Nella n 4, con l inserimento dei vari accessori, è possibile convogliare più linee di palettizzazione su una sola macchina avvolgipallet; il tutto controllato da un PLC programmato sulle reali esigenze dell utilizzatore. 4 Macchina automatica per l avvolgimento di carichi palettizzati con film estensibile. Inserita in una linea di trasporto o all uscita di un palettizzatore, provvede al distanziamento, fasciatura, taglio del film ed evacuazione del pallet su una rulliera di scarico. PLC: tutte le operazioni della macchina sono controllate da un sistema PLC. PRESTIRO MOTORIZZATO 100%-200%: permette di sfruttare al massimo le caratteristiche del film estensibile controllando facilmente, e in modo accurato, le condizioni di avvolgimento. ALLARME FILM: la macchina si arresta automaticamente in caso di fine bobina o di mancata applicazione del film al pallet. FOTOCELLULA: consente la ricerca automatica dell altezza del pallet. ACCESSORI: sono previste diverse rulliere motorizzate, folli e deviatori a 90 motorizzati per movimentare i pallet in ingresso e in uscita alla macchina. Per bancali con altezza superiore a 2200 mm, è possibile montare una colonna opzionale che permette di fasciare bancali fino a 3000 mm di altezza. Per carichi molto leggeri è disponibile un pressore opzionale (AW1346 o AW1347) che provvede a stabilizzare il carico durante la rotazione della piattaforma. Inserted in a handling line or after a palletizing machine, it takes care to index - wrap - cut the film and evacuate the pallet on a discharge conveyor. All the operation of the machine are controlled by a PLC. A 100%-200% powered pre-stretch device allows to exploit to the utmost the caracteristics of the stretch film by controlling, easily and precisely, the wrapping conditions. A film alarm stops automatically the machine in case of reel end or film breakage. A photocell automatically picks up the pallet height. ACCESSORIES: various types of motirized conveyors - idle conveyors and 90 degree diverters enable to feed the pallets to the machine as well as to evacuate them after the wrapping cycle is terminated. For pallets higher than 2200mm, a special column is available to wrap loads up to 3000mm. For light loads a top pressing device (AW1346 or AW1347) is available to stabilize the pallet during the turntable rotation. Für leichte und instabile Palettenladungen, empfehlen wir die Verwendung eines Niederhalters (AW1346 oder AW1347) zur Produktsicherung beim Verpacken mit Dehnfolie. Para cargas o inestables se dispone de un grupo de presa (AW1346 o AW1347) que estabiliza la carga durante la operacion de enfardado.
