument) Frist zwischen Ausschreibung und Einreichungsfrist i.d.r. 3-5 Monate Ein- und zweistufige Verfahren Projektgrößen und dauer variieren (Budgetvorgaben s. Arbeitsprogramm) Projekte sollen wie beantragt durchgeführt werden

19 Horizon 2020: Schritte zur on-line Antragstellung Create a draft proposal: Indicate your role and the acronym of the project. Write a short summary of the proposal (max words). Add the participants to the proposal. Download the administrative forms and the technical annex. Edit the draft proposal Log into the Participant Portal with your e mail and password. Click on MY AREA and modify your proposal. Submit the proposal Upload the administrative forms and the technical annex, validate and submit.

28 Zeiterfassung Voraussetzung für die Erstattung von Personalkosten gleichwertige Alternativen ggf. möglich Mindestanforderungen: Schriftliche Erfassung Angaben zur Anzahl der für das Projekt gearbeiteten Stunden Unterschrift des Projektmitarbeiters und eines Vorgesetzten, pro Monat oder in kürzeren Abständen Keine Zeiterfassung ( Timesheets ) für zu 100% im Projekt beschäftigte Forschende, insofern Arbeitgeber dies schriftlich bescheinigt

Excellence Clarity of the objectives; Soundness of the concept, including transdisciplinary considerations; Credibility of the proposed approach; Ambition, progress beyond the state of the art. 2. 34 Scoring/weights/thresholds (Wie in FP7) each criterion scored out of 5; individual threshold of 3; overall threshold of 10 (Anders als in FP7), for Innovation Actions and SME instrument Impact criterion weighted by factor of 1.5 'Impact' score given priority over 'excellence' when scores equal (the reverse applies in other types of action).
