9 Rack-Montage Rack-Montage Im Folgenden finden Sie eine kurze Anleitung für die Rack-Montage.! Beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise in der Betriebsanleitung zur CELSIUS. Der Einbausatz für die Rack-Montage besteht im Wesentlichen aus folgenden Teilen: zwei Schienen (Bild 1) ein Einbauwinkel (Bild 2) ein Montagerahmen (Bilder 3 und 4) verschiedene Befestigungsteile (Bild 5) Bild 1: Schienen Bild 2: Einbauwinkel Bild 3: Montagerahmen (leer) Bild 4: Montagerahmen A26361-K990-Z N19, Ausgabe 1 Deutsch - 1

10 Rack-Montage Für Zusammenbau und Montage benötigen Sie folgende Befestigungsteile: 1 = Anschlag (2 x) 2 = Führungsbolzen (2 x) 3 = Senkkopfschraube M3x8 (1x) 4 = Zentrierbefestigungsschrauben M5x10 (10 x) 5 = Montagewinkel (1 x) Bild 5: Befestigungsteile Arbeitsschritte Um die CELSIUS in das Rack einzubauen, müssen Sie folgende Schritte ausführen: Einbauwinkel im Rack montieren Schienen im Rack montieren CELSIUS in den Montagerahmen einbauen Montagerahmen mit CELSIUS in das Rack einbauen Deutsch - 2 A26361-K990-Z N19, Ausgabe 1

11 Rack-Montage Einbauwinkel im Rack montieren Befestigen Sie den Einbauwinkel im Rack mit zwei Zentrierbefestigungsschrauben (1, 2) in die passende Höheneinheit. Rückansicht Schienen im Rack montieren Rechte Schiene montieren Setzen Sie die rechte Schiene in das Rack. Lösen Sie hierzu die beiden Schrauben des Einstellwinkels (1), um die Schiene genau in das Rack einzupassen. Befestigen Sie die rechte Schiene an der Rückseite des Racks mit zwei Zentrierbefestigungsschrauben (2). Rückansicht A26361-K990-Z N19, Ausgabe 1 Deutsch - 3

12 Rack-Montage Befestigen Sie die rechte Schiene an der Vorderseite des Racks mit zwei Zentrierbefestigungsschrauben bei den beiden äußeren Positionen der Gewindelöcher (1). Befestigen Sie die beiden zuvor gelösten Schrauben des Einstellwinkels (2). Vorderansicht Linke Schiene montieren Befestigen Sie die linke Schiene an der Rückseite des Racks mit zwei Zentrierbefestigungsschrauben (1, 2). Rückansicht Befestigen Sie die linke Schiene an der Vorderseite des Racks mit zwei Zentrierbefestigungsschrauben bei den beiden äußeren Positionen der Gewindelöcher (1). 13 Rack-Montage CELSIUS in den Montagerahmen einbauen A26361-K990-Z N19, Ausgabe 1 Legen Sie die CELSIUS in den Montagerahmen. Befestigen Sie die CELSIUS mit der Senkkopfschraube M3x8 am Montagerahmen (1). Deutsch - 5

19 Rack-Mounting Rack-Mounting Below you will find brief instructions how to mount the rack.! Observe the safety notes in the operating manual of your CELSIUS. The installation kit for rack-mounting consists primarily of the following parts: two rails (picture 1) one angled installation bracket (picture 2) one mounting frame (pictures 3 and 4) various mounting parts (picture 5) Picture 1: rails Picture 2: Angled installation bracket Picture 3: mounting frame (empty) Picture 4: mounting frame A26361-K990-Z N19, edition 1 English - 1

21 Rack-Mounting Mounting the angled installation bracket in the rack Mount the angled installation bracket in the rack using two centering retaining screws (1, 2) at the suitable height unit. Rear view Mounting the telescopic rails in the rack Mounting the right telescopic rail Place the right rail into the rack. Loosen both entering angle screws (1), so that the rail fits exactly into the rack. Secure the right rail onto the rear of the rack with two centering retaining screws (2). 22 Rack-Mounting Secure the right rail onto the front of the rack using two centering retaining screws at the two external positions of the threaded holes (1). Secure the two previously loosened entering angle screws (2). Front view Mounting the left telescopic rail Secure the left rail onto the rear of the rack with two centering retaining screws (1, 2). Rear view Secure the left rail onto the front of the rack using two centering retaining screws at the two external positions of the threaded holes (1). 23 Rack-Mounting Installing the CELSIUS in the mounting frame A26361-K990-Z N19, edition 1 Place the CELSIUS in the mounting frame. Secure the CELSIUS onto the mounting frame (1) using the countersunk screw M3x8. English - 5
